We enjoyed our stay. Clean room, friendly staff and convenient location for the concert we went to.

This day was all right. I was expecting an outdoor pool, but that is my fault because I didn’t read clearly enough, but that pool water was very cold. A little bit too cold to be an indoor pool. Staff was helpful in the rooms were quiet.

TV did not have anything other than cable. We call the front desk who says we have to pay for Netflix(duh). We keep troubleshooting. We go down and talk to the front desk who tells us actually none of the tvs at this hotel are smart tvs (not true) & none of them have Netflix. We also explain the A/C is not cooling our room and are told they don’t have any other rooms. There’s nothing they can do. 30 minutes in and it’s still very hot in our room. We kept trying to fix the tv and check the A/C settings and ultimately decide to leave. I’d like to explain that we booked a 2 night hotel stay with plans to watch a show premier this first night and the following night, we had an event to go to in Dallas. We picked this hotel specifically because it was near the venue and Hampton Inn advertises Netflix and Showtime in ALL their hotels and hotel rooms. To the point of further advertising it TWICE in the room we were in. When we went to the front desk to checkout, the woman refused to check us out but took the key cards. She said she could not refund us, I clarified that I was asking to check out and she again said she could not check me out early at all. She gave me a card with a number to call to speak with her manager. When I called the number, she picked up. I called and complained to corporate and they refunded our second night but never followed up via phone or email. I have a chargeback pending currently because the hotel has stonewalled the process.
