Krystal Grand Puerto Vallarta - All Inclusive

We just returned from 10 days at this property. Initially we didn’t really like it but it grew on us I think mostly due to the fantastic staff and service. I would say it’s an ok resort. If your looking for no frills it’s fine. The Hacienda pool has no ocean view which we adjusted to because the Krystal side does have the beach but the pool and surroundings were very crowded. We found the dining to be enjoyable but grew tired of the limited options after a couple of visits. A few additional options would help for a longer stay. The biggest issue and most annoying was the lack of chairs and towels. Everyday was a battle to find loungers unless you get up at 5:30 am to save a spot. I finally decided to make that sacrifice to ensure a nice spot. On vacation it’s not ideal and shouldn’t be necessary. There definitely was not enough chairs for the number of people there. Towels were only available in morning or late afternoon and if you didn’t grab the right away out of luck. I met a couple that had been there the year prior and the thought was that there were not as many chairs as the last visit and as they break they are not being replaced. Service at the pool and dining really was fantastic. We enjoyed a couples massage at the spa it was very enjoyable and a pleasant setting. The room was fine nothing special. Overall I would say it was priced accordingly but the chair issue was very aggravating.

Execelente servicio, la gente del hotel es muy servicial con extranjeros y nacionales, buffett 24 HRS, la alberca en la terraza con la barra de sushi tiene una excelente vista y con las actividades de la alberca familiar no te aburres en toda la estancia.

Belle emplacement! Options pour tous! Notre première chambre était la 301 vie partielle sur l’océan. Très belle chambre et propre. Nous avons demandé un upgrade section Hacienda Adulte seulement et avons eu la 193 swim out. Juste wow! Le staff était d’une politesse incroyable. Coup de coeur pour Felix section plage, Louis section OWest et Cesar section piscine Hacienda. Les plus beaux couchés de soleil jamais vue au roof top OWest… bonne nourriture. À la carte de loin la Catrina resto Mexicain était le meilleur. Beaucoup de fruit de mer frais! Nous recommandons autant pour les familles que pour les voyages de couple.

Sólo funciona un elevador y no tiene aire acondicionado, eso hace muy lento e incómodo el servicio. El bufet no lo resurten lo suficiente, deberían asegurar disponibilidad de todos los alimentos en el tiempo que dura el servicio. Los shows muy buenos, el servicio del personal excelente. La calidad de los alimentos promedio

I truly enjoyed every moment I spent at this location. I stayed at La Hacienda which is the adults only part and it was absolutely relaxing. Maribel at the cafe in the front was outstanding. She really took care of us as much as she could and if I ever stay again at La Hacienda is because of her. The whole staff goes above and beyond for everyone. The hotel is also very close to everything. I felt very safe and welcomed here.

REVIEW FOR KRYSTAL GRAND ONLY NOT THE HACIENDA SIDE Pros: easy to walk around and close proximity to downtown, shopping centers, the marina and grocery stores. The staff are wonderful and super nice. Owest (sushi bar 18 pool) was the highlight of our stay. Pretty quiet and lots of infinity pool space to relax and watch the sunset. The food was decent (not the breakfast it was terrible), but im not a super picky eater and usually just ate salad, yogurt and Ceviche (so good) the whole time. If youre picky with your food you may not enjoy your stay as much. If you go to the steakhouse get the beef fillet its was so good and tender. Cons: Our room frequently smelt of sewage and the shower was spotty going from sprinkles to normal pressue. It was frequently cold water coming from the shower as well. The bedding is another, the sheets were clean but the douvet underneath the cover was really gross, stained and honeslty shouldnt be reused. One of the elevators were not functioning and when it would get down to the main floor you had to hold on the open button and pry open the door (if you're alone good luck). We ended up getting off on the second floor and taking to stairs. This was reported to the desk but remained an issue throughout our stay. Overall i did enjoy my stay but no way is this at all a 5 star hotel. My intitial search shows it listed as a 5 star but I believe that may just be the rating for the Hacienda side only.

