Hotel is ok for a night stay. Pretty basic, but for the price paid it is fine. Room has stove but no cooking utensils. Fridge and microwave are helpful.

The only issue was the elevator got stuck for about 5 minutes but the front desk reassured me and the other individuals we would be out in about 10 minutes flat. The front desk even stayed on the line until we got out for our safety. Very beautiful property and booking again. We love this little gem!

Facility was clean and modern. Beds/pillows were very comfortable!! Average decor. Nice gym! In the room- it could use some updating on the cabinets in the kitchenette (i noticed some peeled front face of the cabinet door under the sink). Ice machine worked great (only one available located on 2nd floor). Exterior grounds were kept up. This facility is located next to a great shopping plaza, gas stations, and a few restaurants. The staff are polite. Theres no store or gift shop. Just a few vending machines on first floor. For an accommodating price, it was comfortable to stay here.

Good value for hotel rooms but not clean with cockroaches no pool, which is disappointing. Jim is small, but staff is nice no housekeeping daily only if you book the hotel for more than seven days, you have to bring your own trash out.

We evacuated from the west coast to Homestead so I hadnt taken time to read any of the reviews, so shame on me, however for the money it was just fine. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. Unfortunately the elevator was out of service when we arrived and had all of our hurricane prep, which took 4 trips up the stairs between my husband and I taking all we could carry each time. The walls were thin and you could hear noise from the hallway and other units. Fortunately, nothing was noisy late or too early. There was also a strong smell of food being cooked from other units. Didnt really bother me, but might bother some. Like I said, I booked this in a hurry, so hadnt read that there were no plates or utensils or cookware in the kitchenette, but there is a Target and other stores very close by so we picked up paper plates, papertowels and plastic ware. The other guests and residents we encountered were very friendly and we felt it was a safe area.

It was a TERIBLE BOOKING...PERIOD!!!! I BOOKED THIS FOR A TRIP, WHICH I NEEDED A KITCHEN, THERE WERE NO UTENSILS, POTS OR PANS, NOTHING TO COOK WITH!!! I needed this kitchen for use, not to look at. I was told they don't provide any items to cook or dine because they don't have a dishwasher!!! I immediately checked out for a FULL REFUND! This information should be informed at time of booking! I would have never booked this stay!

Check in was fast and easy. Room smelled like a bar lounge (cigarette smell), bath towel and bed sheets had stains. The water pressure in the shower was very low. Hallways smelled like wet dog. The bed was comfy and the room compared to other areas was clean. Overall not impressed as the building is fairly new to this area.

Staff was courteous and tried to help. I The location is really great and looks great from outside, but that's it. All of the 3 suites that we rented had bad smell. There were cockroaches in the room. The kitchen facility was not useful as utensils were not provided and it is inconvenientto.pack that much for ahort stays.

Checked in, went to room. Tried to leave a few minutes later and found door would not latch. They put us in a room next door. They rented the room out that we left without fixing the door. We heard people slamming door a few times and swearing, so we know it was not fixed. Room was clean and comfortable, except light bulbs were so dim, you couldn't see to do anything. Bathroom light bulbs were good. Only one light by bed, when the ads show rooms with two. One on each side of bed. No light by work desk, couldn't see to use computer keyboard very well. Overall good stay and check out time was noon, instead of the usual 11 am for most places. Staff were friendly and professional.
