En general, buen hotel si lo recomiendo si tu plan no es pasar tiempo en la habitación, el wifi no es bueno y la alberca común no es tan agradable, no Tiene restaurante .

Incredible caldera views from the private hot tub. Great start to the day with breakfast on the patio…also with those same amazing views. Nice and refreshing shared pool after a warm day…did I mention the views of the caldera? Heart of Oia, just steps from where everyone goes for the sunsets. Be prepared for some serious elevation changes…if only the porters could carry you too.

The location and view is just unbelievable. Views looking out to both the caldera infront of you and also the beautiful Oia buildings behind you. The hot-tub was great too. The porters very friendly and hard-working. Additionally, the hotel staff are available on WhatsApp 24/7 and were so helpful answering questions, sorting rentals for us - pretty much like a personal tour guide. 10/10 highly recommend.

Stay was great. Staff were kind and helpful. Spa jets did not work on one side and watch out the entrances a short so watch your head. Breakfast is delivered to your suite. View is great from honeymoon suite. Very private.

The view of the Caldera is spectacular and breathtaking. The only negative is that it’s at the bottom of a steep decline and you must walk countless irregular stairs up to get to the town. There are no elevators, only steep stairs. That said, a hot tub outside your room afford you views of the cliffs surrounding the Calera and the ships sailing in and out of port. The room is a cave built into the cliff and is quite large. Despite the steps, we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone visiting Oia. The restaurant was closed when we were here in April 2024. to make up for this, the hotel sent breakfast directly to the room each morning, which was phenomenal, consisting of an omelette, or a Greek style, scrambled egg, Greek pastries, yogurt, and fruit salad.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing view of the caldera. The breakfast was served every morning on the terrace with the view of caldera. WiFi was on and off and unreliable. The only drawback is the numerous steps down to the hotel and up to the main road.

We loved this room! It was super clean and smelled so good our entire stay! The view from the room was beautiful and we even had our own private plunge pool that was covered outside. We utilized the common pool as well and it was relaxing/quiet with a great view! There is not one single bad thing to say about this place! Highly recommend and you get what you pay for!

This property was the perfect place to stay in Santorini. It is far enough down the hillside that you don't get many people passing by and have incredible sea views. They helped us set up a transfer from the airport, and the staff met us up by the post-office to help carry our bags down for us. The staff there, especially Vangelis (I believe he is the nighttime concierge or manager) are amazing. Vangelis made sure that we had everything we needed throughout our stay, and always greeted us as we passed by to our room and was overall very accommodating and professional. The complimentary breakfast they serve to your room in the morning was amazing as well. Every night you get to choose what you would like, and they deliver it promptly at the time you chose. The hot tub with the room was great to use at night when it cooled off a bit, and the pool they have was usually empty around the time we went, and the perfect way to cool off after a day of exploring. We also came back to our room every day, not only to have it perfectly cleaned, but also smelling amazing. They made sure to restock the bottled water in the room as well each day. If you are considering about staying here, don't even think about it, and just book it already :)

Beautiful property and the staff was excellent. I just wish I was informed of my VIP benefits and minor issues with my room. A lot of cockroach’s in the room within my 3 day stay I probably killed 20 of them crawling around my room. No hot water and my hot tub was broken. Also somehow the safe was “not working” and I was constantly seeing stuff moved around in my room without my knowledge. I’m not sure if staff entered while my do not disturb sign was up but whatever. The breakfast was great.

We loved our stay at Ducato so much! The staff was more than friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable, the bed was very comfortable. Our yummy breakfast was served daily and the staff was very attentive to any needs we had. The only thing that would subtract a star would be the stairs but that is anywhere with a caldera view and not specific to the hotel. The staff retrieves and brings your luggage all the way to your pickup area and they even let us store our luggage after checkout until we were ready to leave Santorini. We would definitely stay again!

Staff and service great! Wasn’t happy with mold in bathroom. Bathroom didn’t look clean. I asked if we could change room and they said all the rooms bathroom is like that. Room was also tiny tiny!

We had the honey moon suite, and a special welcome or bottle of wine/other would have been nice. There was a stain in the couch and a small yellow stain on the pillow case :( Breakfast was good. The wind was really bad the day we stayed and it is difficult to enjoy the view in windy conditions as there is no shelter from it.

We stayed in a suite with a private plunge pool on caldera but we had the only one that had no gate or rope to keep strangers out. I asked for something to stop all the strangers from just walking into what was supposedly a Private patio and pool which had no privacy whatsoever.

As per the pictures shown on the site it seemed that the pool was connected to the room which was very misleading because it was not. It was just out the door but still not as private as we expected. The room was also very small and at first we felt a little claustrophobic. The tub had hair from what seemed to be from a previous guest but the front desk was very pleasant and helpful.