Initial room selection was very inappropriate as there was a tremendous amount of construction being done close by due to renovations and a complex being built. Some things were also so-so in the room. Flagged the room issues with staff and got and 'upgrade': room had not been deep cleaned and visible traces of the previous stay were still visible. Turns out the last room i was given was in fact the best one and the most fitting of the reservation description I had booked several mo ths ago: It was u fortunated that i had to place several complaints to finally get what i was expectig to be set and done from the get go. Room service was ok but also sometimes forgetful on the night shift when requesting certain things. Pool area was ok. Got crowded very quick. Was at the beach most of the time due to this or went to the adult only side at the Hacienda complex when quiet and pool were needed. Bar selections are diverse, staff is very accommodating of requests for drinks. Dining experience (selected: La Catrina) was unfortunately very slow and not as authenticly mexican as initially described. Going to the old market area has proven better for views and better a la carte dining options. Food wise, buffets and all sides of the complex were very good. Regardless of the hiccups, i would book at the Krystal Grand Puerto Vallarta again.

The adult pool area was nice. We didn’t need to search for a chair. The staff were really friendly! Our room was clean, the rain shower head didn’t work though. The adult area was quiet, would not recommend this resort if you’re looking for a lively pool area. The food options weren’t great and if you didn’t book an al a carte early, you were eating at the family buffet. The breakfast buffet was good but I wasn’t impressed with the evening buffet and it was very loud. The alcohol options were good name brand liquors.

The pools were great, the food at the restaurants was good. The food at the buffet was below average, there were long lines and they seemed disorganized. They also frequently ran out of certain dishes. The staff were friendly but you could only ever get 1 drink and almost no service at the pool. They didn't bring us enough towels for the room and getting towels for the pool was difficult. There were not enough chairs at the pool and they sporadically enforced the chair- saving rule.

Extreme Health and Sanitation Crisis The level of filth and neglect was shocking, and poses a serious health risk: • BED BUGS (With Evidence): The single most critical issue was discovering bed bugs on the premises. I have photographic proof of the insects and their waste, which I am attaching to this email. This is a severe, documented health violation that made the room instantly uninhabitable. • General Filth: Beyond the infestation, the room was disgusting. The mattress itself was stained, the sheets were dirty, and the toilet was visibly filthy. • Bad Odor: The entire room had a persistent, unpleasant, stale smell upon arrival that ventilation could not fix. • Unusable Amenities: Even basic items were unsanitary; the iron and ironing board were heavily stained and unusable. 2. Fraudulent Advertising and Unlivable Conditions The accommodation we paid for was not the one advertised, and the conditions were completely unlivable: • False Photos: The images on the Expedia listing are fraudulent and bear no resemblance to the current reality. • Undisclosed Construction: We were never warned that the resort is undergoing massive, loud construction directly outside our window, destroying any chance of relaxation. • Total Loss of Privacy: Because of the nearby construction, we had multiple workers constantly looking directly into our room throughout the day. We were forced to keep our blinds shut 24/7 for privacy and security, turning our getaway into a dark, stressful cell.

the room as absolutely filthy and not cleaned. Mold everywhere. Can’t get proper change of towels or bedding. They limit your restock of water, even with a medical condition involving a Cpap. My husband and 5 year old where sick and to avoid spreading, they wanted to stay in room. We weren’t allowed to bring food to them and the option was $150 peso charge room service. My 5 year old wasn’t allowed to sit outside without shoes on, but a lady with a see through coverup wearing only a thread of a thong and barely covered nipples was allowed to sit and eat. The hallways were never cleaned and were absolutely disgusting. My husband ended up with mold infection in his lungs and sick. My son noticed an ear plug on the ground in the hallway and after 6 days, still was there. The room wrecked of mold and curtains had visible mold on them.

