Nice hotel. Nice execise area. Odd only 1 small elevator for the whole hotel. Staff were friendly. The hotel you can see is starting to age a little but still clean.

The Staff were super helpful, from the Front Desk to the Breakfast Prep, everyone was great. Facility was clean and nice with the exception of the 'garish' Hallway Carpet! Major annoyance with the lack of an outside Patio or Social Area for friends to gather and visit. The Pool is indoors which eliminates that as an option. Highly suggest that problem be remedied.

Upon arrival the property look clean and maintained smelled fresh and clean everything worked as it should, the room was fresh and clean the bed was comfortable the breakfast was pretty good and the staff was friendly and proper, the only thing that could have been better was the pool could have been a little warmer. But all in all we have zero complaints we will definitely stay here again

The room was recently renovated and very nice. The bed/mattress was amazingly comfortable. The breakfast was ordinary. On this day the elevator was out of order. Fortunately our room was on the second floor so it was tolerable. The property looked new and everything I saw seemed very clean. This was a convenient stop for us and I would consider staying there again.

I got a room near the elevator so I could hear the elevator going up and down all night long. White noise helped with that inconvenience. Room was clean. Had a couple of small issues that I brought to the attention of the front desk when I left. Overall a decent day. I’m a runner and felt safe running in the area.

The bathroom was very nice and clean. The king bed was very comfortable and also the pillows! We would stay again. Thank you!

Wonderful room however the banging on the roof till 10 pm was uncalled for. They were working on something which I understand but that was too late, especially after a long drive and we were trying to get some early sleep. Not sure what room there was a family staying in but their child was running up and down the hall screaming. Another example of the parents not keeping their child in control.

This hotel did not even try to accomodate my special request for any room close to elevator, on any floor because of severe heart and breathing issues. So they gave me the last room on a floor, farthest from elevator. Each time I walked to room hard breathing and palpitations. Everything else was excellent but, that walk to my room , was disappointing. So won't stay here again. Area was good, lots of resturaunts as well.

The fire alarm went off at 5 am (and then again ~7:30 and on and off until checkout). Per Misha (manager) it was a faulty sensor or wiring in the front lobby door(s). I accept problems happen. However, on checkout the front desk agent had a list of rooms and names and how everyone had booked. Quote “We are really sorry about the alarm. We are refunding last night’s stay. Because you booked through Expedia you’ll need to contact them for them to contact us to begin the authorization”. Seemed very honorable if somewhat expensive on the hotel’s behalf. Well it seems the hotel have had a change of heart and are now only reimbursing 50% of the night’s stay. Stick to what you said folks…. IHG are now on MBW’s rather short list of companies I no longer do business with.

We arrived after a long day driving from Tampa and we were greeted by a friendly fron desk staff. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed a delicious, fresh breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately, when we were leaving, we discovered a flat tire. The front desk clerk and breakfast staff were quick to try to find an available mechanic. They went over and above trying to help us and we are thankful to have met them. We have decided to always choose Holiday Inn Express as our first choice when traveling!
