Excellent room above the Italian restaurant! A little of the camaraderie in the restaurant as diners discussed the evening didn’t bother me, but just be aware if you’re put right above the restaurant there is a little noise. The other rooms out lying on the property would not have this. My room was very well appointed and spacious as well as the bathroom. Would stay here again!

Such a special, unique place to stay. Property was well maintained, room was spacious and clean, and you are centrally located to be able to experience all of what Sarasota has to offer. Will stay again when in the area.

Everything was as it was told and very well maintained. The restaurant was excellent. The Lady at the restaurant was extremely nice, professional and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and the prices were very reasonable.

The place was centrally located. Air conditioning was amazing and the beds were very comfortable. The shower was a little tight and the water pressure was a little low, but everything worked.I would definitely stay there again
