I was at the beach and wanted to have a cocktail. Beach menu is different from pool menu and the regular cocktails are not available at the beach menu to order from the app so I wanted to get in person from the pool bar. Lo and behold, neither of the pool bars served me because I could not take glass to the beach area (but you can to the pool area where everything is concrete and high chance of getting broken). Bartenders told me the drinks in the beach area should be in paper cups and I said it was totally fine. They rejected again because they did not have paper cups… and they could not get for me although they have it at other stations. So I reluctantly got a beer from the beach menu, and the lovely person brought a lukewarm warm can of beer and apologized by saying “sorry it got warm in many hand on the way”. ;)) She walked 2 minutes from her area and it got like warm soup? Well, how about you just put it in a small bucket of eyes and bring like that? Is it too much to think? I am an easy going person as I happily enjoyed my warm beer as my expectations are not unreasonable and this did not change my perception about the hotel but a service at an impeccable 5-star establishment should be better. I loved all of the young energetic staff as they did their best, and I will visit this hotel again next year, but management should train their staff to better serve its customers, even spoil them at times to ensure the hotel is comparable to other 5 star hotels.

Port Royal is a stunning, modern hotel with fantastic pools and a beautiful beach. It never felt crowded, making for a truly relaxing atmosphere. The service was exceptional across the board- and as someone with very high standards, the team well exceeded expectations. Being able to order drinks directly to your beach lounger was a wonderful touch! While I felt the all-inclusive options could have been a bit higher quality, and it wasn't clear why certain menu items required an extra charge, it certainly didn't ruin the experience. I would fully recommend Port Royal to friends and would love to return!

Nice hotel. Well located. We paid for a swim up private pool. Staff were in most relatively helpful. Reception staff on front desk were rude. Bar staff were lovely . The food options are so very limited if you stay all inclusive. It is not worth it. They say all inclusive but then charge ypu for anything remotely decent at the a la carte. The cibus restaurant was a disgrace. The food selection for all inclusive was diabolical and the food that came was inedible