Pros: Very friendly pool and beach service staff. The hacienda pool waiter Carlos was absolutely amazing, constantly going above and beyond for out entire group and always maintaining a huge smile and positive attitude. Guiremo at the beach bar was also a treat to have serve us. Front desk attendants were very helpful in finding solutions to problems in the rooms which shouldn’t have ever happened at this price point. Cons: Staying at an active construction site was not disclosed. I was on the 7th floor and there was grinders and jackhammers going off at 7:00AM continuing throughout the entirety of the day, on both weekdays and weekends. Multiple of the rooms had Beatles, Moths and Bed Bugs littered throughout the rooms. Buffet food quality was mediocre at best, I was one of the few in our 15 person group that did not get sick. The A La Carte restaurant experience was terrible, 7/15 of us got the wrong order entirely and food quality was nothing better than the buffet. This “resort” was more so just a hotel. A total lack of activities for all age groups. Nearly nothing to do aside from go to the pool and beach which is an obvious expectation. Would never stay here again, and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The first room we received had black mold on the ceiling. They couldn’t switch our room till 2 days later and even the upgraded room was very dirty. Mold on ceiling torn blanket and broken mirror in bathroom. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Bedbugs…. We were there for 3 nights and luckily we only had one night left and I appreciate that we were moved immediately after we found the bedbugs in the middle of the night because we got woken up by a smoke alarm that was triggered in the building and saw the bedbug crawling on the bed. Staff immediately moved us to a different room and was very attentive. Unfortunately it doesn’t change the fact that there were bedbugs.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, there were issues. They couldn’t find my reservation even though I had a confirmation and it took a long time to sort out. Once I finally got to my room, things only got worse. There were roaches, the air conditioning didn’t work properly, and rain started leaking into the room, along with water dripping from the ceiling. It was honestly unsafe and completely unacceptable. I brought up the problems to the staff, but the overall response felt unhelpful and disorganized. It was one issue after another, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the stress and book somewhere else.

I liked the area where the property was located , would not return due to cleanliness , sheets/bedding and pillows had a mildew smell no matter how many times I asked them to change the bedding. The restroom was not clean when we arrived at all and had hair all over the floor as well as dirt even after room service cleanings daily. Food was terrible and had to eat out of the resort.

Upon our arrival the hotel staff was very unwelcoming. We had no idea the sister hotel was next to us. We had no direction of where any of the amenities were like the gym or pools. We were given our initial room and it was extremely dirty. There was hair all over the floor and the soaking tub, the second room was leaking water from the ceiling, the last room given had two double beds. I felt like the staff was annoyed we kept bringing these complaints. We were eventually given the initial room after housekeeping "cleaned" it but it wasn't any better. We also got the jr suite with the swim out pool and we never used it because it was so dirty the water was brown of how unclean it was. Please don't waste your money, go to another hotel!

We had a suite with a swim out area, and outdoor sitting area with lounge chairs, which we very much enjoyed. The Hacienda is adult only, which we very much enjoyed. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I just went for my birthday trip March 16-20 and overall the stay was good. The property was clean and beautiful but honestly the upkeep on some things was not good. I booked two Jr suite hacienda terrace rooms. They are HUGE! Loved all the space and the outside jacuzzi. On further inspection we realized that some things were broken. In one of the rooms, the door that separated the bedroom from the bathroom was jammed open and couldn't be closed. The bathroom tub handle for hot water did not turn on and the phone in the room did not work. The other room did not have a phone at all. When we went down to concierge to tell them they said they stepping away from phones and you would have to leave a request on WhatsApp for anything. That wasn't explained when we checked in. They did send someone to fix the bathroom door but the bathtub handle was never fix. As far a food goes, it was mostly terrible at least when it comes to the buffet. Breakfast was amazing though. I was only able to try one restaurant which was the international and it was good. Some of the restaurants are only open some days so I did not get to try most of them. You have to reserve a spot between 10AM and 2PM every day. The earlier the better. The food on the Hacienda side is better and more seasoned. The Krystal grand side was super bland. The made to order pasta night was good also at the buffet but the line is long because they only have one cook for that. Overall the staff is super friendly.

The staff was great! The food on the buffet was pretty decent but the Paella at the buffet was wonderful.The Italian restaurant ( must have a reservation) was wonderful, with good vibes, and the food was amazing! We didn’t have a chance to try the Mexican restaurant or the French restaurant, so maybe next time. The only thing I would make people aware of is that the room we were staying in the bathroom does not have a door separating it from the rest of the space. There are frosted glass doors to the shower and toilet for privacy but not a door to enclose the whole bathroom. The staff cleaned the pool every day and they refilled the mini fridge every day. The bar and lounge area are nice as well. They call you a taxi or uber for you if needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful so do not hesitate to ask for assistance or their advice.

Nuestra estancia fue muy buena. Como todo lugar tiene sus detalles. La limpieza del cuarto no es muy buena, la presión y temperatura de las regaderas un poquito mala. Pero las camas y almahodas están espectaculares. Recomiendo al hotel por su comida todo es delicioso, desde el desayuno, los snacks, los restaurantes para cenar. El servicio de bar muy bueno. Coctelería muy rica Y el servicio de meseros excelente.

la comida y las bebidas son de pésima calidad, excepto el desayuno y el restaurante mexicano de la noche. En general es un hotel muy viejo que le hace falta mantenimiento.

