At Koanze Luxury Hotel & Spa, travellers highlight a serene, nature-filled setting with beautiful gardens, comfortable cabins and rooms, and generally friendly, attentive staff, making it a relaxing retreat for couples or a quiet escape from the city.
Food is widely described as tasty, with a well-liked breakfast and several positive notes about the restaurant, though some guests mention small portions, uneven seasoning, cold dishes, and slow service. Facilities such as the spa, pool and grounds draw praise, but recurring comments flag dirty or stagnant ponds and occasional jacuzzi cleanliness or perimeter maintenance issues. There are also reports of reception lapses, difficulty resolving errors, a billing refusal, surprises at check-in, and room comfort problems like a bad mattress or lack of hot water. Expect a peaceful, nature-forward stay with generally good amenities and occasional service and maintenance hiccups.
