It looks like they went through a renovation so overall the hotel is fairly clean and staff is very professional. They offer a very good breakfast selection every morning. The downside to this property is that there is no laundromat. The rooms are not equipped with a microwave or small fridge. If you are there for consulate reasons then be prepared to walk to the bridge to safely cross to the U.S consulate which is about a 8 minute walk.

El personal es increíble unas personas realmente maravillosas el hotel es lindo son muy serviciales está cerca del consulado y es de fácil acceso yo tuve un problema con mi trámite y tuve que abandonar el hotel 4 días antes de mi salida y me ayudaron con todo el proceso para mí devolución y fueron muy concientes nos quedamos con ellos 10 días y siempre fueron amables me dieron una habitación doble con camas cómodas y siempre estuvo limpio y no podíamos salir por el proceso consular que llevábamos y ellos platicaban con nosotros y nos ayudaban a llevar más amablemente este proceso y hay una tienda mini muy completa y todos los chicos que trabajan en ella son maravillosos todo fue excelente y los desayunos están bien solo sugeriría un poco de verduras o ensaladas más que nada por salud pero todo excelente gracias por ser parte de nuestro viaje

When i arrive to my room, i went directly to check and inspect if sheets and pillow case were clean , i found several stains on bed clothes and i inmediatly call front desk to ask for clean sheets, then a manager came to verify my complain and took pics of the dirty items,he told me if would to have another room but i decline i ask to get clean sheets and pillows,after that two ladies replaced the dirty stuff and my bed was ready, but wait becouse is not over,then i took a shower and when i grab a towell i was shocked im sharing a pic so judge your self, i call back front desk and a new lady came with fresh towells,she toldme that the lady do the laundry has issues,well i dont know what happend but whoever “did” my room just put dirty sheets and dirty towels ,so if you choose this hotel watch everything if is good, breakfast items delicious is buffett style and server is great

The hotel was new, conveniently located and staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the hotel was not well insulated. Conversations could be heard in adjoining rooms as well as music from the dining area at breakfast. Our room wasn’t cleaned properly, towels were not replaced in room phones didn’t function.

The stay for the price was excellent. Very clean, staff is great, free breakfast buffet is delicious. My 2 complaints: 1.bed was uncomfortable, after a few days I started waking up sore and my wife said the same thing. 2. There is no microwave or mini fridge in the room which would have been nice since we were here for over a week.

For the most part my husband and I enjoyed our stay. It was perfect since it was very close to the consulate. We were able to walk to other nearby businesses as well. There were a few inconveniences in regards to our room not having hot water throughout the day- it would come and go which was very inconvenient when we wanted to shower in the morning. We liked the option for breakfast however a variety would have been nice, as breakfast stayed the same everyday for the most part and was okay. We did really enjoy the housekeeper services. Specifically from the second floor, was very kind and did a wonderful job with restocking and cleaning our room. It made our stay more comfortable. All in all our way stay was well especially since it was so close to the consulate.

They have a limit on the number of people allowed for breakfast; each extra person costs three hundred pesos. You need a breakfast pass, you have to go downstairs to get an iron and ironing board, then return them to the lobby, and the staff there weren't friendly, even making fun of us. The person that did my check out didn't returned my deposit. And when I went back to ask for it. A different person told me that it was marked returned. I ask for proof she showed me a check out pepper with a signature that wasn't mine. I ask her to compare the signature with the other documents I signed when I did the check in. But she said that it was nothing she could do. That the money was already returned to me. I ask for a supervisor. She said that there was no supervisor.

Overall, the property was excellent. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and well air-conditioned, with modern amenities throughout. The location is also a major plus, just across the street from the U.S. Consulate and only about a 5-minute walk to the area’s main mall/plaza. The only downside was the front desk experience. The two female receptionists appeared unfriendly and unwelcoming, never offering a smile or greeting. In contrast, the two gentlemen assisting with the doors and luggage were exceptionally kind and professional. Honestly, they provided a much warmer first impression than the front desk staff.

Our experience was AMAZING!! we stayed there for 1 week and all the staff was always very helpful and very friendly! Great location if you are going to the US Consulate in Juarez. It is right across the street. There is a pedestrian overpass. Very safe area. There is also a shopping center very close to it with lots of very nice stores, fast food court, and a few other (nicer) sit-down restaurants. The hotel staff was great! Super friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel "common" areas were very clean. Our room was spacious and very clean. They offer roku in case you need to "kill" some time. The room we booked included breakfast which was very good. This hotel was perfect for us (2 adults - 1 room - 2 double beds) and highly recommen it.

Excelente servicio! Triste porque no pudimos despedirnos de quienes nos ayudaron y facilitaron nuestra estancia durante 11 días! The rooms were excellent. Bed was comfortable. Only thing I didn’t like was the restaurant downstairs isn’t connected to the hotel. You have to go downstairs to restaurant & directly ask what was on the menu. It was a hassle. They have no room service.

My only real complaint about the property is the free breakfast. Aside from the fruit and bread, the rest of the breakfast options look like cat vomit. While the flavor of most things are good, the presentation of the food is horrible. There is likewise no menu they give you to order eggs that aren’t mixed with tomatoes and ham for example…. Very much lacking for all the people who come here for their Visa process.
