What guests think
At Fiesta Inn Tuxtla Fashion Mall, travelers praise the convenient mall location, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms, while recurring drawbacks include confusing access through the shared mall elevator and parking, inconsistent water pressure, and mixed dining quality.
Many reviews highlight cleanliness and comfy beds, though some report musty odors, worn linens, or maintenance snags. Being inside Plaza Ámbar makes shopping simple and puts the airport within easy reach. Facilities feel basic for leisure; the pool is small and occasionally unavailable, and on-site food feedback ranges from underwhelming to very good. Overall, it suits travelers seeking convenience and value more than full-service resort features.
