Its a Super 8 so my expectations were low. The staff was friendly, the room was adequate. The carpet was dirty cause even after a shower walking in the room barefoot my feet got dirty. I told the staff. The swimming pool is very small. The towels r paper thin. Overall..it served my needs.

The room was dirty and smelled odd. There was no working soda, snack, or ice machine. All of the outlets are hanging off the wall, and there is so much dust visible on them and behind them. The faucet in the tub was broken. Half the light bulbs were missing from the lamps.

one ripped towel and 1/2 roll of toilet paper when we got there which was around 5 pm. Did get towels & toilet paper from the office which was a nice person. Carpet was dirty as i got black on my feet everyday as I go bare foot. Cleaning crew came around 10 and doesn't speak english. We didn't leave the room to after 10 so we got no service for 3 days but did on the forth as we left by 9 am. Stayed four nights; other than dirty carpet and cleaning crew not coming back after we left, not too bad. I wouldn't stay there again.

This place was just dirty walking upstairs to our room there was trash and cigarettes in the stairwell. In the room the bathroom there was hair everywhere the floor had toilet paper in it(used) and no toilet paper on the roll. The room was very dirty as far as the floors. As a former hotel manager this was unacceptable. The lady at the front desk was very nice and polite she got me towels and toilet paper. The room only had two towels to accommodate 2 adults and one child. The pillows were so flat we had to use blankets out of the car for pillows.

We had two beds in our room. When I pulled down the sheets on one of them, there were crumbs--like they hadn't even changed the sheets. As we didn't have a DO NOT DISTURB sign, they changed out our towels every day. But we kept having to ask for an extra towel--EVERY DAY! The breakfast was pretty much non-existent: Cold cereal, packaged oatmeal, some bread. Not sure where the milk was for the cereal. On Monday, the ONE POT of coffee was empty, and there was no juice (which had been there the two previous days). There was hair in the shower that wasn't mine. And, there was some kind of gunk on the bathroom wall as well as beside the bed. The luggage valet stand was completely broken (see picture). We asked for a new one--they did bring one, but it was broken as well. The only saving grace was that the beds were okay and the water in the shower was hot.

I really can’t believe this was a Wyndham hotel. The room smelled weird and decor was aged, the blanket was itchy, and breakfast was very minimal. It did seem clean but just felt icky.

Very good stay of four nights. The facilities rate about 3-star while service is 4-star. The service from hotel staff was very good, and they responded to all my needs in a timely manner. Room had a lot of space. I booked a single king bed and was comfortable enough. My room had a desk and chair and sofa, which I highly appreciate. Hotel location is very close to grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants.

Good clean room, large. Clean bathroom. Relatively quiet, the ac fan even on low is loud, but still good rest. Breakfast had self made waffles, oatmeal and toast. Overall happy with the stop. Very quick check in check out.

There was an attempt by what we think was another guest trying to get in our room. They were able to get the door open but we have our security lock on and we were able to scare them off. We reported the incident the next morning and the desk help was totally indifferent to the situation and didn’t even offer an apology 😳😖

Check in was easy....the woman working the 2-10 shift was amazing....she knew the area where we are from so we chatted for a bit....her knowledge of the local eateries was very helpful. We checked out early (3:30 am) on the 12th......girl on duty didn't have change to return our security deposit....we gave her another $50 to get our deposit back in the form of a $100 bill....other than that hiccup was an excellent experience and we wouldn't hesitate staying here again in the future.

I often stay here for work. I live two hours away from my job, and this is always my go to place to stay. The staff at the Super 8 in Fort Oglethorpe are very accommodating. Many times my paperwork is ready and waiting for me upon check-in. They know my favorite room to stay in and do their best to get me in that room. I feel like royalty when I stay there.

This property had trash all in the parking lot, people wondering around outside, the counter had a gate around it. The place looked unsafe and nothing like the photos online. This hotel is misrepresented on the website. I did not stay and neither the hotel nor Expedia refunded my money. I would not recommend this hotel or this app to anyone else.

OK for one night. Large room and close to the Chikamauga battlefield. Good also for visiting Lookout Mountain. Hotel is a bit older,but room was clean. Breakfast was rather poor.

Property is showing it’s age. Our room was reasonably clean but had a strange unpleasant odor. The bathroom sink was located in the room, separate from the toilet and tub, which we do not prefer. The breakfast was very disappointing, with the only hot food being waffles, oat meal, & toast. No bagels, sausage, bacon, or eggs were provided. We were definitely underwhelmed by this hotel, and will not be staying there again.