This is a nice place at the bottom of the hillside overlooking the caldera. Our room had no more rooms between it and the cliff at the bottom of Oia. Overall, they were friendly and efficient but we had a LOT of trouble finding the place. Do not try to find it yourself - call them and they will meet you to take you there. We were totally lost in the middle of the night trying to get there, and they had us climb back up the hill (with our bags) to meet them at the post office. Be aware that this place has a lot of stairs to reach the rooms. It is not suitable for anyone with mobility problems. The room was nice, though had less character than some other places I've seen in Oia. The hot tub was nice, comfortable but not very hot. Still, sitting in the hot tub looking over the water illuminated by a full moon was one of the most sublime experiences I can remember.

I enjoyed staying here. It was a nice hotel with friendly staff. The room we booked had an ocean & partial caldera view with a plunge pool. The downside to it was that it wasn’t that private - there was a room next to ours where the guests had to walk through our balcony/pool to get to it. So don’t expect any privacy. The rooms are also very dark, not many lights in there and the bathroom looks very cave like & dark. The air conditioner also wasn’t very good and barely worked so in early June, our room was blistering hot at all times even with the air con running. The breakfast was delicious and served right to your balcony. Having the porter carry our luggage up and down the stairs was a great help. There were also stray cats & kittens living in the sewer next to the room.

The hotel is very pretty set on the hillside. The steps up to and down from the Main Street are very tough to traverse multiple times a day. The rooms are large with a very pretty motif. Each room has a jacuzzi. The views are fantastic. The staff was extremely hospitable.

It’s not for everybody because it is in a cave very dark not so comfortable on your feet in the shower bath room due to the fact it’s stones. Getting to the room again is not for everybody unless you are able to go up and downstairs walk on uneven surfaces and 116 steps I would say it’s a great property. Fortunately, my husband and I were able to do both the people they are very nice and the food was good. The guys who carried our luggage to our room and from our room were amazing

We loved this room! It was super clean and smelled so good our entire stay! The view from the room was beautiful and we even had our own private plunge pool that was covered outside. We utilized the common pool as well and it was relaxing/quiet with a great view! There is not one single bad thing to say about this place! Highly recommend and you get what you pay for!

This property was the perfect place to stay in Santorini. It is far enough down the hillside that you don't get many people passing by and have incredible sea views. They helped us set up a transfer from the airport, and the staff met us up by the post-office to help carry our bags down for us. The staff there, especially Vangelis (I believe he is the nighttime concierge or manager) are amazing. Vangelis made sure that we had everything we needed throughout our stay, and always greeted us as we passed by to our room and was overall very accommodating and professional. The complimentary breakfast they serve to your room in the morning was amazing as well. Every night you get to choose what you would like, and they deliver it promptly at the time you chose. The hot tub with the room was great to use at night when it cooled off a bit, and the pool they have was usually empty around the time we went, and the perfect way to cool off after a day of exploring. We also came back to our room every day, not only to have it perfectly cleaned, but also smelling amazing. They made sure to restock the bottled water in the room as well each day. If you are considering about staying here, don't even think about it, and just book it already :)

Wow. What service. First, I really need to appreciate the porters who bring luggage up and down those cliff side stairs. We tipped and I encourage everyone to do so. They are rockstars, you would not be able to get to your room without them. Second, Vagelis, was the most accommodating concierge. Just great. The whole hotel is a special experience.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had anywhere in the world. Super amazing and helpful staff. They really went the extra mile. They helped me arrange transportation, an ATV, activities, everything. Super easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. The room was perfect and I loved the private hot tub. A five star experience. The island is even more beautiful than in photos. You have your own private space in the most desired part of the island. Seriously incredible. And truly outstanding staff.

This is a nice place at the bottom of the hillside overlooking the caldera. Our room had no more rooms between it and the cliff at the bottom of Oia. Overall, they were friendly and efficient but we had a LOT of trouble finding the place. Do not try to find it yourself - call them and they will meet you to take you there. We were totally lost in the middle of the night trying to get there, and they had us climb back up the hill (with our bags) to meet them at the post office. Be aware that this place has a lot of stairs to reach the rooms. It is not suitable for anyone with mobility problems. The room was nice, though had less character than some other places I've seen in Oia. The hot tub was nice, comfortable but not very hot. Still, sitting in the hot tub looking over the water illuminated by a full moon was one of the most sublime experiences I can remember.

The receptionist Nadja was incredibly kind and stayed to welcome us from our late flight and made us dinner reservations when requested. The view of the Caldera is spectacular and breathtaking. The only negative is that it’s at the bottom of a steep decline and you must walk countless irregular stairs up to get to the town. There are no elevators, only steep stairs. That said, a hot tub outside your room afford you views of the cliffs surrounding the Calera and the ships sailing in and out of port. The room is a cave built into the cliff and is quite large. Despite the steps, we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone visiting Oia. The restaurant was closed when we were here in April 2024. to make up for this, the hotel sent breakfast directly to the room each morning, which was phenomenal, consisting of an omelette, or a Greek style, scrambled egg, Greek pastries, yogurt, and fruit salad.

This is a very nice hotel in one of the best locations and top notch view. Nothing beats that view. The hot tub is a bit small and you get to see people passing by (for some rooms) but still nice. Breakfast is nice. The only downside is the stairs. If you have a disability or having issues climbing stairs, this one is not for you but most of the island as well. Dont bring a heavy luggage!
