Did not get the room we booked for; the dishes/cutlery in our room were left in the dishwasher and were dirty; there was bird crap all over the front entrance ; the “breakfast included” service was obviously only available (or they only had enough ) to service a limited amount of guests… we ended up having an option of a couple of biscuits or cereal or an orange…along with awful coffee. Will never go back there.

We have stayed here before and loved the amenities and convenience. This time, there were signs of the building aging with some things broken or just not working. We also woke up to no hot water the first morning of our stay. The issue was resolved by late afternoon, and the staff were very helpful and apologetic, but the cold sponge bath in the morning was unpleasant.

I’ve stayed here twice. It advertises free breakfast, but sometimes there is no hot breakfast at all. No one ever refills anything on the breakfast either. This time our shower was plugged and the toilet ran constantly. These are things that are easily fixed. Also forgot my shampoo and conditioner in the room and it had magically disappeared when I phoned the next morning.

Saw couple people outside lingering around near the cars outside...hallway carpet for 3 floors where covered in rice and has pieces of a vape or some other kind of small electronic also on the floor in couple spots and wasn't cleaned up so had to make sure my pups didn't get into it. Overall were there for one night and it was fine for what it was but if we are ever in passing through Williston again we will probably look for somewhere else to go.

They should be a little honest to say that they have not had hot water for more than a week. The staff in front is not friendly. You ask them a question and they reply that they know nothing. I spent a night without showering because I had no hot water and the answer was that we cannot do anything. Of course, I asked for my money back to go to another hotel.

Boy has this place gone downhill. I used to stay here all the time for work. Came back for a quick business meeting and no AC in the halls, crappy AC in the rooms, and its looking run down.

There was a lot of bird droppings in the entrance area outside. Also the cement is very uneven so it was hard to get cart with luggage on it into the hotel. Staff was so nice!

The first room had a pubic hair and blood in the shower, the second room had mildew in the shower but I went to the Albertsons and got some Lysol, I had shower shoes so I really didn't care. Otherwise the hotel and rooms are nice I think it's a housekeeping problem.

Breakfast was cold both mornings. No fresh fruit, but lots of empty bowls. Had to ask for sugar for every cup of coffee. Did not refill the container, just gave me two packets each time. Garbage from previous occupant was left in kitchen drawer. Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes.

Bed was hard and very uncomfortable, and the pillows were even worse. Continental breakfast was one of the worst i have ever seen... i would not stay here again. I will say though that the staff was incredibly nice and helpful and was the only bright spot of the stay...

This is a pretty nice hotel with a fully equipped kitchen. Just need to bring your food. Beds are comfy. Rooms are surprisingly spacious. Breakfast was great and the breakfast lady went above and beyond to ensure my kids were ok. Front office ladies were nice. Hotel is located near supermarkets and gas station and pizza place. Liquor store is just across the street.

Reserved an extra night stay, confirmed the extra night that morning only to show back up later in the day with no room and all my stuff removed. Was told the hotel was sold out even with my confirmation. Only got excuses and unwillingness to help. Would not recommend service is horrible and will not accommodate.

We were greeted and felt welcomed, our room was great! I found the bed uncomfortable, but my husband did not. 😆 We we’re a little bothered with the loud footsteps from the room above us, but that thankfully wasn’t while we were trying to sleep. Breakfast was good. We would stay again!
