Daily Housekeeping, which is a 10/10. They charge for amenities you don’t even use. They also have a $10 tax added to all overnight/valet parking, which ends up coming out to a total of $75 per night. Not the greatest, but what made up for it was the cleanliness.

We really enjoyed our stay, The Hotel is super clean. Our room was perfect for two couples. The bathroom was large, and shower was nice. The Hotel has a free game room which is really well kept. Perfect visit for the Giants game and walking distance to the stadium. We thank you so much for the hospitality!

I will be returning to this Hotel, because it’s a great location. This was my first visit and I was a bit unclear on where to park for the valet service. Diving in the city is not my favorite and I hade to drive around twice to figure it out. My only true negative was that the thermostat was pre-set and even though it was set to 66°, the room never went below 76 which is far too hot for me. It was a heat wave in the city that day and was 90° outside.

Overall, our stay at Hotel Zetta last weekend was very nice, but there were a few noticeable downsides. The biggest issue was the pillowcases on our bed—they were noticeably dirty with what appeared to be dried makeup of some sort (I hope anyway). Given that the cases were pure white, it was disappointing that housecleaning missed this. However, once we spoke with a member of the cleaning staff, they promptly replaced them with fresh ones. Additionally, the add-on costs felt quite steep, with parking at $69 a night and amenities fees coming out to $87. On a positive note, the front desk staff was excellent throughout our stay—welcoming, polite, and very helpful.

Very central and easy to then get about downtown SF. Room OK with no proper shower enclosure which a bit silly and many rooms look straight toward another room (h style blocks). Silly daily amenities charges which make it look cheaper but then costs quite a bit more. Colleague said coffee shop in lobby was very slow and poor. Overall, OK and wouldn’t return if could avoid.
