We have stayed at this property numerous times and they have always provided for any need we had. Staff was friendly and courteous and seemed concerned that we had a food stay. Easily accessible. Parking is a little cramped, spaces are narrow, use caution and they are maneuverable.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms. No elevator, but not an issue. There was no coffee maker in the room and virtually no sound proofing - you could hear conversations in other rooms when in the bathroom. Hallway was the same - you could hear talking under the door, so I put a bath towel down to help block the noise.

Good- it was clean but nothing fancy at all. There is no elevator so you’ll take about 20 steps. Rooms are dated. But was affordable. Parking spaces are tight and only a few handicap parking spots. Several park over the lines taking up two spaces which made it difficult to find parking.

Upon arriving the bathroom smelled like mold. The shelf in the bathroom was falling apart and there was no hook on the back of the bathroom door. The chair in the room near the bed was stained and filthy. When I pulled the blanket down, the sheet had holes in it. Furniture was cheap and outdated, not sure how this place is rated so high, maybe it’s the nudie shop across the street that draws people in .

Room smelled musty. Shower had a hole in wall, dead bug on floor that stayed our entire stay, also a live bug in shower, given a handicap room which we didn’t ask for non slip grip tape in shower peeling off and dirty looking, a cracked dirty looking chair in shower, dirty bed spread.

It was a solid “okay,” and that’s it. The rooms were shabby, there was a towel left on a hook behind the bathroom door that had been used by a previous occupant, and there was mildew in the tub. My kids’ room smelled awful and made my daughter’s asthma act up. We were in town for a funeral and just needed a place to sleep, so that part was adequate. The lobby, which is what is shown on most of the sites, is the nicest part of the building by far.

You can tell this property has some age, but has been updated fairly well. No elevator for second floor. We were pleasantly surprised by the niceties of the property. A great value for price. Bathrooms (particularly the shower) could use updating. Rooms had a bit of a musty odor, but wasn’t overwhelming for us and got used to it.

Where to start? We got to check in and the night clerk, named Richard seemed friendly at first. But then he went on a rant about pronouns and trans people and how he doesn't even know what to call people. It took forever to get checked in due to the rant. The toilet ran all night and couldn't get anyone to come fix it. But whatever. Finally, the bed is the hardest bed I have ever stayed. My fiance and I couldn't even sleep due to the pain from how firm it was. And finally, the breakfast? A joke. They didn't even have orange juice in the dispenser. Clean property but staff was t helpful and the bed was terrible.

Convenient location right next door to McDonalds, 2 gas stations, and a starbucks. Rooms have a fridge and microwave which is very awesome at this price. The rooms as certainty nothing fancy. Its an older place. The breakfast is average. But a few hot items. Didnt swim, but it looks like a decent indoor pool. Overall, this is a cheap stay, in a safe feeling location, with above average amenities for the price. My wife and i had to go to UK to the doctor and jave stayed here twice. Both times it was under $100 a night. Well worth it! Oh and the staff was always friendly.

Rey friendly staff with easy check in. Room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with fried eggs, sausage patties, biscuits, gravy, bagels and English muffins, fruit and juices, coffee and milk with cereal. I would stay again.

The lady at check-in was not very friendly. Room was good value for the money and clean and comfortable. Only negative is that the property was advertised with photos of a full breakfast, but it was only cereal, muffins and danish, nothing hot. The orange juice was terribly watered down. We asked, as did another guest, about the breakfast situation and were told that the photos are provided by corporate and not the individual location.
