Stayed here for one night en route from Boston. Given an extremely large room, bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and someone was always at front desk to answer ant questions. Enjoyed our stay at the hotel and in Mount Kisco.

I paid for my hotel in full before I arrived. They informed me of a 20 dollar deposit that would go back in my card. Standard procedure. Upon checking if it refunded they charged me 140 EXTRA for NO REASON. I called and the young staff member said he’d have the Manager call back and he’d refund it. Spoke to another staff member who said there was no reason for the charge and she’d look into it. Said the manager would call. Day two still no call. There is really no excuse. This is money I don’t have to be tied. Up. I was waiting to make a review bc of course accidents happen. It’s the way it’s been handled and brushed off that is really unfortunate. The worst part is the charge cleared and it took my money. There is no reason for this to happen. They charged my card with out my permission. Admitted to the mistake and won’t fix it. when I was leaving, I heard someone else asking about a charge They didn’t authorize so I would be careful in booking this hotel. It seems like they’re kind of shady about their money stuff.

The room was dirty and smelled musty. I saw a big bug in the bathroom, the wallpaper was peeling off the wall, and the light was just about falling down in the bathroom. The red rug throughout the hallway was old and dirty and it smelled awful in the hotel. The breakfast in the morning-I paid for breakfast and ordered eggs, toast, and homefries and they gave me 1 piece of toast! The food in the lobby was totally overpriced, they closed the pool down august 22nd (why so early!) and the bartender was less than pleasant. Would NOT go here again. Time for major renovations!

This property is very outdated. It smells actually Hilton should be ashamed of themselves to have their name on this hotel. The bottom of the bathroom door had some rot and paint was chipped. The bathtub had obvious patch around the drain and there’s carpet throughout the whole hotel down the halls and in the rooms, so it holds odors and is not sanitary as a laminate floor would be the skirts around. The beds are looking old, the curtains everything just needs to be renovated and updated. Personal preference, but I thought even the shampoo conditioner and soaps were very unpleasant smell the lobbies the only place that looks semi updated. The staff was nice.
