What guests think

At Hotel San Luis, travellers highlight a central, walkable location and warm, accommodating service, with many finding clean, comfortable, budget-friendly rooms that suit short stays, though a few note basic decor and occasional noise from hallways or neighboring rooms.

Several reviews mention minor maintenance issues such as inconsistent hot water, low water pressure, or worn room elements. An on-site restaurant and luggage storage are convenient, while parking nearby can be uncertain and Wi-Fi feedback is mixed. Overall, expect a straightforward base suited to budget-minded travelers.

Unfortunately the conditions of the rooms are not optimal as walls are dirty, tv didn't work and lighting in the room was poor. The main hall as you enter the building is lovely and very bohemian though, shame the condition of the rooms are not good.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. Only gave four stars because noise from neighboring rooms was an issue, and water pressure on the sink was low.
