Some guests heard late-night music from nearby venues and noted parking is on the street. Feedback also mentions occasional housekeeping or maintenance lapses and mixed communication around check-in, with limited staff presence at times. Overall, expect a charming stay with attractive grounds and a casual vibe.

The room was very clean and comfortable with a great view of the beautifully landscaped courtyard and pool. The staff was very friendly and so helpful with our bags when we arrived and brought us water on an evening we ran out.

Nice little hotel in the heart of Todos Santos. The rooms are clean, and the pool is refreshing. The hotel is attached to a pizza bar that makes delicious pizzas. Very close to everything. Highly recommend staying here.

Our friends recommended this hotel. We walked everywhere for restaurants, entertainment, shopping, etc. Their restaurant's food was good. Pizzas are great. The pool was clean. Towels in the room are good quality. We brought our own pool towels. Will definitely stay there again.

The loft apartment is neat and comes with a kitchen and all the basic cookware/utensil's. There are two wall unit AC’s - One on each floor. This is thoughtful and necessary in the summer time. Ample street parking out front. We stayed for 10 nights and never had to search for parking.

My fiancée and I were very impressed by the Gallo Azul hotel. First of all, it was extremely convenient for us after arriving to the bus station, being right across the street. They were also able to hold our bags for us until check in time. The outdoor area has a wonderful pool and there are lush green plants everywhere, providing a very relaxing and natural feeling environment. Plenty of pool chair seating for lounging and reading, and tables where I was able to work on my computer outside in the fresh air. The restaurant/bar on site was another big plus. Drinks were not too expensive and they had a range of interesting cocktails, and their pizzas were delicious. The rooms were also very comfortable, with comfortable beds, plenty of plugs, and a TV that was easy to use our streaming apps on. We would definitely stay here again and our only regret is that we didn't have more time to spend here. Thanks!

Everything was very good, including the food in the attached restaurant. We just wish the pool was heated (Dec 15) so we could have enjoyed afternoons there with dinner and drinks.

This property was amazing for the price! Very nice accommodations. The immediate area seemed sketchy including the parking which is limited to the street in front. The property itself seemed very secure but doesn’t have staff 24 hours or security personnel. Very pretty grounds and pool. Convenient to downtown area.

Do not rent the “loft style suite”! When I reserved 2 weeks previously I was told I’d get a follow up email with details, but none ever came, so the “ no hotel staff” arrangement came as a surprise. What we were offered was a cave-like converted garage smack on the street, with iron security gates and a window only in the bed area up 2 steep flights of stairs, with the bathroom, stoic kitchen and a couch downstairs. After consulting by phone with a remote manager, the one staff person present did change us for a regular room, but didn’t credit the difference in price, nor did management respond to a message sent via Expedia. Not their fault, but some nightclub nearby was blasting techno disco until 2:30 am, and we could hear it loudly in our room with windows closed. Made us all the more aware of the cheap pillows and pilly sheets. In the morning we found long blond or white hairs ( which neither of us have) on everything stored on the floor under the desk-like counter. On the plus side, the courtyard with pool is pretty and serene, and the cats quite charming.

Gallo Azul is very centrally located. It was literally across the street from my language school. Check in and out we’re easy. I had trouble communicating with the host. I emailed multiple times with no reply. My fridge was having issues. I stayed in the two story side. It’s very dark during the day but I wasn’t home often. Overall a decent stay but could be freshed up a bit. And in 15 nights my room was cleaned once.

We opted for a unit without cooking facilities as they were lofts. Very spacious and exactly like the pictures. Garden pool area is beautiful. Hotel 1/2 blk from bus depot. Great location to access everything. Pizza restaurant on premises. Thin crusts and not bad at all! A little confusion at check in as I must have missed the note to collect key and make our payment at their on site pizza. Be warned, check in is exactly 3PM and not earlier. Great place!

I really liked my room as it was spacious and clean, and it was great that the room's front door was within a locked courtyard. The courtyard and grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The small bar/restaurant on-site is very handy. Property is quiet during the day, but there is quite a bit of partying noise from nearby businesses during the evenings.

Do not rent the “loft style suite”! When I reserved 2 weeks previously I was told I’d get a follow up email with details, but none ever came, so the “ no hotel staff” arrangement came as a surprise. Best decision ever to visit Todos Santos and especially to stay at the Gallo Azul Hotel. Rooms areclean, new, efficient, designed perfectly for every use. Coffee maker in room, keyless entry, lovely staff, you could not ask for a better location.

Thanks!

Bon accueil.

Service was ok, not really happy to greet you with a smile. Room was clean excwpt for some sand, which you can expect being close to a beach. There are cats in the property that will ay down on the tables where you eats.

Everything was very good, including the food in the attached restaurant. We just wish the pool was heated (Dec 15) so we could have enjoyed afternoons there with dinner and drinks.
