The property is falling apart. It's in need of repairs. The rooms are dirty. Look in the corners around the toilet, nightstand, or fridge and see for yourself. Pubic hairs everywhere. It's gross. To top it off the pool is permanently closed. Switching rooms doesn't help.

The property is old and run down. The pool was closed (weather 96). The staff was not welcoming or friendly and breakfast was gross. Wont stay again and dont recommend.

The shower drained very slow, the bed was super old and hard, the drawers and door that hid the refrigerator were broken, and the pool was not open. Their were vagrants and shady lookkng peiple hanging out all hours of the night. The parking lot has huge pot holes and the entire place just needs a complete upgrade.

There's no swimming pool: the sign on one of the doors still remains announcing the swimming pool and instead it looks like more rooms were built in that space. Their continental breakfast is not really good: no eggs/sausage on Mondays. They said it's for the weekends, not fair. One of the beds'frame didn't hold the mattress and kids almost fell to the side of the bed.

The hotel is in a great location with a variety of stores and restaurants surrounding it. The property itself needs to be upgraded. The room had multiple stains in the bathroom and mold in the tub. The handle was falling off the drawer and the microwave sounded like it was going to blow up when it was used. The hallways are dimly lit and appear rundown. Also, for a nonsmoking hotel, the smell of cigarette and weed was evident numerous times during our stay.

The only thing Good here , breakfast. Other than that , cleaning it’s okay but this Hote needs a deep cleaning , spiders were in my room other than bathtub curtain was broken and dirty toilet make sound all night long carpet smells .

The whole place was in disrepair and not very inviting. There were no tissues in the room, limited toilet paper, the floor lamp was wobbling, the desk chair was missing two wheels, the toilet was crooked and moved right off the floor. The shower head was also loose and there was water damage and what looked like mold on the bathroom door.

There’s roaches in the hotel. Left earlier then expected since I woke up with a roach crawling on me. Told the front desk and this was normal to them. Hallways smells horrible, garbage all around the hallways, it honestly stinks in there. No lights in the hotel rooms, fridge dirty, oh and they don’t change your towels, have to stay with the same dirty ones. All doors around the hotel are opened, which means no security, anyone can walk in. There’s a whole lot more I can say but honestly I’ll just finish with this, take your money elsewhere, not worth it.

The hotel perfectly situated for our holiday weekend plans. The room had what we needed as well. The only downside were that the heat/AC unit which came on frequently as needed sounded like a diesel engine and the toilet would replenish every twenty minutes as the tank seal obviously leaked.

There are only 3 scone lights in the room that have to be manually turned on and with 40W bulbs, too dark to see anything in the room. There is no lamp over the work table. Had to use my laptop on bright to lighten up the room. AC unit was so noisy it had to be turned off at all times. Carpet is old and in poor shape. No complimentary tea or coffee in the lounge area. No toaster in the breafast area, hot items not delivered.

It was apparent that the property had recently undergone a renovation and they did a nice job. We had difficulty controlling the temperature in the room. It went from too cold to too hot and back again quite frequently. Also the exterior doors which were supposed to be Key card activated were broken. Anyone could walk into the hotel at any point from any of the back doors. The staff that we interacted with were all friendly and professional.

Everything was good & affordable. I stayed 2 nights 3 days. The second day early AM, I told the front desk that the toilet kept running. They told me IF they had a maintenance man on, they would send someone to fix it. It never got fixed. I kept the door shut but while we were using the bathroom it got annoying. There was also a big dog next door barking. I only heard him a few times on the 3rd day before checkout. Front desk, older gentleman just took my when I checked out. Didn’t say one word to me.

The place is dated but fine. The rooms are extremely small and cramped. The shower is super tiny, there is no counter space. What was most annoying was that we were given one towel a day for three people. When I went to the front desk for more towels, they were annoyed and literally told me that they weren't sure if they had more. Upon their return, they congratulated me that I got the "last two". We ended up moving to the Embassy Suites half way through the week.

The gentleman at front desk after morning staff left at 3pm were horrible. Lazy and sitting on there phones instead of helping. Ask for towels upon checkin and he told me i should have requested in the morning without noticing i had just checked in. Room smelled mildew and he promised to come spray but we knew he wouldn't. Just unprofessional. Now ladies who checked us in, great job recommend promotion. Breakfast was a joke. Might as well not served the stuff they presented. I won't be staying here again.

After coming from work I had to complained to the Night Shift manager that my room had not been cleaned or changed the towels for the last 2 days, even though that I have asked the day before. The Night Shift manager response was very disrespectful and aggressive.

I liked the location of the property. It was convenient and safe. I did not like our first room. It was loud ( the bathroom ceiling fan was on the entire time). We couldn't sleep well. There was construction and the elevator was out of order. However, the next morning we asked to change rooms and they gave us a very nice room that truly made up for the inconveniences.

Decent sized room, nice TV and fridge, smallish but clean bathroom. Cereal, toast, bagels, some fruit, coffee and juice offered for breakfast. Also waffle machine. And peach yogurt. Staff were friendly enough. Hotel is off the beaten path, but close to a major road, so it was easy to get to and in a safe area. Good rate. Would stay again if in the area.

The room was presentable. Nice to have a coffee machine although considering four of us were booked into the room, the provisions seem to be made available for just three persons. As a cas in point in the bathroom there were only three large towels available for showers. Breakfast was adequate although not consistent in what was available.

The room was clean, was in a safe area, lots of parking. One thing I didn't like was the breakfast. We went down around 9am No, bagels no batter for waffels no yogurt. Once the items are finished they do not replenish them. Either get there early or go somewhere else.

They need to upgrade their breakfast game. Those were the worst milk carton eggs I've ever seen and the sausage (if that's what it was) looked like microwaved grubs. You'll only ever find cheerios or raisin bran cereal, and the "juice" is anything but. Not a dollar of profit is going into this place. And good grief they even installed the sliding shower doors backwards somehow. Floor gets all wet.
