Staff was nice. Easy check in and easy parking. But the place is an old run down hotel next to a noisy freeway. Bring earplugs! Parking lot was clean, rooms lower in quality than a motel 6. Disappointing, but the price was also low so maybe you get what you pay for.

It's an older hotel, but the bed was comfortable, everything worked (The shower could peel your skin off there was so much pressure! :) ) There were plenty of channels on the tv, wifi was good and ice machine available. A/C kept the room at a comfortable temperature. This was our 2nd stay and we'll probably stay again, we travel to the area for Trout park.

It's an old school classic motel, taken over by people who keep it very clean and efficient. Yes it has worn out spots but for the price you can't complain. Clean 2 start motel next to a freeway. They even loaned me a cane overnight as I hurt my bad knee a couple hours earlier. Thanks!

Very small, old motel. We really loved it for a one night traveling onward motel. Very clean and well kept. Great price! We will definitely stay again when we travel that route.

This is an older, kind of run down property, and there was a bit of a musty smell in the room. However, despite the apparent age and smell the room was impeccably clean. No diet anywhere. Sheets and towels smelled fresh and the bed and pillows seemed modern and was very comfortable. There was shampoo, soap, coffee, a refrigerator, microwave, and strong WiFi. Couldn’t figure out the TV. Parking was so easy right outside of the room. This is a budget room, but had what I needed. The smell was ok when I got used to it but I did keep the window open all night which was the saving grace. I would stay there again, but keep in mind this is just what you need while traveling but not fancy at all.

I use to stay here a couple times a year. Its been a few years I've been here. Definitely the condition of the property is getting worse. Use to be really clean but this stay was unsettling. There were shoe prints all over the floor. The sheets had stains on them. Found a spider in the bed. There was 3 feather pillows on the bed. 2 of them were yellow. Was in a none smoking room 20 but there were yellow cigarette stains all over the counter of the sink. Bathroom in desperate state of maintenance. Bathtub chipping. Bathroom door needs painting. Bathroom mat was dirty. Towels stained. Bed was comfy. Unfortunate to say but i went be staying here anymore.

The water had a strong sulfur stench to the point that my wife couldn’t finish her shower. The odor did eventually diminish as the water ran. Also, the room was dirty, with dirt collected in the corners, especially in the bathroom.

The room was disgustingly dirty, we had to ask for a blanket changed from a disgusting stain. The price for sleeping was alright but I would spend the extra money to stay somewhere ELSE better where they aren’t stingy to give me an extra clean cover for the bed on top of the blanket. THERE WERE STAINS AND DUST ON THE WHITE BED COVER We also asked for a non smoking room and it smelt of old cigarettes. The phone wasn’t even connected to call the front desk. Look into your rooms and make sure it ACTUALLY IS TIDY AND CLEANED UP NOT JUST COVERED UP

Though the room needed to be updated it was surprisingly clean. The beds were very comfortable. The motel was close to the interstate but was not a noise issue. The price was right and would definitely stay again. I would recommend additional locks on the doors

Owners are very rude, threatening to call cops if I wasn’t fien to the office in 5 mins to pay for another night. Said we could not workout outside, made my son open the door so they could see who was inside and made me write down names of everyone staying for no reason after I already paid the night up.

I couldn’t hear the guy who checked us in. And I accidentally left behind a stuffed animal that was important to me and when I called to ask if they found it and would mail it back to be the lady refused and told me I had the wrong place after confirming that it was the hotel we stayed at and they found my stuffed cow in our room.

Ended up needing a place to stay last minute on a long haul home. Found this place online and from the reviews and pricing we gave it a shot. My friend and i had a great experience and the staff was so polite! Definitely recommend if you’re passing through Missouri and need a place to stay in a pinch, this place was perfect.

Although I was told by a State Trooper that this location had a bad reputation I found it comfortable and quiet. The staff seemed ambivalent and they weren't even around when I went to check out. The room was ckean and teh bed comfortable. The shower pressure was good and it was quiet all night. I would recommend this for future stays with the hope that they would work to improve their reputation with local authorities.

The room was clean. The shower faucet had a constant drip which was a bit annoying at night. The hotel is also right next to Interstate 44 so semi are jake braking throughout the night. There can be a bit of an unsavory crowd lurking around after dark. Be sure your vehicle is locked up.

We needed a comfortable place to sleep after a long day. Finn provided a clean, nice room, good bed, microwave and refrigerator. The room had been updated, basic but nice. Coffee maker in the room. The only negative was they did not offer breakfast. The price was well worth the stay. Would stay there again.

Sheets and towels smelled fresh and the bed and pillows seemed modern and was very comfortable. There was shampoo, soap, coffee, a refrigerator, microwave, and strong WiFi. Couldn’t figure out the TV. Parking was so easy right outside of the room. This is a budget room, but had what I needed. The smell was ok when I got used to it but I did keep the window open all night which was the saving grace. I would stay there again, but keep in mind this is just what you need while traveling but not fancy at all.

It was simple but clean and smelled good, everything worked, and there was both a convenience store and a fast food restaraunt within a two minute walk. Also was in a good neighborhood.

There was no attendant there. You had to call and get the code to enter your room, so I didn't meet anyone. The bedspread (in my non smoking room) has 4-5 cigarette burns in it. The chair had ripped fabric. I can't say I would stay there again. I was very disappointed.

Simple room with the main things you need. Fair size. Older property, close to freeway. A few food and fuel options close by. No staff onsite, access room with door code sent to you during booking. Was a bit worn, towels, sheets were clean, but some light stain or age discoloring. Overall an okay place to rest for the night at fair price.

The dresser drawers were not cleaned and although they had been washed, the towels and bed sheets had stains on them. I realize the place is very old so I can’t be too harsh on it. When I booked the room, it didn’t say anything about having a refrigerator, microwave and a coffee machine in the room. I was pleasantly surprised. They should mention the great amenities it offers.
