Very clean and modern hotel. Awesome well decorated lobby with lots of places to sit and converse. Nice indoor pool with whirlpool and small workout room. Rooms very nice and modern with everything you need. Microwave fridge, iron, ironing board. Walk in shower.

I liked the lobby, dining, and bar area as you walked in the front entrance. They has the fireplace burning. Early evening guests would mingle at the bar and visit. Had a nice big screen TV with college football on behind the small bar. Really neat. Rooms were neat and clean and so was the swimming pool area.

They have it all, pool, bar, breakfast. It was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Very quiet for a full house. Our only issue would have been the air/heat in our room was very loud and disruptive for a light sleeper.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was a bit firm but sleepable. They had a wonderful selection of coffee and tea near the front desk 24/7 and a lot of options for breakfast. Easy to find with ample parking. If in the area again, would definitely stay there!

We arrived a little after 3pm to check in. The lobby was nice and inviting and clean. Our room was clean. The swimming pool was good except. The hot tub was out of order which was one reason of many reasons why we booked the room (it helps my husbands achy joints). The breakfast was okay. I thought it would have been a lot better based off the reviews. The sausage gravy was cold and the scrambled eggs were running. The juice area was out of service so we only had milk and coffee..neither of what I drink. I requested a partial refund but was denied so we will not be booking at this hotel in the future. The staff was very nice but paying $170 and not being able to use everything is unacceptable.

One thing I noticed was two of their trash containers hadn't been emptied the time we were there for two nights. Also the breakfast area got pretty dirty without being addressed and coffee ran out temporarily. The room itself was fine.

The place is clean, comfortable, basic. We were unhappy with the fridge in the room. We were told..sometimes they work, sometimes they don't..!! Not what we wanted to hear since we had a cooler full of food for a picnic the next day! We were also told that about the TV! Breakfast was bad if you are trying not to eat carbs, cause other then over-cooked eggs, that was basically all there was.

Our room with king bed was very roomy. The bed was very comfortable, but the heat/air unit in the room was loud and kept me awake, when running. So, I turned off the unit and had a much better time sleeping, and we didn’t even get cold during the night. Everything else was great.

Water at property was off, so we were unable to check in until after our event, Needed to change clothes in a gas station bathroom. Note left inside all rooms said everone would be getting a discount, but housekeeping staff checking people in and out didn't know how to do this. Housekeeping staff extremely nice and apologetic. Provided contact info for manager. Manager extremely rude, hostile, and argumentative, not so much as one apology from manager. Very sad when untrained housekeeping staff present with more professionalism than a manager, as they attempt to do a job that wasn't even their responsibility.

The only thing I didn't like was checking in...it took 20 minutes. They had only one person on a Saturday afternoon trying to check in people, answering the phone (5 times) and making reservations for said people, and getting people drinks at the bar. There should have been more than one person...she was overwhelmed! Otherwise, the property is very nice. Also, they need to move the sign of a bump in the driveway to before the bump not after! I hit bottom and I wasn't driving fast. I observed were others left deep gouges in the asphalt from hitting the bump! We will book again when we are in Cannon Falls, MN area.

When we checked in I had two reservations and the front desk gentleman told me I only had one . Turns out I did have two and they almost charged me a no show fee and for a third room because he had to find me another room for our second booking that he said he couldn’t find . It was just really messy and a little frustrating when I was trying to work during the day and I was getting phone calls from the hotel telling me my stuff was still in the room when I had it booked for three nights and they only had me down for one. The gentlemen who I dealt with was super nice and respectful but the guy who checked me in the first night was a little Willy knilly and skipped steps hence why he probably missed our second room .
