The room was not cleaned, the toilet didn’t fill. We reported it early and they sent the maintenance’s manager until 7pm. We had to wait for towels to be washed so we Could get at least clean towels. Card for parking lot would not work 2 out of 3 times. Really disappointed with the actual conditions. I stayed there before and it is pretty run down nowadays. Unfortunately:(. I asked to be relocated as they don’t have personnel on Sundays and the manager in charge said he was not authorized to do so. I’d been told earlier (9am) that the room would be refreshed after 2 days .

Muy buena estancia. El hotel está en buen estado. No excelente porque se le sienten algunos años, pero muy bien. La atención del personal, excelente, el buffet, de desayuno excelente y variado. La habitación es muy callada con buena cama. A pesar de estar en una zona de bares no escuché nada de ruido. Está muy cerca en carro de Cintermex y seguramente volveré ahí cuando tenga que ir de trabajo. El estacionamiento fueron 60 pesos por toda la estancia.

Noche terrible,sonó alarma de incendio,humo en los pasillos,estábamos 5to piso,usamos escaleras emergencia,escaleras de emergencia bloqueadas en el 2do piso.Tuvimos que saltar por cornisa para llegar a lobby.No hubo incendio,pero nunca nos dijeron que fue el humo.El humo salía por elevadores y escalera interna. Duro una hora saliendo humo.Bomberos se fueron pero seguia saliendo humo. Mi familia y yo nos fuimos a otro hotel. El hotel NO quiso reembolsar la noche.Pesimo servicio de mostrador y Gerencia.Incidente Noche del 21 al 22 Enero 2025.PROTECCION CIVIL DEBE DE REVISAR INSTALACIONES, URGENTE!!!

When we arrive, lobby had water on the floor and nobody came to clean.When we received the room, and went in, it smell dirty, the room was not cleaned ,the bathroom, the toilet and handwash were dirty. There was alot hair on the bed. I immediatelt reported and was promised they would send someone to clean,but it never happen. They promised to give us another room later,and when we came back after dinner the staff told us the room was clean. However, the room was not cleaned. After all they gave us another room but the experience was terrible,never again will we come to this establishment. Everything was dirty. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

El primer dia que llegue medieron una habitación aceptable, en gral. Sali temprano y al regresar por la tarde la habitación no la habian arreglado. Pedi que limpiarannla habitación, y me dijeron que wra a la hora que las personas de limpieza, pudieran la harina, y que ellas semprograman y yo debo adecuarme a sus horarios. Me cambiaron la habitación y estaba sucia, las sabanas manchadas con cabellos en el piso en la mesa y en la cama. Pesimo. Servicio

Very basic and a bit outdated hotel for this price. Very noisy, you can hear everyone, my whole room was vibrating from the ac that I couldn’t figure out how to turn off. Just one small water bottle for the room. But staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is great and room was clean.

Really small room. No closet. The bathroom was small but functional - however, the bathroom door opened towards the bathroom, which required maneuvering inside the bathroom. No iron and board either. Oh, and the telephone was out of service.

VERY EXCELENT SERVICE by desk worker Angela. Amazing, polite, kind, professional & always helpful. In less than a couple minutes my room was ready & I was happy in my room ready to rest. Hotel is awesome, across the street to Monterrey Tech and close to Downtown. Only problem is it is in a plaza that has bars that are open till well past midnight. I’ve stayed teice, once in the was in a 6th floor and the noise was substantial, the time I stayed in the 3rd floor it was unbearable.

Great location with easy parking, close to several restaurants and bars. 2 main complaints, first the maid service was poor, rom a little dirty, sheets need to be replaced, maid forgot to provide water bottles and fresh towels. 2nd the breakfast was late both days, coffee cold the first day machine was broken on the 2nd day, eggs were also extra late but once it all got there it was OK.
