They advertise a pool the pool was down the ice machine was down the noise control was terrible you could not get any sleep because of the second floor you could hear every sound of somebody walking across the floor there was blood on the pillow cases when we went to use the beds we asked for new cases never got them I even took pictures of it the cleanliness of the place was nasty the room had a musty mildewy smell it is definitely a place I will avoid for the future lesson learned it was not a Quality Inn it was a nasty

No elevator. Not the elevators didn’t work. This 2 story hotel didn’t have any elevators. Thankfully I didn’t have to drag 2 large duffels with equipment inside.

I stayed at the Quality Inn in Jefferson, GA for one night. The room that was initially assigned to me was on the second floor, and with no elevator in this facility I was going to struggle getting the small amount of luggage I had up the stairs. The evening shift staff member saw my dismay and reassigned me to an accessible room on the ground floor very close to the front desk. She also allowed me to leave my vehicle at the hotel the next day because I was meeting with family to drive to the mountains. She was extremely kind and helpful to me, her name begins with “J” but I don’t know how to pronounce her name. The room was very clean and comfortable with a truly wonderful shower. The continental breakfast was pretty standard - bagels, pastries, cereal, yogurt, really good coffee. I mentioned that the room was quite clean; it has vinyl flooring instead of the usual nasty carpet, much more practical. Check-out was a breeze, just gave the clerk my key card and I was out the door. A truly easy, five star stay with Quality Inn!

driving into the property is a bit of a mess - wasn't sure where I was headed to...was disappointed to not have the ice machine working...also disappointed in the pool hours - no reason why it can't stay open later when the guests assume the risks...other than that, things were fine and the lady who checked us in could not have been more pleasant

The front desk ladies were super sweet and helpful, offering up suggestions on dining and directions. The room was clean. The only negative I can offer up is the entrance off the main road could be repaved and better marked.

Hard to get in and out of parking area. Need more than one access road to building. Could be dangerous in the event of a fire. Parking was horrible. Having no ice or elavator was very inconvenient for us older folks. Nothing was mentioned about not having these things when making reservations. Not right. Older people need to know so they can request a handicap room. There was a nasty odder in the lobby and main hallway. Made the hotel smell old and dirty. Disappointing.

The rooms were beautiful. It's very plain on the outside hard to find the driveway. The indoor pool was not open and that was one of the soul reasons we picked this location.

I was disgusted by how dirty the hotel was. My husband and I were there to celebrate our anniversary. We checked in late Friday evening 10/6/23. As soon as you walk into the hotel it smelled like someone just finished smoking a whole pack of cigarettes. That should had been my first sign that we should’ve left, but we didn’t. We go to our room that smelled just as bad. I noticed that the comforter were dirty, my husband went into the bathroom and there was dry pea on the toilet. I complained to the front desk and was able to get another room. The second room still had a smell and was a little cleaner. We get up on Saturday to start our day (our anniversary) and there was a bug on the wall. Right then and there we decided check out early did not want to stay another night. That was the worse experience I have ever had staying in a hotel. Will not go back.

Friendly staff, inside hotel was very clean and kept up. My complaint was the “slamming doors” all up and down the hall when I was trying to sleep. We would about fall asleep then “wham” neighbors would leave come back “wham” again all night till 2 am. They need soft closing doors.

Booked 2 rooms. Floors were filthy. My husband’s feet bottoms were black after he walked from shower to bed. Both rooms floors same condition. I wiped water spatter from vanity area with a tissue. Black dirty on tissue. I was offered by front desk to move to 2 other rooms but I doubted they were in any better condition. I asked housekeeper to be sent to mop the floors & vanities. A fellow came with a spray bottle and a little Swiffer type mop and went over floor. It was still dirty. We had to wear our socks to keep our feet clean.The entry off busy highway was narrow with only 1 way in and out. The area around hotel was unkept. No elevator. My daughter in second room across the hall & I were both awakened in the night with verbal fighting from a nearby room. Hotel not responsible for that. Hotel manager refused to give any partial refund. I suggest Expedia not list this property any more.

The room was clean and surprisingly the shampoo was decent. Breakfast was included and was adequate with some toast and bagels, some danishes, cereal, packets of oatmeal/gritz, small yogurt cups, apples, juices and coffee.

Friendly staff, inside hotel was very clean and kept up. My complaint was the “slamming doors” all up and down the hall when I was trying to sleep. We would about fall asleep then “wham” neighbors would leave come back “wham” again all night till 2 am. They need soft closing doors.

driving into the property is a bit of a mess - wasn't sure where I was headed to...was disappointed to not have the ice machine working...also disappointed in the pool hours - no reason why it can't stay open later when the guests assume the risks...other than that, things were fine and the lady who checked us in could not have been more pleasant

Hard to get in and out of parking area. Need more than one access road to building. Could be dangerous in the event of a fire. Parking was horrible. Having no ice or elavator was very inconvenient for us older folks. Nothing was mentioned about not having these things when making reservations. Not right. Older people need to know so they can request a handicap room. There was a nasty odder in the lobby and main hallway. Made the hotel smell old and dirty. Disappointing.

I stayed at the Quality Inn in Jefferson, GA for one night. The room that was initially assigned to me was on the second floor, and with no elevator in this facility I was going to struggle getting the small amount of luggage I had up the stairs. The evening shift staff member saw my dismay and reassigned me to an accessible room on the ground floor very close to the front desk. She also allowed me to leave my vehicle at the hotel the next day because I was meeting with family to drive to the mountains. She was extremely kind and helpful to me, her name begins with “J” but I don’t know how to pronounce her name. The room was very clean and comfortable with a truly wonderful shower. The continental breakfast was pretty standard - bagels, pastries, cereal, yogurt, really good coffee. I mentioned that the room was quite clean; it has vinyl flooring instead of the usual nasty carpet, much more practical. Check-out was a breeze, just gave the clerk my key card and I was out the door. A truly easy, five star stay with Quality Inn!

The room was clean and surprisingly the shampoo was decent. I would strongly recommend not using your debit card here. I handed my card to staff during my stay, and later noticed two unauthorized charges on my account, one for $463 and another for $77.
