Property is being renovated which is a plus. Pleasant staff too. VERY disappointed that it is a 2 story property BUT doesnt have an elevator. I was given a 2nd floor room at the far end of hallway and had to make 2 trips up and down with luggage.

We stayed here because it was pet friendly. The gentleman at the front desk was VERY friendly! This review has nothing to do with him. The front area smelled horrible. We get into the room and immediately I see an imprint of someone’s face on the window. So I knew this room would not be clean. The bathroom floor looked like they hadn’t clean it in months. There was a creepy boarded up whole above the toilet in the bathroom. My boyfriend saw a cockroach in the bathroom in the middle of the night. We also found spiders on the walls in the halls. The continental breakfast was a joke. They ran out of coffee and didn’t have creamer. The bed was uncomfortable and very squeaky. I pay way too much for this room.

Was just gross. The room obviously wasnt cleaned before I stayed. There were still candy on the floor from previous guest. Cockroaches. Shoddily patched holes in the wall. The only positive was the water pressure from the shower to wash away that disgusting feeling of having stayed here.

The staff were incredibly kind, attentive and accommodating, however the cleanliness of the rooms resulted in my one star review as we had two room reservations and cockroaches were crawling around in both bedrooms (from behind headboard) and out of all the bathroom drains. The free breakfast was slim pickings, just a couple of cold items and a DIY waffle station as the only hot food option… so don’t count on it to feed hungry kids or teens. Definitely will not stay here again when visiting my son at his college.

1. I asked for a room on the 1st floor because I was traveling with an elderly woman. I was told they had no rooms available on the 1st floor. Get inside the room and it had not been cleaned. Beds unmade, towels on the floor etc. I go tell the person at the front desk and the response was, "really?". He then gave me another room located ON THE 1ST FLOOR.... 2. We were there for 3 nights and every night we returned our key card would not work. 3. The fridge did not work and housekeeping left food in the microwave from the folks that were there before is. 4. All these issues and not once did anyone apologize for the terrible service. I didn't think to take pics of the first room. I didn't find the issues with the fridge and microwave until the night before we were leaving. To be fair, the room itself was descent, but the customer service experience was absolutely terrible!!!

It’s illegal to harass a disabled person WTH a service dog. This is for a disabled veteran. We request led the appropriate disabled room as well. I do understand people have emotional support animals. We have a legit service dog. He tried to charge us $50 for the dog. The bathroom door would close, there was a hole in the wall next to the toilet, breakfast had dry blueberry muffins and 3 types of cream. No toast, no juice, and not even sugar for coffee! Then when we woke up the mattress was so hard we could barely walk. We left even though we were paid up till the next day. We were going to check out when we saw a guy dressed like a rapper at the front desk wearing sunglasses inside. At that point I couldn’t take anymore. There wasn’t even a coffee pot in the room. This place is one of the worst in all my 47 years of life.

The hotel is being renovated but a very sloppy work quality is visible everywhere. Lose facet, dirty floors and moldy/ dirty corners. Smelly. In addition we were charged $50 deposit that was supposed to be refunded upon departure. I contacted the hotel and was assured that there were no problems and credit was issued. Three days later the deposit of $50 has not been credited yet.

The young lady at the front desk was polite fast very nice to my wife and I. And house keeping was very nice. The room room was very clean. My wife and I decided we are going to stay at days inn from now on. And I believe the young lady’s name at the front desk is April in Shawnee Oklahoma.

Great price And location. Just a quick stay while Crossing the country. Room was decent with updated flooring and furniture. Bathroom and entry tile were filthy though. I tried to leave my socks on as much as pissible. Tile needs steam cleaning. I understand that they are among dat things f a remodel del so maybenit will be remedied. The breakfast was horrible and at 7am there was no coffee, and no one around to attend to that.

The property is just old and outdated. There were these little naps everywhere in my room and if I did not wear socks my feet on the bottom work completely black from the floor not being completely clean. The location is pretty decent and the people that work there are really great it's just that it does need more care. Smell is really overwhelming when you come in. I don't know if it's an air freshener or the cleaning products but it was kind of a lot.
