Many highlight comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchens or kitchenettes, with several noting spacious layouts. Service is frequently described as friendly and responsive, though a few guests reported minor remote check-in hiccups and occasional noise or AC brightness affecting light sleepers. Overall, expect a charming, clean, walkable base for exploring Dunedin.

Tops in every area. Extremely well-maintained. Right in the middle of downtown Dunedin. The well-appointed and maintained rooms are among the beautiful grounds. I couldn't hoped for a more pleasant stay.

From the moment of my arrival to the minute of my departure, this place was five stars! I rented the family cottage and it was spacious and cool and I absolutely adored it. The sink is a little small, but the shower works. Excellent the bathroom and kitchen were spotless and clean and appliances. All worked. My favorite part was the gardens and the front porch. Pretty much bug free even in late July! I loved that there are places to sit under a gazebo and enjoy a glass of wine or a meal. I also sat outside in my porch chairs, very comfortably accommodated with cushions and an overhead light. I was able to read until after dark and didn’t even get bug bites. Especially like hearing the live music in the evenings from the main street taverns and restaurants just Across the way from our Little Side St., Virginia Avenue. I will definitely be back and Susie was super friendly each time. I also had trouble with the icemaker and after a phone call to the owner JJ, a new refrigerator was brought over the same day and I had fresh ice in that freezer when I came home that evening. if I could give Meranova 10 stars I would !! Thank you Juan and Susie too. Sorry I didn’t get to meet Frank and his little gnomes..

Meranova was a great place to stay in downtown Dunedin. The room and property were well maintained, clean and comfortable. We lived spending time at the small pool on property. It’s also centrally located in downtown Dunedin and walkable to food, bars and shopping. We have stayed here before and we will definitely be staying again.

Excellent location. The property is well cared for and the room has ample supplies for a short stay. You may need to navigate stairs so if that is a problem you may want to inquire for more information.

This is a cute hotel right in downtown Dunedin- a very cute walkable town. It has a nice (small) pool and supplies for the beach to borrow. This was a small kitchen (which we didnt really use much) with a table and a living room and bedroom area. Its older so that shows a bit in the building but everything worked and was as we needed it.

Oh how we LOVED our stay here!! Courtyard was fabulous as was pool!! King-sized bed was very comfortable!! Welcome basket was a lovely touch!! Located in the heart of the charming “village” of downtown Dunedin … quaint shops, restaurants, bike rentals and miles long trail, marina and within a very few miles of Clearwater beach, Honeymoon Island and the Greek shops/marina in Tarpon Springs!!! We discovered a treasure in this inn and will definitely recommend it to all!! (P/s .. use of beach chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler were blessings!!) Thank you to everyone who make Meranova such a charming destination!! We absolutely loved our 10-day stay here!!

Likely the nicest place I've ever stayed. Everything was clean and a super peaceful and quiet property. They provide so many amenities whereby bringing 'things' other than yourself and your cloths is not necessary. Nice pool, with pool towels and even drink/food coolers for loan on your outing. Great rear property parking for guests and safe feeling neighborhood. Walking distance to the water, shopping, and outstanding dining and selection of local breweries. The TPA airport is under 30 mins away. I would definitely visit again!

Beautiful, clean and centrally located. Great staff. They do the little things well to make your stay amazing. For example they have coffee in the room and when you arrive they have a small bottle of Prosecco and cheese and crackers waiting for you.

This place is a true gem. Stayed her once before. Love the spacious rooms with kitchens and living areas. Love the coffee with real cream and snack basket with a mini Prosecco waiting for us after a long drive from South FL. All checkin/out was remote which was convenient. The downtown Dunedin is right outside your door and you can walk the entire area from there and never have to move car. Despite being the dead of summer- there was an active nightlife, breweries, and restaurants. The Wild Iris cafe next door is great for breakfast. A market to buy local goodies on Fri/Sat. Pool was great after a hot day on the brewery/Pinellas trail. Love the attention to detail in this place and the cleanliness.

Lovely guest house in the middle of town, very clean suite with all the amenities. We stayed in the Zen suite for 1 night. The check-in process was remote, comes from different people via text and information was limited, like how to find the parking lot and where to find the lock code. Note: parking is around back via a one-way alley, and the lock code is on a promo card in a display in the living room. The biggest issue was the AC unit in bedroom has a bright light display (couldn't figure out how to turn the light off w/out turning the unit off) and it was very loud, constantly turning on and off. We barely slept and checked out at the crack of dawn. Also, it's a house so folks can be heard walking above and in other rooms (couples arguing), also people outside having a good time. Overall, it really is a nice, clean, roomy place in a great location, but perhaps not so good for light sleepers or those looking for a little rest and relaxation.

JJ was very accommodating. The room was very clean and had all that we needed. It is very convenient to everything. We had a bit of a problem and he handled it with ease and immediately. I would absolutely return

Our stay was amazing. Frank gave us a lovely walk-through of the property and shared some tips for the area. We highly recommend this guest inn, especially the Zen Suite with its dedicated patio.

Checking in was handled over the phone and was a breeze. Great Location. In walking distance to several pubs and restaurants.

This place was amazing. Can't wait to come back! It is right next to downtown. You are able to walk to dinner, to the bike path, walk to breweries, water. We did not have time to go in the pool- hours dawn to dusk (wish it was open later). Super cute. Thankful for the mosquito spray- needed on the balcony.

My husband and I are locals that wanted a little weekend getaway. We really enjoyed our stay at Meranova Inn. The room was nice and clean and had everything we needed. The pool was peaceful, private and refreshing. Location was perfect to walk around and explore the shops and restaurants as well as the weekly market! Highly recommend!

The property is beautifully maintained and it seems it would be great for longer stays. We were just one night and found no one on the premises to welcome us and had thought it was more of an inn when we booked it. The main door is open all night and that made me feel uncomfortable given that there were not others we saw at the inn. The location is great. I do think they should have flashlights in units in case power goes out as it did with us. All said though, it was very clean and nice. I just prefer a bit more personal touch.

We had a lovely visit and everything that we needed. Wish we knew more about what was available to bring to the beach but I think it was described in an email. Dunedin was so adorable and we loved walking about town. The inn is in such a great location… steps away from restaurants and shops. We’d love to come back!