We really enjoyed our time here in our swim out room on the Hacienda side. Being able to jump in our own pool everyday, was the best way to beat the heat, and once the waiters realized we were out there they would pop through the bushes to bring us drinks, which was amazing. The afternoon thunderstorms were not a problem and actually beautiful to watch and listen too. The Talavera restaurant was our favorite, but we also tried La Catrina and Il Delice. La Catrina was second and Il Delice was just okay. We ate at the Hacienda buffet every morning and got great omelettes. The only con of coming in the summer was mosquitos. They were a minor problem, but my wife was smart and bought a mini bug zapper which worked quite well in the room, and then bug spray and bug bands. I don't think I got bit once. It is very hot and humid, and it is rainy, but coming in the off season worked out for us.

The staff was very friendly, but the facility needs improvement. The room got cold at night. After having multiple maintenance workers come to the room and being told multiple times to ‘wait a few minutes the room will get warmer’ someone finally told us (after 3 hours) that the temperature cannot go higher than 21 degrees Celsius. We got a notice that they were spraying for bugs on Thursday which subsequently made the bugs come out …I killed a very large roach in our room that night. The desk in the room was infested with tiny small bugs. Anytime we left a cup on the desk (empty or not) the next day there would be around 10-15 tiny bugs inside. There are few to no vegan options. I ate French fries and steamed vegetables at least once a day (sometimes twice a day) because there were no non-meat/non dairy options. There are multiple restaurants but the only take 40 people for 4 seatings and you cannot make a reservation ahead of time. Everyone shows up at 6:30 and then they tell you to come back at 7:30, and then 8:30 etc. There is a definite language barrier and although I do speak limited Spanish if I asked a question (inquiring about the Ingredients of the food, or the air, or getting towels) it was as if they didn’t want to disappoint me so they would tell me what I wanted to hear instead of just saying the truth. I had been to this establishment when it was owned by Hilton, although the price is the same the quality is not. Definitely not worth the price I paid.

The property itself was very good. The staff are awesome except for the French restaurant, too long of wait and service was so slow. The rooms are Ok, updated but not complete when we got there. There were only 2 bath towels, coffee machine was not working. Outlets was not working because the card was not in the power slot by the front door. The privacy sign was not in there room. AC was weak. No hand towel and face towel in the room. We asked for all of the items on the 2nd day but only the towels came and the card for the power slot. Generally food was very good and the pool was awesome. It was still a great vacation because I do not stay in the room but just to sleep. We are outside most of the time. We asked for all of the

We stayed at the Hacienda part which is the adult only. A short walk to the Grand which has the better pool by the beach and is the adjacent resort is where we spent most of our time since we wanted to see the ocean and beach. Obviously this part of PV does not offer long beach walks like the Nuervo Vallarta part so don't expect long beaches. The Hotel is very worn down and needs to be updated. The pool side beds were not in good shape and the entire facility seems to be outdated. The main buffet had very little choices and actually one of the fewest options for food of the dozen all inclusives I have been in PV. Some days I actually only had fried meats to choose from. Breakfast is regular and decent with options. The Italian was ok. Steakhouse was very bad and all meat well done with no option for otherwise.. Location is awesome. Walk to Walmart, 5 min 10 min from Malecon, and airport.

This was our 2nd time visiting The Hacienda at Krystal Grand in PV, MX. The staff is amazing from the entry area, specially Jesus, that gives you a warm welcome, to the pool bar area. Brandon at the pool bar also granted us a home feeling with great knowledge of the drinks. At the pool area, Carlos and Cesar made our pool enjoyment as if we were in our own house. The restaurants could improve in the food offered although the service of the waiters, Ivan and Cristian was exceptional. They were great going between tables and treating all guests with the same service. I will definitely return to The Hacienda in the future.

The staff upon check in was very rude. The food here is terrible, we ended up eating off site for most of the trip. We spent five days here, paid for a swim out suite and the pool they gave us was the tiniest and dirtiest. The latch on the room door was broken. It was an awful experience, the rooms are old and dirty.

