Great location for dining and shopping. Very nice staff! Only complaint is that there were a few two-seat sofas around the pool that had discolored fabric and torn seat cushions. The hotel needs to get rid of those sofas! Hotel is too nice to be having discolored and torn furniture.

I stayed for about 4 nights and the staff was amazing. I was able to check in early the front desk let me know all about the bar & breakfast options. Parking was easy & poolside was clean. However upon arrival the sheets did have a black & red stain on them. But in the hotel’s defense I did ask to check in almost 4 hours early so they didn’t have time to double check the room like they normally would. Housekeeping came in literally two minutes the young lady changed the sheets & I had no other issues. I had a great experience.!

New to me hotel this week! Stayed here for 2 separate stays (due to flight logistics with weather, gov shut down, etc.). First stay was spotless, perfect, loved. This stay (second, last minute bc of above) was ok. Second room was noticeably more worn, etc. Overall though, location, facilities and staff were much appreciated. 5th floor view of Camelback Mt. is gorgeous, loved the lanai for working from and used / appreciated the gym one night as well. Simple, clean, amazing location - a win to me!

Nice clean hotel, but I was charged an unannounced parking fee, and there was not even any spaces left in the lot later that eve. No breakfast included (additional $18 for that), not really worth the cost.

We enjoyed our stay, it was quiet and uncrowded the few days after Christmas. Lobby was beautiful, parking was easy, food and drinks were very good. Nice outdoor lounge area with heaters and fire pit as well as a heated pool and 24 hr gym. Close to everywhere we needed to be.

Only negative was the hallway on the 3 floor smell horribly of rotten milk or vomit. Luckily my room did not, but the hallway smell was so atrocious. You had to hold your breath from the elevator to your room.

There was poop stains on the toilet seat when I arrived. That is a huge no no for me. Absolutely disgusting. From there, the AC was broken and make a clank noise throughout the night but I had to keep it on. Honestly very upset with my stay over there. Terrible.

I have stayed at AC hotels before and they were much better. Not sure what happened this time around. This property needs an upgrade on the outside, as well as in the inside. The rooms were not clean. The halls stunk like mildew and throw up! The service was subpar. I would not recommend this hotel. It is definitely not a 9.2 overall that was suggested.

The bathroom wasnt as clean as expected. There was strands of dark hair on the floor. The garbage can had water, or something wet, in it. The cold water never really got cold, just warm.

Hotel is great. Only negative is the when you get off the elevator it smells like curdled milk in the hallways. It is so strong, you have to hold your breath to your room. Luckily the room did not smell.

I liked the lavender & the lobby was nice. Our room had a view of the mountain but there was a lot of street noise. There were never any cookies to go with coffee though the sign was there. Halls could use refreshing.

Loved the hotel and how great the price was for the area. Only issue I had was the very sarcastic and rude lady who checked me in. Everyone else I encountered was great. And she was mad i didn’t have bonvoy to make her job easier to she signed me up without asking….

Close to the airport, wasn't there long enough to use any facilities or anything. Probably would not stay there again unless I needed to be close to the airport or a nearby business because it felt like the hotel was in an industrial/ business area.
