Fantastic spot to retreat too after a day on the tourist trail. Communication was fantastic, storage lockers for our early arrival and into our room a few hours early. Made good use of the free laundry facilities after a 9 day cruise to catch up and repack before flying out of Athens. Very clean and has everything you need including comfortable beds. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Fantastic apartments. Staff very helpful. Luggage storage lockers in reception is a great idea. Communication was very good, but make sure you are in contact before you arrive as reception is not manned all the time.

Great apartment, was clean and comfortable. Super easy to communicate with. Kostas was very friendly and helpful and Yannis helped us with sprting out airport transfer. Great location, walking distance to Acropolis and surrounding hills and Plaka. About 20 min walk to Monastiraki. The Metro station was about 3-5 mins away as well. A washing machine and dryer is available in the common area for all the apartments to share. Its a first in first serve basis so make sure to get to the machine early if youve got some laundry to do. Safe neighborhood and a few eateries including a nice little thai place close by and a supermarket about 2 mins away as well. Highly recommend.

Yannis the host was super hospitable. The unit was super clean, beautifully decorated and very homely. The property is walking distance to the Train station. We have booked a Private transfer to the airport but was cancelled by the company because of the Taxi protest. Thankfully, this property is close to the Train Station thus we have made it early to the Airport. The property have a washing machine and a dryer which we were so happy to use because we have a booked extended vacation in Rome. There is a very close supermarket just around the block. Also very walkable to the Acropolis, Acropolis Museum, etc…. The property is close to the shopping area and restaurants. We love this property and the staff.

The owner was very nice and gave helpful instructions. Free laundry facilities to use between 4 pm - midnight. Apartment was located in safe neighborhood, close to Acropolis. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was extremely clean. Liked everything about it. The only thing I would say that I disliked was the dryer. Had it on a high heat but clothes were still not dry.

Wow this place was amazing. Contactless easy check in and check out. Free laundry. Beautiful room with balcony. Air conditioning, kitchenette with stove, sink, fridge/freezer, and microwave. The area is full of dining areas and under five minutes to a metro and bus stop that takes you to all the major sites. Less than ten minute walk to Acropolis. I would definitely recommend staying here on your visit to Athens.

I stayed at Great Living Koukaki for 4 days and had a wonderful experience. We stayed in a clean and comfortable 2-bedroom suite with a kitchen, bathroom, sitting area, and a pleasant balcony overlooking orange-fruit trees. The suite had everything we needed—towels, robes, soap, a fully equipped kitchen, AC units, and TVs. Water pressure was excellent, and the lock on the room door, and front door of the building felt very secure. Free washer/dryer, Wi-Fi and a small but useful elevator. The staff on site were friendly, and helpful. The area felt safe, we walked to all major sites easily. No rental car was needed. Overall, I highly recommend Great Living Koukaki. Its location is great. I would gladly stay here again if I return to Greece.

The hotel’s location is super, within walking distance to tourist attractions, lots of restaurants nearby and a supermarket is only 2 minutes away. Hotel is clean and staff friendly. We were able to drop our luggage at the hotel locker early in the morning before we check in.

Great location and room, and they reply immediately via email. Very easy check-in process. The location is quiet as well, didn’t experience any noice. Just one thing I didn’t like the smell in the room not sure what it was but it was too much.

Great location. Clean. Easy check in /out. Communicative. We stayed 1 night and the only thing we felt in a 5.2 earthquake was the bed shaking. All the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend! FYI- the robes are for aesthetic purpose only. I’m 5’4 120 pounds and tried one on- it didn’t fit but not a big deal. Everything was perfect. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Great Living Koukaki is clean and well kept. We arrived early and our room was ready. Instructions to access our room were clear and provided to us prior to our arrival however a staff member was there to greet us when we arrived. There are many dining options in the area and the Acropolis is just a short walk from the hotel. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

The unit is in an excellent area, very walkable to restaurants and historic attractions and museums. The staff were very friendly and helpful. What i did not care for was the third world request not to flush any toilet paper in the toilet due to old pipes. With every 3 day housekeeping you could smell urine as soon as you went into the bathroom and this would most likely effect if i return for any length of time.

The location was great! Close enough to walk eveyhwere and far enough from the crowdes to rest. Room was clean and well stocked! We appreciated the bottle of wine provided. There is a smell from the bathroom but I think it was the drainage and believe that it might be common in Athens. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

I have been here before and that's why we chose it again, if only for one night. A very unassuming prpoerty, you could easily miss it going by but a fantastic place inside. From a respectful host to clean and decent sized rooms with all the amenities, a balcoy to sit outside and relax, a quick 5 minute walk to the Acropolis museum and all the restaurants and cafes. I would not hesitate to stay again and for longer. I would highly recommend.

Great Living Koukaki was a perfect spot to stay for a few nights. There were lots of restaurants within walking distance, 15-20 minute walk into central Athens and the Acropolis, and we felt safe the whole time. Not nearly as busy as some of the other neighbourhoods which was a huge plus. The only downfall was having just one washroom in the apartment. With 4 people sharing space it's not always easy. But we made due and had a great time!

