Rooms have high end finishes, they’re actually villas or some are homes with full kitchens. Beds and pillows very comfy and the grounds are kept pristine. Pool is big and clean with plenty of rooms to lounge. The BBQ grills are a nice touch. The beach and cove with access to paddle boards and kayaks are a nice touch. Staff is very welcoming and they do a great job maintaining it to high standards.

Rooms are like apartments. They are beautiful and spacious. The kitchen is stocked with utensils etc. The pool was clean and the outside was well-maintained. The only thing the property is missing is an actual beach. It has a dock, which is great if you have a boat and an entrance to go in with paddle boards and kayaks. Highly recommend.

The staff is wonderful... exceeding expectations! The property is very well/ groomed. Great kayaks, new paddle boards. The rooms are LARGE... but beds and furniture are over expired. The furniture needs to be updated.

Clean, beautiful & roomy. It was a one bedroom suite, that had a mini fridge & microwave. We only stayed overnight while traveling through but wouldn’t hesitate to spend more time there. The only downside was the pool closed early, so we couldn’t use that.

My 9 & 10 year old boys enjoyed fishing off the jetty and I enjoyed the view. The free use of cornhole, kayaks and hammocks were fun. Wish there had been a beach for swimming as the pool was too small and shallow for my energetic boys.

I LOVED this property. We checked in after 5 and they made it a super easy process. There was some normal wear and tear in the villa which is to be expected. The venue and rooms were absolutely gorgeous. You can’t swim on the private beaches but the pool was nice and warm. You get free access to watch the dolphin training at the property next to the villas which was super fun and you can get really close! They also provide you with supplies to do laundry, dishes, and bathing. I 1000% recommend this property.

We loved our stay at this resort! The beach was so nice to sit and watch the sunset. The pool was clean as well as the rooms. The rooms were large and were nicely stocked. The staff was wonderful, especially Cash the groundskeeper. He made sure our stay was perfect. We will definitely be back!

The villa itself was nice and spacious. Remolded kitchen was beautiful. Cleanliness and upkeep was the problem. The slip-covered sofas were so dirty we refused to sit on them. Forget about sleeping on the foldout beds. Spiderwebs on the lamps. This is unfortunate because the villa itself was pretty nice.

Our one bedroom villa was wonderfully clean and spacious. The villa exceeded our expectations. We also enjoyed the stunning sunset view from the bayside beach area. We would absolutely recommend Dolphin Point Villas.

Really great property in Key Largo. Very clean and well kept and the pictures are an exact representation of the unit and property. Very spacious and unique in that it's almost like renting a condo. Perfect for families that don't want to squeeze into a tiny hotel room. Highly recommend!

The villa itself was beautiful. It was immaculately clean, but there was a very strong PineSol smell that lasted all week, very overwhelming. The staff at check-in were super friendly, but otherwise they were hard to find. I had called with questions before our visit and never got a call back. Once there I called to request an extra blanket for the couch and never got a response. The kitchen was a little lacking in items, and the dishes were very cheap and aged. The pool was not heated, couldn’t even enter it because it was so cold. The Villa was very nice and we enjoyed having a kitchen and laundry facilities, but didn’t feel it was worth the high price we paid.

Our first experience in a villa - we found it to be roomy, very clean. Kitchen was superior cookware was like new - washer and dryer was a big plus. The many Switches to operate the fan/lights/porch lights were marked making it easy. Pool was clean with plenty of chairs - lots of pool towels. Not one negative about the whole experience. Staff was always helpful, available and cheerful I would highly recommend this property THANK YOU

I loved that it seemed like our home away from home. The Tortuga Suite was spacious and beautiful. We have stayed at different unique places in Key Largo,and this one topped it.I would only suggest that there be a full length mirror somewhere in the room. Thank you for our amazing 2 night stay.

The Dolphin Villa was amazing! Beautiful, spacious and spotless. Parking is just to the side of the duplex so it’s super convenient. Will definitely stay again when we are in Key Largo.

Everything is super good except the shower is lowest pressure in any place that I ever been. Also, the floor is dirty. I can tell from the bottom of my sandals. Everything else is super clean. We stayed at Conch Suite. Really wish it would have a small sink by the kitchen area. Small places that need to fix - rusty rails throughout the room, sofa bed light was broken and dangling out dangerously.. Overall, still very satisfied and we had a great stay.

Our "villa" had a big great room, nice king bed, full kitchen, washer/dryer; the bath was small and the tub old;the furniture was very uncomfortable with the upholstery coming off the lounging part of the sofa and many obvious stains; when we arrived we had to wait for the check in girl who had stepped away for 10 mins, accoring to her sign, yet we were there for 20 mins with a line forming behind us; when I sent a text inquiring about the pool, they took over 2 hours to reply; they could do better! But, the sunset was nice on their little beach and we used a kayak to get out on the water. Nice touches!

The suites are huge ... two rooms plus bathroom and huge closet space. The villas are even bigger. The westward facing view of the water makes for beautiful photos with sunsets and palm trees. There are very few suites/villas, keeping this a low- key, quiet place away from crowds.

Our room was 50 feet from highway so noisy. Ice machine constantly dropped ice throughout night so also noisy. Wall hairdryer broken. Rainfall shower not working. TC’s to phone number listed went unanswered. WiFi weak.

