Excellent spot for kids with an outdoor heated pool, pool tables, putt putt, corn hole and shuffle board. Played a movie at the pool. Rooms are older and little out dated but were enormous compared to modern hotels. Restaurant on site. Definitely will be back

Offseason was not crowded. Have a wonderful outside pool area, 1/2 basketball & full tennis court, plus a coveted area with a small but fun miniature golf, bean bag throw & ping pong table all free! And more.

2 night visit to Eureka Springs. Reserved a room with a balcony. The balcony is a shared level. It was nice to sit out but not private. A lot of steps so be ready. No elevators. The room was dated but clean. Beds very comfy. The bathroom sink was separated from the tub and toilet. The area was tight and dated. The location was great for the downtown area and surrounding attractions.

Didn’t realize there was no elevators . Was on second floor with steps which was difficult for my mom . The pool was wonderful though!

The staff was really nice when we checked in. Once we got to our room it smelled so old and moldy. Even dropping the temperature in room didn't help. The carpet seemed like it hadn't been replaced since the 60s. Overall, I won't be picking any Best Western in the future.

This is a nice facility with a good restaurant, nice pool, and outdoor covered game area. I spotted a basketball court also. We had room 341, it was super quiet. In was in a separate row of 4 units. It was a larger room, had a separate king bedroom, sofa bed in the living room, one bathroom and 2 TV’s. Very convenient location on the main road. Our only complaint is that the a/c wasn’t as cool for sleeping as we would like, we did get warm during the night even with it turned as cool as it would go.

Room was a little hard to find, but very spacious and comfortable. There was a pop bottle still under a table when we got there. Pool was super fun for our 3 and 5 year old grand kids as half of it was only 2ft deep and they were very comfortable.

Really enjoyed my stay. The only negative thing I can say about the stay was the door/key mechanism. I had to get the front desk to show me how to get in the finicky key mechanism. Some times it would take 4 or 5 tries to get the door open. Other than that, everything was great. The on-site restaurant serves a Great Rueben sandwich !

We rented a suite in order to have a sofa bed for sleeping. The mattress was very poor, with the rods sticking up making lying on it uncomfortable and difficult. The WiFi passcode did not work on two devices.

For the most part, the stay was fine. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. Now the bad part. There was a mix-up when checking in. April checked me in and told me one room number AND wrote that number on the hotel map where she gave me directions to the room. The actual room number that she registered me under was different. The key didn't work (should have been a sign) so I returned and she (April) re-keyed it to the wrong number that she told me. We went into the room, dropped off our things, and went out into town. Later I received a call from the hotel asking me about my things to verify they were mine. They were and he had already brought them to the check-in office. This is unacceptable that they couldn't just give the other people the room intended for us or another one. I don't like that they came in the room where our things were and removed them. What if we had private information or items unpacked? Fortunately we didn't but this is flat out unacceptable!

Upon checking in, I told the front desk guy I booked thru Expedia and he automatically said "ewww", I knew right then this place wasn't going to be what I had expected. After getting inside of our room, both of our kids went barefoot and the bottom of their feet turned black from the carpet being so dirty. Upon checking out, I let the front desk lady know about that and she just said sorry and didn't seem very concerned. The bathroom was so tiny and the shower wasn't that great at all. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

We were able to check in a little early which was a huge help! When we got to our room the smoke detector was chirping. I called the front desk and they had maintenance at our door in less than 5 minutes to replace the batteries. After swimming my husband went to get a few more towels. They explained that many other guests had been by to get towels and they were out at the desk but someone would bring us some. Less than 10 minutes and someone was at our door with more than enough towels. The front desk clerks helped up to figure out the trolley process to make it downtown for shopping. We have stayed here twice now and will continue to return!! They are so accommodating and care about their guests!

Hello! We have stayed here before and have truly enjoyed the property. This time there were water main breaks two days in a row that prevented us from showering. We were moved to another room (nice) but it also lost water. I have requested a comp. or refund and have yet to hear from the property.

The pool was a bit chilly as we had a few heavy rain showers but we enjoyed some miniature golf and other activities right next to the pool. We also enjoyed the hot tub every morning and evening. - The restaurant was also very good. Centrally located and walking distance to the trolly station. - Highly recommend this place. It was perfect for us!!!

The property is in a great location being close to the main strip. The rooms are almost sound proof and the beds are very comfortable with multiple great pillows to use. The back balcony outside our back door had two chairs and a small table, perfect to sit and watch the sun set or have coffee in the mornings.The attached restaurant has amazing food and staff. I will be returning.

We appreciated the fact that the various city trolleys came right to us at the motel to pick us up whenever we decided to check out the various sites in Eureka Springs. Also having the opportunity to dine right on the premises (so wonderfully delicious) to avoid traveling around town to locate an eating establishment. And last but not least, the motel personnel were so kind and helpful and I so appreciated each and everyone's smiling face. I would definitely recommend this establishment for a motel location.

This place had everything! The rooms were spacious for 3 ppl in a 2 queen room. Room was clean and staff is great! In my eyes it’s walkable to downtown- it’s like a 15-20 min walk down hill. Once on the side road to downtown there is a sidewalk; however you have to cross the main road in front of the hotel- but it wasn’t too bad to do! But there great taxis in town to take you to and from if you need.
