We arrived late at night and the staff was very kind. Upon arriving to our “non smoking” room there was a stale smoke smell and the AC was completely off (the heat index had been 104 that day)—it took several hours for the room to reach a comfortable temperature. Because this was the only option available for our stay we tried to make the best of the situation—however, The shower had at least two other individuals hair still in the bottom, there was a used wash cloth hanging on the shower rod, and no body wash in the room, and there was also still someone else’s hair on one of the clean towels. Individually these things could potentially be overlooked, but all together made for a very unpleasant stay. We checked out before breakfast was served, but I did notice a sign saying the waffle machine was out of order.

Value for cost of the room certainly NOT there. Bed was good but cleanliness of room esp bathroom needed improvement. Staff was courteous. Location good.
