The air conditioning was not working in our room. The mechanic came but it still kept turning off. This was a huge problem especially in the heat I couldn't rest well because of this. The tv is direct tv only we had to get new remote because the batteries were dead connection took awhile every time. The pool was nice and warmer than the jacuzzi. The rooftop pool had nice views. There is 1hour in the am for men & then women and 1 hour in the evening the same. The kosher food was delicious, the guy working the desk entrance of restaurant was less than nice and decided to close early fortunately a senior man let me get some breakfast and it was excellent. The shuttle to the beach is every hour and the chairs and umbrella were nice unfortunately it started to thunder yet catching a Lyft back was fairly quick. I chose this place because I lived on the beach for 2 decades and as a woman traveling alone I wanted someplace I would feel comfortably safe which I did feel and I was able to do my daily swimming exercises. The front desk staff were magnificent and helpful and the shuttle driver and staff were very professional. The sheets were soft and beds were comfortable. I just wish the air conditioning or fan worked consistently, we didn't book a balcony so opening a window wasn't an option.

Stayed 2 nights

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights, and paid the premium for a large corner suite with a balcony and water view. The bed was comfortable, but the living room and balcony furniture need to be updated. The bathroom was not very comfortable (half sized sink with very limited counter space) and very limited amenities. Although there was a full sized fridge with an icemaker, a k-cup machine, a mini-bar with wine, mini bottles and snacks, and a dining table, the cabinets were completely empty. After walking downstairs to request a couple of glasses, we were told to call from our room to make this request. So, almost an hour later, 2 glasses arrived. There were no dishes, utensils, k-cups, or anything else in the “kitchen” during our stay. Breakfast was included with our stay, but was minimal and there was no friendly service of any kind. Although the dining area was almost empty, we were told not to sit in the area where tables for 4 were located because there were only 2 of us. The only 2 areas where we were treated with courtesy were at the valet station and the front desk representative on the morning we checked out. We gave this hotel a try based on the convenient location and the attractive pictures online. Needless to say, we were disappointed and won’t stay there again.