The outdoor staff around the pool was amazing and attentive, the pools were also very nice with lots of socializing. The rooms were not all that clean, and there was one day we didnt get clean towels (6 day stay), and a couple more were we only got one towel. The amount of restaurants is misleading as three of them are only open three days per week, and almost impossible to get reservations at. If i was to stay there again, i would stay at the Krystal and use the pool at the Hacienda. Also, the front desk concierge was less than friendly and offered almost no help for anything other than telling you to use their App (which rarely worked) to book reservations and such. Finally, forget about getting change or Peso's at the front desk, the will direct you to bartenders to get change. Basically, I would only stay there again for the bartenders and staff around the pool area.

We just finished a week at this resort and with the exception of the waiters and Elizabeth, this review would be have been 1 star. Firstly, we were aggressively approached within 2 minutes of check in to attend a seminar and we would receive 100 00$, discounts on tours etc. It was an aggressive 'time share sale' of some kind. Did not expect this a an AI hotel!! When we declined, the man would not acknowledge us the rest of the week. Secondly, all pool chairs we 'taken' by 6am. On our last day we played the game, woke up at 5 and snagged 2 chairs! The cleaning of out room was sub par. Our night stand was not washed down once in 7 days. Our tub was not cleaned and i don't believe the floors were washed. Stains on the lampshade and dirty grout on all tiles. There was no safety lock on our door and we used a chair to secure the door. Please note we have traveled extensively and we are absolutely not picky people but i would have a hard time recommending this hotel to anyone who asked. As for the food, what we ate was fine but we ate outside the resort for most of our meals.

Bonne nourriture. Les employés sont aidants sympathiques. Merci spécial à Cesar et son "frère " serveurs de la piscine de l'Hacienda. Désolée je ne me rappelle plus son nom. Merci special à Felix pour ses attentions lors de notre dernière soirée. Un seul point négatif : le manque de chaises longues à l'hacienda et les gens qui réservent une chaise pour la journée sans être présents. Malheureusement c'est souvent comme ça dans le sud. Note. Les vagues étaient très fortes. Difficile de se baigner

I didnt like being pushed by every employee there to take a tour and 90 minute sales pitch about them promoting a new hotel and a 10 year plan presentation. I went for a holiday not to be harassed. I wouldnt call the rooms swim out rooms as the indiviual pools are not connected to the main pool which is what i had assumed they meant by a swim out room. The resturants need a bit more variety. The raccoons and iguanas are probably the highlight of the hotel as they are very interesting to see. The bed is extreamly comfortable which is nice. I enjoyed my stay non the less as the hotel is lovely.

I didn’t like the wait time to get our room. We landed early 12:30pm and got to the hotel at 1pm check in time was at 3:30pm but they didn’t have a room available for us until 7:30pm. And there was no manager there to speak with, they couldn’t accommodate us and the staff at the front desk were worthless.

Breakfast and lunch was really good Dinner was mediocre. However it is close to the Malecon which has so much to do. The staff at resort will go above and beyond to make you happy. The resort is close to alot. We walked to alot of places we went. It was safe to go off the resort also. We loved our swim out room.

Nice place to stay in! It wasn’t too crowded when we stayed in the month of May. You have access to Krystal Grand and Hacienda which is a nice plus as Krystal Grand is more family friendly and Hacienda is for adults and more quieter. The food was not bad but could improve. You also have to make a reservation for the restaurants for the dinner option but if you don’t make it on time you are out of luck. We managed to get one on our last night only after talking to reception. You also have to pay a fee for room service. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. No complaints on that. Overall it was a very nice experience.

First time in an all inclusive resort and really enjoyed the facilities. The staff were very attentive and respectful, the meals were quite good overall and bar service was more then adequate. The pools were good and access to the beach area was easy. I enjoyed sitting on the beach listening to the sounds of the surf at night.

We were upgraded to a suite with a pool. The room was wonderful, great location and the pool was fantastic. Overall the room was great, but could definitely use some TLC and updates. The air conditioning in our room was VERY loud. It was near the pool so was loud outside, but that didn't bother us at all. We enjoyed the music and hustle and bustle. The CG pools are filled with families and kids. The 5th floor pool is party central and the Hacienda pool was beautiful and adult only. The food was decent. Similar to a cruise. The drinks were plentiful but until you asked for alcohol in the drink, they were more virgin like. The beach was incredible. Lots of chairs and umbrellas, the water was so clear, and the sand was raked every morning. We would go back knowing that the experience is like a cruise ship on land!

