The staff was friendly-enough, helpful, and knowledgeable. The rooms were clean, but in need of some repair...burn marks on night stand, scratches on other wood furniture,splintered wood on bathroom door, plumbing underneath the open-view vanity counter could use a thorouogh wipe down. We were not able to access bluetooth Wifi for our computer tablet use. The bathroom was in definite need of a new shower head. The water flow was the equivalent of a garden water hose with a bend in it. The free breakfast was what I would have expected, a small continental style with cold and hot options. I was uncomfortable with the surroundings of people at the adjacent hotel, sitting on the curb smoking weed, as well as guest of this hotel smoking weed and drinking alcohol in their cars. The parking lot is brightly lit, but security enforcement of bettercomfort and safety policies is needed. I feel like this hotel could easily become a 4-star hotel, with a little "spit and polish" and better security officers holding to stricter safety policies. I question if we'd stay again, simply because of the surroundings. Thank you

When first checked in after a 6 hr drive they give me a room that has not been cleaned. Then had to wait to get another room. As walking thru hotel notice how dirty it was and ive been in cleaning business for 30 years. Elevator floor was coming apart and jerked while going up or down. I will not go there.

No ice machines on 2 or 3rd floor. Shower bracket about ready to fall off walls. Tiny toilet. Breakfast was terrible. Front desk staff and cleaning crew were friendly ! Parking area needs lighting fixed and security in presence. Looked like people walking lot looking for unlocked cars. No battery cover on tv remote. Place could use a refurbishing. Cleaning staff did the best with what they had to work with. Nice clean linens and towels ! Not everything was bad. Just my honest opinion. Rates were acceptable. The Casino is coming, get ready so you don’t lose out !

For the most part the hotel is really clean. The staff is helpful and accommodating. Parking is good because they have there own lot. I've seen a couple family staying at the hotel. Everything seems to be good.

The bathroom ceiling has water stains, the bathroom faucet wouldn't turn off, I was there 2 nights and when the cleaning crew came through they did not clean the floors empty the trash cans are clean anything in the room if they didn't make the bed I would not of known that they had even been there, on the last night I found roaches in my room.

The room was very dusty the walls and the bathrooms door was dirty the toilet seat was broken we had to lysol the whole room with lysol wipes before we could occupied the room the tv didn't work the first 3 days the hall smelled urine and the elevator smelled like cigarettes smoke we was tired from driving from Houston to Chicago so we cleaned the room ourselves even the lamp and lampshade was dusty the headboard we wiped walls and doors I would never stay there again couldn't eat the breakfast food because of how dirty the room and the hallway was dirty i assumed the food was too

Everything is outdated old and entire property stinks room was dirty and it smelled and the toilet was stopped up I would never stay in that hotel I rather sleep in the car. A park bench is cleaner than this hotel and I’m not even lying

This was a last minute booking and we only needed to stay for 1 night. Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. We got in late showered and went to bed. I woke up to ants crawling all over my bed and dead ants under me from where I had rolled on them in my sleep. I then found ants in the corners crawling on the floor across the room. I asked to speak with a manager and was told he would have to call me, I am still waiting for a call.

Our room was great compared to the Days Inn by Wyndham in Morristown TN. That place was a dump, nothing like this hotel. Was 8s perfect no but it was 4 stars out of 5. Bed was comfortable & clean, bathroom in good condition, had body wash, shampoo and lotion available & a working tv, microwave, iron & board. We left it happy & made it to our son's wedding on time! Yay.

Stayed here for a wedding in the Chicago area. First night so much noise from a guest who had children running and stomping the floor above us, I had to call several times to guest services. Second night of staying , the guest room next to us talked loud all night and we ended up leaving at 5:00 in the morning. I live in South Carolina and I would never recommend this hotel again.! Not to mention that the water was extremely slow and remote control to the tv did not work properly! Very disappointed in Quality Inn

There was some serious problem with the room as we needed microwave and it wasn’t working also it was smelly. Moreover, the room was too hot the whole time and the ac or heater was not working too. I reported both these major issues to front desk and they couldn’t fix it. I want to request for some refund due to these issues as my daughter really had trouble.

It was a quiet stay and they had a decent breakfast ready on time. My issue was when I asked to switch to a room with a bigger bed, even though I was willing to pay $80 more. She told me no and it was too late. That didn’t make sense

My husband and I are over the road drivers and we went to a few hotels in the area and they wouldn’t let us check in at 3:00 am. My husband went into this hotel and the guy on duty was so kind to let us check in and get some rest.

Husband stayed with 2 kids and the two rooms they were switched to was dirty and extremely noisy. Finally, the 3rd room was okay but only for 1 night. Husband spoke with person in the front desk and they okayed a refund but they LIED and declined the refund request once Expedia representative called them to okay the refund. This is bad business practice. I am planning to report them to the business bureau in the state of IL.

This Hotel was ok for the 1 night stay. We arrived during a shift change late on a flight the front desk on new shift was not friendly. The hotel appears different on web than in person. Overall it provided a roof for the night.

For the most part the hotel is really clean. The staff is helpful and accommodating. Parking is good because they have there own lot. I've seen a couple family staying at the hotel. Everything seems to be good.

From time of arrival; I was warmly greeted as I went through a smooth check in process, assigned my room and directed which way to go. I was pleased with my Suite. It was quite. Conveniently located near express way. Competitive rates. I love their friendly Courteous Office Managers made my stay great!

The property is so dirty and bad smell, Weed smoking all over the corner of the hotel. People sleeping outside in their car. The water in the bathroom handles is really bad. I will never come to those 3 hotels in one place there , all of them is bad.

The hotel itself was decent. I was not please with the surroundings of the hotel but it was conveniently close to the interstate. The picture on the internet gave me a different impression than what it was actually looked like. The hotel is a bit run down. However , it is what I paid for. They did keep it clean on the inside.

Would not stay again. Our first night we were woken up at 5 am by a woman pounding on a door in our hallway furiously yelling to let her in. For over 30 minutes. And then heard a pop that sounded suspiciously like gunfire. Second night the building fire alarm went off at 2:30 am and again at 3 am. Neighborhood was sketchy and unsafe. The hotel workers were friendly and although the hotel was old, it was pretty clean. However, do not like to feel unsafe when we travel. Would not recommend Harvey as a stay to families at all.

My stay was all right. I felt like I was at a motel instead of a hotel. The toilet was clogged and when I told staff I was given a plunger. There were previous decor remnants on the walls and ceiling. The fridge was not keeping food cold. Breakfast was certainly mediocre. There were no waffles and it was not a variety Over all our stay there was ok. Definitely not the "Quality" it should have been...
