Many report comfortable beds and good sleep, though a few note very dark interior rooms or an uncomfortable mattress. Nearby public parking is convenient for drivers. A solid, apartment-style base for sightseeing.

Facilities
Nearby public parking is convenient. The elevator stops between floors and not all levels are directly served, so carrying luggage on stairs is sometimes needed.

Fantastic staff. Apartment was clean and modern. Be aware that the elevator stops between floors so that there is a small staircase to take luggage up or down. Staff are helpful if you need them.

Loved the room and above all the staff at the Front Desk. There were some staircases to go up and down before and after taking the elevator to reach my room, which it was on the top floor I believe. Found the location very convenient to walk to all the restaurants and bars I wanted to go to.

We stayed at Klepsydra Urban Suites for two nights at the beginning of our vacation, and two nights at the end, and both times we were impressed at how clean and comfy the rooms were. Before our trip we had received several email messages from the hotel about our arrival time, our request for a driver to pick us up at the airport and our breakfast preferences. The staff was wonderful. Caterina, Spiro and Theresa were all very helpful with interpreting bus schedules and setting up rides for us back to the airport. I would not hesitate to stay at the Klepsydra again on our next visit to Athens.

The room we had was very clean, modern and roomy! The beds were very comfortable with wonderfully soft pillows. Great shower and well equipped with many toiletries. These were filled up daily. We had a kitchenette that came in handy for making midday tea, and also for refrigerating leftovers. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Don't be put off by the area (there is a lot of graffitti) There is a lot of people gathering during the day and night at the local eateries. It is safe to walk around;we never felt uncomfortable. All in all a great stay.

A perfect location! Across the street from several restaurants and a short walk to dozens more. We only wish we’d had more time to enjoy the spacious living room, but the city called! Plenty of hot water for showers, a comfortable bed, and excellent a/c plus soundproofing made for several great nights’ sleep. The desk staff were amazing and accommodating, and we would definitely book again.

The rooms were spacious. The staff friendly and communicated promptly via WhatsApp. They arranged my taxi from the airport (I paid for it but arriving after 1 am didn't want to deal with public transportation). It is within 10 minutes to the metro station (only used it to go to the port and airport).

This property was very well-located - within walking distances of lots of food options, and I couldn't hear a thing from my room (even though I was right in the middle of town!). The staff were lovely & very helpful - they helped us store our bags, and were very accommodating with a later check-in time due to a flight delay. Would definitely stay here again if I come back :)

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU GO TO BED BEFORE 3 AM. A night club at the bottom floor of the building next to the hotel called “Hated” is now operating from 11pm-3am daily except Mondays. The noise and vibrations in the room are extraordinary and it does not matter if you are on the upper floor. The police comes regularly to ask them to turn down the noise but as soon as they leave, it goes back up. You will NOT be able to sleep and the hotel staff cannot help, no matter how nice and sweet they are. Call and ask the reception if the night club is still operating before you book. Otherwise, the property is gorgeous, clean, comfortable, central to everything and the cleaning staff and the reception ladies are outstanding. However, they cannot help with THE biggest issue and that is shutting down the noise from the nightclub. The owners will need to sue the club and that will take an eternity in Greece. I am really sad to have to leave one star review because the hotel per se if great but the night club issue is ruining the whole purpose of the hotel and that is a restful sleep.

We travelled with a child and paid extra for that, even though during the booking it clearly said for three people. Then it turned out that there was a nightclub at the same building. The whole room was rumbling from the noise, no one from the hotel to help us. They should have been stopping the music at 3, but did not. None of us could sleep. The club is open every day, except Mondays. The hotel staff was unhelpful, the whole situation solved only because Hotels.com helped us and we booked a new hotel in Kolonaki area.

Plenty of hot water for showers, a comfortable bed, and excellent a/c plus soundproofing made for several great nights’ sleep. The desk staff were amazing and accommodating, and we would definitely book again.

The property was perfect. Clean, comfortable and the room service provision was a great bonus. Would certainly recommend this property to friends and family, I would certainly come consider this place again.

Excellent hotel, centrally located in a hip and safe neighborhood. Transferred from another hotel after having a horrible experience and I was so glad to find this spot. It really changed the entire vacations. Would highly recommend. The only downside was that the air conditioner was very loud every time it turned on and I heard my upstairs neighbors throughout the night, which woke me up several times.
