This is definitely a place you stop white you’re driving through to get somewhere else. It’s an older facility but the rooms are updated and clean: bed was comfy. Pool was closed for renovation (this should happen in the winter). There was an omelet station @ breakfast, which was nice. Staff was decent.

There is no elevator in this hotel, if you cant walk the stairs, you need to request a ground floor when booking. We checked in with no problems. The young lady at the desk was very accommodating, efficient and friendly. We will stay again soon as we dont care to fly and will drive instead. See ya next month! PS: free breakfast was good too! The pool is stiil closed. Are you going to fix it? Asking for our future stays...

Because I needed a pet friendly room, I was placed on the second floor before I realized there was no elevator. Having to schlep pets, pet bedding, food and supplies plus my luggage up 2 flights of stairs was difficult. There pool and hot tub were out of service as were the dryers.

We traveled 11 hours and was looking forward to the indoor pool and hot tub and both have been under construction for A YEAR per staff at front desk and all she could say is the manager would be here tomorrow and we could talk with them. On the site about the hotel it tells you they have a pool and hot tub. If we would have known that we would have stayed at a different hotel. Check in staff was not welcoming at all. Very disappointed

The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the water in the shower is hot, and the temperature for the hvac seems to be working. For about $100 not sure I have any right to expect more. The lovely lady at the front desk was super helpful and patient and probably deserves a raise. The owner should be ashamed that his hotel advertises - on every booking site I checked - a hotel with a pool and spa. Both of which he closed when he bought the property. I was too tired to fight but after driving 600 miles, I was looking forward to a soak in the hot tub tonight and a swim in the morning before I drive another 600 miles.

Everything in this area is right off of Old 66 which runs parallel to a well used railroad track, so things tend to be noisy along this route no matter where you stay. This place set back a bit further from the road behind a Denny's and a gas station. It is easily accessed from the interstate. The breakfast was good with the option of having a freshly made omelet by one of the staff. There is no charge for this, but there is a tip jar that many people contribute something to. There is no elevator to the second floor rooms.

Staff was friendly and competent. Room was clean and comfortable. Had a lovely, made to order omelet for breakfast. The only knock would be that I had a 2nd floor room and there isn’t an elevator. My bag wasn’t too heavy but if you have a lot of luggage make sure to get a ground floor room.

This place was an absolute dump. Our room was dirty and had someone's old socks on the floor. The sink wouldn't drain. The air conditioner unit did not work. The beds were very uncomfortable. The room was so small that we were constantly tripping over each other and our suitcases. Breakfast was bad, as well. Hardly any options and the coffee was barely lukewarm. The pool they advertised having was closed. I'm convinced they're paying for good reviews because the rating they have does not match the property at all.

Rooms are compact with small bathrooms; beds are often comfortable but noise can carry from hallways, neighbors, trains, or the highway. Decor feels dated in spots, and minor maintenance or HVAC issues appear occasionally.