This is one of these cases where the pictures do not oversell the property, it is exactly as pictured. Clean, spacious, extremely comfortable beds and crisp linens, AC in every room, huge shower stall etc. Although in the middle of Athens, it is a nice quiet neighbourhood, walking distance (5-15 minutes walk to many Athens attractions), great cafés, restaurants, markets etc. right around the corner, and the metro stop 2 minutes by foot. Yiannis was a great host, with clear arrival communication, always available, and cleaning service every 3 days.

As the property name says it all Great Living is probably an understatement Yannis was a great host the room was immaculate modern and with all the amenities you would want in an apartment style setting apart from the front door slamming from other guests as we were ground floor the noise from the surrounding neighbourhood was low if that. We would recommended this property and are planning another trip in the near future and definitely will be back to stay.

Good location, a short walk from Metro or a slightly longer walk to center. Beds a bit spongy but we are used to a super king firm. Would have liked a bit more storage in the bedroom by the beds. Shower was powerful and had good hot water, drain could do with a flush through. Overall a comfortable stay. Local dog woke us up most mornings barking but generally a quiet area to stay in. Convenient for us with local mini markets. Parking on street is limited but there is a pay for parking option close by.

This property was amazing and everything that I was looking for during my stay in Athens. It was private, clean and quiet, and we were shown were everything was should we need any additional necessities. The only drawback I could find was that the bathrooms did not have enough ventilation. One shower would steam up the room (even with an open vent) and we could see mildew start to appear on the ceiling after two days. I didn’t subtract any stars for this simply because every other thing was great and should I ever return to Athens, I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

This is simply the best place to stay in Athens! The management (Yannis and Kosta) were incredibly hospitable and welcoming. They above and beyond with dining recommendations, transportation transfers, and helped us every step of the way. I can’t recommend this place enough! Our family trip was perfect, in large part, to this place. The rooms were clean and modern. There was a free laundry facility downstairs and they deserve way more than five stars. We will back again and will recommend this to our friends and family when we return. Bravo!!! Efharisto Poli!!!!

They above and beyond with dining recommendations, transportation transfers, and helped us every step of the way. I can’t recommend this place enough! Our family trip was perfect, in large part, to this place. The rooms were clean and modern. There was a free laundry facility downstairs and they deserve way more than five stars. Great apartment, was clean and comfortable. Super easy to communicate with. Kostas was very friendly and helpful and Yannis helped us with sprting out airport transfer. Great location, walking distance to Acropolis and surrounding hills and Plaka. About 20 min walk to Monastiraki. The Metro station was about 3-5 mins away as well. A washing machine and dryer is available in the common area for all the apartments to share. Its a first in first serve basis so make sure to get to the machine early if youve got some laundry to do. Safe neighborhood and a few eateries including a nice little thai place close by and a supermarket about 2 mins away as well. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience. The property manager was so friendly. He helped us communicate with the local taxi driver, find the right cruise ship pier, and even gave us a bottle of wine to share with our parents. He went the extra mile to ensure we had an unforgettable experience!!

If I could give this property ten stars, I would. It was a 15 minute walk to the Acropolis, and 5-10 minute walk to dining and shopping. The area felt very safe. The communication with the owner was first rate. yannis even helped get us a taxi on the day we left. All directions were clear and concise. Check in and out were simple. I can’t speak for the other eight rooms, but #1 ground floor was perfect for two people. It even had a small private patio off the bedroom. The shower and bed were both comfortable. The property had a washer and dryer that we could use, and did. I would stay here again!

Great Living Koukaki was a perfect spot to stay for a few nights. There were lots of restaurants within walking distance, 15-20 minute walk into central Athens and the Acropolis, and we felt safe the whole time. Not nearly as busy as some of the other neighbourhoods which was a huge plus. The only downfall was having just one washroom in the apartment. With 4 people sharing space it's not always easy. But we made due and had a great time!

The host was very communicative and responsive each time I contacted him. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and convenient to restaurants and The Parthenon and Acropolis. Wow this place was amazing. Contactless easy check in and check out. Free laundry. Beautiful room with balcony. Air conditioning, kitchenette with stove, sink, fridge/freezer, and microwave. The area is full of dining areas and under five minutes to a metro and bus stop that takes you to all the major sites. Less than ten minute walk to Acropolis. I would definitely recommend staying here on your visit to Athens.

One of the best apartment hotels I have stayed. The best thing is the staff’s attentiveness and hospitality. Of course, the room is super clean and comfortable. Although its location is convenient, the area is not so touristic and the local restaurants are nearby. Highly recommend to the family or the people who want to enjoy Athenian life!

Yannis the host was super hospitable. The unit was super clean, beautifully decorated and very homely. The property is walking distance to the Train station. We have booked a Private transfer to the airport but was cancelled by the company because of the Taxi protest. Thankfully, this property is close to the Train Station thus we have made it early to the Airport. The property have a washing machine and a dryer which we were so happy to use because we have a booked extended vacation in Rome. There is a very close supermarket just around the block. Also very walkable to the Acropolis, Acropolis Museum, etc…. The property is close to the shopping area and restaurants. We love this property and the staff.
