The place was much bigger than we expected and it was so lovely to have a full kitchen. The balcony views were lovely in the trees. It was a short 5 minute drive to the main avail transport hub. There was also a free hotel shuttle that was available every 1/2 hour. The room was clean and the building was quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a nice resort in a great area. Loved the pool area with hot tubs, indoor/outdoor pool, steam room and sauna. The shuttle into town was really helpful also. The only thing I will say negatively was that we had a Murphy bed which we didn’t expect to have and it was not super comfortable. Aside from that our stay was perfect :)

We had a great time, the shuttle service was convenient. The Events coordinator Christian took us on amazing hikes, he was execellent. Vail village and surrounding areas was extremely picturesque.

We stayed here in the Summer of 24. We had originally booked the SteamSide Birch room but were given a room in the Douglas Building next door upon check-in. The room was very nice and updated, with everything we needed, including a full kitchen. We stayed here for a concert at the Gerald Ford Amphitheater. The property offers a free shuttle service until 8 PM, which we used to get to the Vail transit center before the show. After the concert, we easily took the bus back. Overall, it was a convenient and enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again.

This property was a great value- they had everything you could need in the kitchen (tools,etc- we could have used more salt and pepper); there was a frequent, easy shuttle to the ski resort; parking was plentiful and close to the unit, climate control in the unit was excellent; the pools/hot tubs were wonderful/clean; the staff were friendly- I don’t see why we would stay anywhere else next time we are in Vail

Beautiful area. Clean apartment/condo. Kitchen was perfect, and I was able to cook. Dishwasher and plenty utensils. Shower has bottles on tile for soap and such. Murphy bed was cool and surprisingly comfortable. The balcony was a nice touch. Stayed mid September, and the temp was perfect for us. Opened screens early evening. Probably would be hot in warmer months during the day. Free laundry downstairs was great.

The hotel amenities were great and very clean and helpful employees. My only complaint is the studio room is very cramped if using both the Murphy bed and sleeper sofa. I was traveling with my adult daughter so we both wanted our own bed. The listing did not do a very good job of pointing out the bed is a Murphy bed. This room is ok if not using the sleeper sofa.

Vail is incredibly beautiful and the StreamSide Birch at Vail is no exception. We found the property pretty dated however with no A/C, and older design.

I was taking a weeklong workshop south of Vail and my condo in the Birch building was perfect for my stay. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary appliances, tableware, pots and pans. The shower and TV worked well. My only quibble is the softness of the mattress on the Murphy bed.

We had a great time, even though the Internet for the entire went down 1/2 way thru Harry Potter. Front desk agents were nice & efficient. But the BEST was Pedro, the maintenance guy who helped us figure out the Murphy bed, and the TV. He was sweet and patient and solved our problems quickly. I figured the coffee maker out myself.
