Comfortable beds. Full breakfast. Microwave, WIFI, and TV. But this is my second stay here in a two year period that the advertised pool and hot tub were closed. They said this time they were closed for the winter, but the pool and hot tub are indoors, which is the whole reason I booked with them. I have stayed here multiple times through the years and have used the pool and hot tub in the winter months before. But since 2020, its closed for some reason.

The toilet didn’t flush properly the carpet was stained badly and the carpet had tack strips were coming through so my husband and I got our feet pricked every time we had bare feet going in and out of the bathroom. The staff was friendly. The pool wasn’t open that was disappointing because we were there almost a week.

It was a good value. It was clean enough to feel okay about the stay. But the pool was down for maintenance. Needed more light and power receptacles. I wasn't expecting perfection for the price. But overall I was happy with it.

There is remodeling occurring at the hotel at this time. Repairs to plumbing can be a bit disruptive. There is no formal Quality Inn Shuttle service to the Hospital for customers.

The housekeeping staff was fantastic as the property was clean. The front desk staff was helpful, if a little overly talkative. The facilities, however, are VERY dated and very badly maintained. It’s July and the lobby subdued are covered in droopy, faded Christmas paper in order to cover up the fact that the pool inoperable and clearly had been for a long time. (Even though they still advertise the amenity.) The inner hallways are stacked with furniture boxes so hopefully that means improvements are forthcoming. Several areas were newly painted. The hotel could easily be a top notch stay in the area with the hot breakfast, pool/hot tub, great staff, etc. It just needs to be updated and managed properly.

The hotel offered just what I needed. The price was reasonable, the room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was fresh and had a decent variety. The hotel staff was great, very nice and helpful. And we felt safe there. That is about all the good I can say about this hotel. The room only had one light, it was incredibly dirty, there were bugs, trash, crumbs, hair, etc. The mattresses didn’t fit the beds and felt unstable. The bathroom had a giant hole in the wall. We paid over $150/night, if it had been a cheap hotel I would have understood a little better. But that is a steep price for filth.

They replaced the towels once. I'm a pretty tidy person, so, for the price, it wasn't the worst place I've stayed. Breakfast was decent and having a balcony off the room was nice.

Great location. We were disappointed that the indoor/outdoor pool was not open. Our outside door did not work with our keycard and were told it was probably the battery but no offer to come fix it. Our non smoking room smelled like smoke and there was no lamps or much lightening. There were no pillows or blanket for the hideabed. We were able to get some brought up after being told that there were no more pillows. It seems like they were renovating the hotel.

The room was supposed to be non smoking and smelled like smoke. The room was hot when we got there because the air conditioner was off. We turned the air on and it never did cool down enough to be comfortable. Had to go buy a fan just to be able to bare staying the 2 nights we was there. Also there was only one light in the room so it was dim and hard to see in the room. Over all not a very pleasant stay. I’m usually not one to complain or write reviews but I would highly recommend the management fix these issues to better suit the needs of the guest.

The antiquated heater in the room kept me up all night. I turned it off to get some sleep, then woke up freezing 3 hrs later and had to turn it back on. Repeat til dawn. Inadequate parking for trailer. Old beds in the hallways, unpainted baseboards. Huge chunk out of the bathroom counter that had been caulked back together (poorly). Only one light in the entire room, at the front door. I'm cheap and just needed a place to crash, but it wasn't THAT cheap.

The soap rack in the shower had been previously broken off, and siliconed in place. However, there was black mold growing around the silicon area. The A/C unit did not cool down to the temperature required. The pull out couch had a thin mattress, making it squeak every time the sleeper moved. The King size bed was placed too close to the "pony wall" making it difficult to get in from that side of the bed. The phone was old and didn't work. Front desk said they would replace it, but that did not happen. The hot breakfast every morning was good and filling. However, the gravy, was a bit watered down. Overall, the building was mostly clean, but very outdated. Even the furniture everywhere was from the 70's.
