The rooms were clean and appropriate. The area outside the rooms was clean and tidy. Quiet and parking was good. The pool however, was disgusting. It was beyond terrible. Quite frankly, it needed to be drained, scrubbed and disinfected. Dirty clothes, towels and shoes lying everywhere, trash all about. The water was murky, no chlorine smell at all, and the water had white, globuals of something covering the entire surface. Looked like male bodily fluid. I chose this hotel due to price and having a pool. It was a let down for certain

The stay was nice, the indoor pool was actually the best part because it was warm enough for the kids to swim unlike a lot of the other indoor pools at other hotels. The beds were a little hard but all in all we would stay here again.

Customer service was good. Bed was comfortable. Only 3 sets of everything in a room for 4. Not a big deal, but seems like it’s an easy fix. There was dried boogers on the wall, paint ripped from the wall, and missed food trash on the floor from before. Cleaning could’ve been more of a priority.

The stay was great really dont have anything bad about the place to say as everyone was kind and the rest of the place was great looking including the pool area was clean . It was just our room we had problems with but I'm sure they probably would of changed us rooms if I would of asked them too. but we was to tired to switch rooms after driving 12hours to get there and had already brought all our stuff in the room . So I didn't ask for another room .. the toilet was broke but my husband fixed it a couple times . The ac wasnt cold so it was hot in there . We did have blood on the sheets but they did apologize for it and gave me new one's.. the bed was very hard wasn't comfortable... but besides all that it was a amazing stay and ejoyed our time there. We will definitely book again but will ask for a better room next time ...

For the price it should have been better. The size of the room was awesome! There was a weird smell in the room. The bolt didn’t work on the door, the lock didn’t work in the bathroom, and things were needing repaired. We will probably try the other hotel in the area next time we come.

After checkimg in, we went to our room and our heat wouldnt work. Went to office and another person was waiting in front of me and came to find out they double booked us for the same room. Told them our heat didnt work and they moved us to a suite. The suite had holes in the wall and the trim was falling off around door frames. The closet door was off the track and just leaning in the closet. The fridge had knuckle prints all over it and there were burns on different surfaces. Was very noisy outside

I called the day of to see about possible cancelation. The person i spoke to advised they didn't think they could but would ask the manager and call me back. I never received a call back, but they did charge my card on file at 10am and checkin wasn't until the afternoon. Apparently that meant no on the cancelation but to charge the card before check-in was even allowed without notice was crappy service.
