Clean, good price, nice staff. The gym is an offsite location, and the game room is a TV they have setup in the lobby where you can plug in your own console. Breakfast was decent. Meditation room was kind of cool but only one massage chair worked out of the two.

Hotel was clean, inviting and warm. Business area was inspiring enough, and plenty of space in the lounge for the price. The outdoor patio was awesome with a gas fireplace to warm up next to. Meditation room was inspiring, and has two massage chairs to relieve travel stress. Highly recommend

These rooms are SMALL, but they are clean and updated. You have everything you would need in them. Great location. A quick walk to the airport. The downside was the noise. It was so loud. You could hear every car pass by. Issue isn't even the planes, as its beside the airport, but the cars/trucks passing. Little to no sleep before our 5am flight. We won't stay here again.

I asked for a quiet room and was placed on the third floor over the airport access road. The road might as well have been through my room - it was that noisy all night long. Requested a different room four times ant the front desk and they were unable to accommodate. Will be staying elsewhere next time.

At check-in, I was asked whether I preferred a room on the first or third floor. I requested a quiet room on the third floor and was explicitly assured by the front desk that the assigned room would be in a quiet location. Unfortunately, this turned out not to be the case. Our room was located directly next to the ice machine, which produced constant mechanical noise throughout the night — not from guest use, but from its regular operation. The humming and rumbling sounds were loud enough to significantly disrupt our sleep. Additionally, there was a persistent rattling noise coming from the bathroom ventilation shaft. Even with the bathroom door closed, the sound remained clearly audible and distracting. As we only became aware of these issues during the night and had already unpacked our belongings, we chose not to request a room change at that point. Moreover, we noticed that the elevator inspection, according to the posted inspection certificate, has been overdue since January 2025. This raises concerns regarding maintenance and safety standards and should be addressed promptly. Overall, we had looked forward to a restful stay but were disappointed in several respects. We would recommend more careful room assignment for guests seeking a quiet environment, as well as greater attention to upkeep and guest comfort.

I’m on a cross country trip and asked for a quiet room. I got anything but. The fire alarm started going off at 4 am. It went off a few times so I wasn’t able to get back to sleep. I asked the front desk for help in the matter but she apparently was tired of people being upset over the alarm and was dismissive. She told me it was for my safety. I asked how safe is a 9 hour drive on 3 hours of sleep ? She didn’t care. I picked the hotel because of the rating. I’ve had difficulty in El Paso before so I was completely relying on ratings for a safe and quiet environment.

Stayed at Best Western El Paso Airport Entrada Hotel for one night while commuting across country to my destination. The staff was very friendly and property was properly maintained. My room was clean with the exception of some minor cleanliness issues in the bathroom. My had all the amenities that I needed. I would not recommend a room on the side of the hotel near Terminal Drive/Airway Drive though due to noise from loud vehicles passing by. This hotel is obviously close to the El Paso Airport, so it's convenient for flights. Lots of good restaurants in the area as well.

The Best Western El Paso Airport Entrada was excellent. It featured a large clean room, comfortable bed and easy access. But there were two special features we really liked. Right across from the lobby was a room with two computerized messaging chairs. Boy, was that wonderful, especially after a 9 hour drive across Texas. Unbelievably relaxing! In addition, and this doesn’t sound like much, but there was a soda dispenser in the main lobby. This was great to get a sip of one’s favorite beverage without haven’t to deal with making change or getting a full beverage. The clerk Brenda was extremely friendly and helped us find several good places to eat nearby. The included breakfast had an assortment of hot dishes and waffles. The only issue was that the property is on a service road to Airway Drive and it was a bit tricky getting into the property, even with a couple of GPS’s working on the task. After a while, we figured it out. Overall, a very nice and relaxing stay on two non-consecutive stays.

In the past, breakfast was offered at the buffet from 04:00. Unfortunately, the breakfast time was changed to 06:00-10:00 without this being apparent at the time of booking. When I wanted to have breakfast at 05:45, there was no buffet, just a burrito and a cereal bar with an apple or orange to take away. If I had known about this restriction beforehand, I would have chosen a different hotel. Transparent communication about changed service times would be desirable.
