Friendly service, but lacked refrigerator and microwave. Those are only in a small number of room. The door for the ice, laundry and vending room quit working for one night. It was fixed in the morning. Other than no fridge or microwave, it was much better than other Motel 6 hotel stays. I jad to keep getting ice for a makeshift fridge.

I’ve stayed here multiple times. The staff is always on point and consistently polite and helpful. Plenty of parking. They have 2 ice machines and several washers and dryers. It’s a safe location and there are plenty of restaurants, fast food, and gas stations within walking distance. Pet friendly and the rooms are clean and spacious.

I liked the bright spot lights around the parking lot. It was very well lit making me feel safe and not have to worry if my car would be broken into. Room itself was clean and plain. Bed box spring was not comfortable and the top bed cover appeared to have a cigarette butt stain as if someone put out their cigarette on the bed cover. The one wood chair had scribbles all over it. The bath tub was in rough shape. Motel room price was $74 which is very much overpriced for what you got. Price should have been $54 which would be more reasonable considering the condition of the no frill room. Definitely OVERPRICED

Booked a wheelchair accessible single queen room with a microwave & a refrigerator. They gave us an upstairs room with no microwave or refrigerator. The manager claimed that Hotels.com always booked these when they don't exist. We checked the Motel 6 app & they offered what we originally requested. They out & out lied to us. After 45 minutes of conversation they gave us a ground level room & brought a refrigerator 2 days later. We bought a microwave for our cancer patient guest to use. IT WAS BAD Only chose that place for it's amazingly convenient proximity to our good friend's treatments & Denny's.

Wouldn’t recommend staying here for more than 1-2 days. Internet does not work. When I asked an employee she stated well that’s why it’s free. Not a great service. There isn’t any mini fridge or microwave so we had to eat out every day we stayed.

The area was a well lit and close to several restaurants and stores. When I first checked in I was told there was a two hour wait for my room, even though check-in was at 3pm. I arrived at 5:30pm. There was no lobby to wait and was told by the lady at the desk that I could walk to the nearby Denny's. I didn't want to carry my luggage to Denny's to wait for a room that should have been ready two hours prior. I just waited outside the front desk. In thirty minutes my room was ready. You have to reserve a deluxe room in order to get a microwave or refrigerator. I was able to upgrade later. Otherwise from the rocky start everything else went smoothly. The rooms were clean and well kept. The hotel overall was decent and was in a nice area.

We checked in late, after arriving late, and walked into the room and it smelled like smoked, but ignored it. We then went to use the towels and they were all stained ,but I also let it go and tried ignored it. Then went to get ready for bed and saw stains on the top converter, then removed the bed sheets and saw pee stains that were still yellow. DISGUSTING. I went to the check in desk and he told me, he couldn’t do anything only to refund my money. And I was left without a hotel room at 10pm. Stranded. Had to find the next closest hotel and ended up paying triple the price . AWEFUL! Will never stay at motel 6 ever again.

Check in was pretty easy except that my husband and I both had to show ID (we've never had to do that before). The room was spacious and had a long workspace, a mini fridge and microwave. However, the curtains were in terrible condition with holes here and there. While we were watching TV, a small cockroach crawled along the workspace. Disgusting! My husband killed it but it freaked me out so bad that I had to leave the light on all night! The bed was not very comfortable and I saw a tiny dead cockroach in the bathroom. The tub was in poor condition. We paid $111 for this room and that is way too much considering the poor condition and cockroaches! I've stayed at many Motel 6 locations and this was by far the absolute worst! San Dimas is a nice little town and I expected better accommodations than this. Guess I should have read the reviews before booking.

It’s motel 6…but it’s ran down, dirty, weird people living in motel. The room was FILTHY. Never had housekeeping, they had NO TOWELS. Literally had to go buy some…disgusting place.

First impression, top bed spreed left dirty, towels two of them looked liked somebody cleaned car engine and then washed, very dirty looking, next, tub was very dirty lookin, my wife and I did not take a shower nor used but one towel,was only to step on before going to be, the bed felt like was about 20 years old,squeaky and ,lumpy and middle was pushed down,will never stay there again..

The heat did not work it only blew cold air at every temp and it was cold and raining. The mattress was old with indents in it. We both woke up with a horrible back ache instead of feeling refreshed.

Parking was great. AC worked well. The room was in poor condition. The beds were old and in very poor condition. The noise level was unacceptable and made it difficult to sleep. Staff response to calls to front desk was insufficient. Towels were handled poorly. "Turn in a dirty one to the front desk to get a clean one." Bathtub was terribly stained. There was no microwave, There were no personal items except two small bars of soap; no shampoo, lotion, etc. Plug in the sink was broken. I HAVE STAYED IN MANY MOTEL 6s BEFORE AND THIS WAS THE WORST BY FAR.

Everything was good except so much light was coming in with the drapes closed u thought it was noon with how bright it was in the room trying to sleep really sucked . They need to install drapes that block out all the light so one can good a good night sleep .

Bed was very soft. Tv didn’t work which would have been okay but the people next to me were ip all night talking laughing and playing music and the walks were very thin. Had to be at airport at 3 am and they were still coming in and out and talking loudly.

Poor customer service by disrespectful and condicending receptionist. Booked a queen size bed but they didn't have one and she tried pushing a double bed on us disabled seniors. Then she wrote that "we had change of plans" on the cancelation notes.

We booked a two queen non smoking room When we got there check in took almost 20 minutes because the guy worker was super slow and it seemed like he did not want to help anyone. When we finally got to the room we walked in and walked out less than 30 seconds because the smell of cigarettes hit us as we walked in. It was so frustrating to have to go back up front because we had my 3 month with us at 11:00pm!! However this time the lady was very understanding and helpful with us She apologized and got us a room real quick that was to our liking.

Location was great, right off the freeway and many amenities (stores/restaurants) walkable. The room was below average- but we only needed a place to crash for an evening as a part of a longer trip. One bed had a very significant "divot" in the bed, my son could get out of the hole while sleeping. Also, requested a non-smoking room but the room had a VERY STRONG odor of smoke. Outside lights were very bright and shined into the room pretty easily. AC unit worked well, and noise was okay.

Honestly, it's time this Motel 6 is demolished and rebuilt. The room wasn't terrible, but the building shows its age and the remodeled rooms just aren't enough. The location is great for access to the surrounding areas, but there are a TON of druggies roaming the parking lot around the hotel and adjacent shopping center.

inexpensive price, however there was no coffee pot in the room, or tissues, or a good amount of towels. the room smelled bad upon arriving, they missed a day of room cleaning which left us with a bunch of smelly trash in the room we had to sleep inside with until the next day. No breakfast at all only cheap coffee