We loved the room. It's too bad it was a bit noisy with cars going out throughouy the late night and early morning. Wish the room had a king bed instead of a queen. Other than that, wish we could have stayed longer.

The property is gorgeous and the rooms are well done. Although, staff leaves at 6 (5:30 island time) and our ice maker was t working. We were unable to get ahold of anyone to get a new one or ice for our room. Villas were clean and pretty. “Beach” isn’t really a beach but there are paddle boards and sea kayaks and that’s a plus.

Property is amazing but I left multiple message when trying to check in and NO one responded. Also tried calling many times to ask question even for longer stay and no one picks the phone. I think is amazing property with a great team however front desk horrible in picking up the phone or calling back.

I think is amazing property with a great team however front desk horrible in picking up the phone or calling back.

The villa itself was beautiful. It was immaculately clean, but there was a very strong PineSol smell that lasted all week, very overwhelming. The staff at check-in were super friendly, but otherwise they were hard to find. I had called with questions before our visit and never got a call back. Once there I called to request an extra blanket for the couch and never got a response. The kitchen was a little lacking in items, and the dishes were very cheap and aged. The pool was not heated, couldn’t even enter it because it was so cold. The Villa was very nice and we enjoyed having a kitchen and laundry facilities, but didn’t feel it was worth the high price we paid.

Our first experience in a villa - we found it to be roomy, very clean. Kitchen was superior cookware was like new - washer and dryer was a big plus. The many Switches to operate the fan/lights/porch lights were marked making it easy. Pool was clean with plenty of chairs - lots of pool towels. Not one negative about the whole experience. We loved our stay at this resort! The beach was so nice to sit and watch the sunset. The pool was clean as well as the rooms. The rooms were large and were nicely stocked. The staff was wonderful, especially Cash the groundskeeper. He made sure our stay was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Amazing location next door to the Dolphin Plus center where you can swim with the dolphins. Marina offers a great EcoTour ride with knowledgable Captains, and you can see manatees and dolphins just off the small beach. Great sunsets too!

The suites are huge ... two rooms plus bathroom and huge closet space. The villas are even bigger. The westward facing view of the water makes for beautiful photos with sunsets and palm trees. There are very few suites/villas, keeping this a low- key, quiet place away from crowds.

The villas are beautiful, as is the pool and waterfront area. I wish we were staying longer but just here for one night. We stayed in the Conch Suite and it was perfect. The beds are super comfy 👍. And the best part was being able to see the dolphins in Dolphins Plus right next door.

An unexpected, tranquil gem in the Upper Keys, perfect for relaxing. We stayed in the spacious and immaculate Conch Suite. Its queen-size Murphy bed is truly comfy. There's no restaurant on-site, but there are plenty of options nearby. As an added bonus, as a guest of these villas, you can watch the resort-adjacent trained dolphin show for free and meet dolphins at a discount. I just wanted to mention that since the bathroom is so spacious and modern, upgrading the shower head to a larger, more powerful one would be a huge plus, as would adding a lounge chair to the bedroom. Rooms are like apartments. They are beautiful and spacious. The kitchen is stocked with utensils etc. The pool was clean and the outside was well-maintained. The only thing the property is missing is an actual beach. It has a dock, which is great if you have a boat and an entrance to go in with paddle boards and kayaks. Highly recommend.

The villa is huge but the bathrooms are tiny. Our unit looked at a parking lot and the ac units. There is no beach that is swimmable. The pool is ok but not pretty. No food on site. We left a day early and even though we paid for two nights they told us to be out by 11am after the first night. We lost over $900.

Dolphin Point Villas exceeded our expectations! The villa was huge with quite literally everything you could possibly need for your stay from a washer and drier to coffee machines and pods! The complex itself was lovely and the pool was an added bonus. There are lots to do around the area from the coral reef to restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend!

The resort is very charming, clean, great spot by the sea with nice shared areas, kayak, bbq, etc. Cozy ambiance, not too big, perfect for a key stay. I recommend this hotel, but to have a 9 in my mind, the mattress of the double beds in the Dolphin suite should be changed and there should be a minimum of équipement in the kitchenette. There is a mini fridge, a microwave but no plate or bowl, no spoon, fork or knife and not even a bottle opener. Lucky me the neighbor with a full kitchen helped us because the office is closed after 6:00.

Lovely stay at Dolphin Point Villas. We were in the Dolphin suite, 2 adults and 2 kids. Everything worked fine however it would have been nice if the suite was equipped for 4 people, as in there were only 2 chairs in the kitchen area. Also, considering no breakfast facilities, it would have been good with some cutlery/ plates and a toaster in order to be able to have a decent breakfast in the room. Instead, they have a big ice machine taking up most of the space….

We stayed at the Sand Dollar Villa Suite. It was amazing, spacious, super clean & steps down to the pool. The decor of the huge apartment was beautiful. It’s wrap around porch with rocking chairs is just WOW! We stayed just one night midweek for a quiet Getaway for my daughter before her wedding & it was perfect! We were surprised by a bottle of champagne in Honor of our celebration. It has a huge kitchen with everything you need, if you want to cook. I will return for sure!