The setting is stunning. Like being in a jungle with so many palm trees and beautiful plants! Hard to get a beach chair, they were always reserved by 7:30 a.m.! Food was ok, not great. Breakfast was very good and lots to choose from. Several things could use upkeep.

Great place with nice pool and access to the beach through the Krystal Hotel. Room was nice and the hotel is about an hour walk from Puerto Vallarta downtown. Several restaurants and a nice buffet every day. I would stay here again.

Underwhelming stay. Staff were very unfriendly and unwelcoming, they seemed very annoyed by guests. It was unusual compared to other experiences I have had in Mexico. The other guests we spoke to also said they felt unwanted by the staff. The restaurants were challenging to get in for dinner and when we did finally get in the food was not great when we did get in. Wifi did not work during our stay. Our toilet would not flush the last day we were there. I wouldn’t recommend or stay here again.

I just went for my birthday trip March 16-20 and overall the stay was good. The property was clean and beautiful but honestly the upkeep on some things was not good. I booked two Jr suite hacienda terrace rooms. They are HUGE! Loved all the space and the outside jacuzzi. On further inspection we realized that some things were broken. In one of the rooms, the door that separated the bedroom from the bathroom was jammed open and couldn't be closed. The bathroom tub handle for hot water did not turn on and the phone in the room did not work. The other room did not have a phone at all. When we went down to concierge to tell them they said they stepping away from phones and you would have to leave a request on WhatsApp for anything. That wasn't explained when we checked in. They did send someone to fix the bathroom door but the bathtub handle was never fix. As far a food goes, it was mostly terrible at least when it comes to the buffet. Breakfast was amazing though. I was only able to try one restaurant which was the international and it was good. Some of the restaurants are only open some days so I did not get to try most of them. You have to reserve a spot between 10AM and 2PM every day. The earlier the better. The food on the Hacienda side is better and more seasoned. The Krystal grand side was super bland. The made to order pasta night was good also at the buffet but the line is long because they only have one cook for that. Overall the staff is super friendly.

Was disappointed in the food. The buffet was better than either a la cartes. The two a la cartes we booked served main courses that were barely edible.

Pros: Very friendly pool and beach service staff. The hacienda pool waiter Carlos was absolutely amazing, constantly going above and beyond for out entire group and always maintaining a huge smile and positive attitude. Guiremo at the beach bar was also a treat to have serve us. Front desk attendants were very helpful in finding solutions to problems in the rooms which shouldn’t have ever happened at this price point. Cons: Staying at an active construction site was not disclosed. I was on the 7th floor and there was grinders and jackhammers going off at 7:00AM continuing throughout the entirety of the day, on both weekdays and weekends. Multiple of the rooms had Beatles, Moths and Bed Bugs littered throughout the rooms. Buffet food quality was mediocre at best, I was one of the few in our 15 person group that did not get sick. The A La Carte restaurant experience was terrible, 7/15 of us got the wrong order entirely and food quality was nothing better than the buffet. This “resort” was more so just a hotel. A total lack of activities for all age groups. Nearly nothing to do aside from go to the pool and beach which is an obvious expectation. Would never stay here again, and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Muy bonito hotel poca sombra, el buffet es algo repetitivo pero saca del apuro, los restaurantes de especialidad son excelentes, nosotros nos cambiamos a la hacienda el ultimo par de dias que es una extension del hotel y la verdad super recomendado, hermosas albercas y mas tranquilo pero no es para niños, el buffet y la comida en general es igual

Que el personal fuera un poco más atento y más variedad de comida en el bufete del hotel hacienda

Generally, I had a great time and the staff really were incredible. However, I do think they need to put some more work into the variety of the food they serve. It is basically the same exact dishes everyday, all day. Variety would be nice.

Loved the spa! Loved the poolside cocktail service! Loved the housekeeping and beverage service! Hated the pool towel card service The buffet food was not very good

The adult pool area was nice. We didn’t need to search for a chair. The staff were really friendly! Our room was clean, the rain shower head didn’t work though. The adult area was quiet, would not recommend this resort if you’re looking for a lively pool area. The food options weren’t great and if you didn’t book an al a carte early, you were eating at the family buffet. The breakfast buffet was good but I wasn’t impressed with the evening buffet and it was very loud. The alcohol options were good name brand liquors.

There were not that many food options from the buffets.
