Place was very clean. Staff at the front desk was more than accommodating and very friendly. I asked what channel the Mets game was on, they didn't know, so they walked over to the bar on the other side and found out! Nice breakfast, waffle maker, eggs, sausage, muffins, cereal, bagels, yogurts, juice, coffee. Plenty of parking right outside and easy access to all the rooms with elevators. Shopping outlet type mall right down the road with places to eat. 20 minutes from Crayola Experience.

Pool heater is out of service for the next few months. Room service opened the door on us saying the room was supposed to be checked out the day before (that’s when I actually checked in), then another room service manager knocked the door to get more information (Not their fault, they had a sheet in hand showing the room number) so I suppose the receptionist who checked us in dropped the ball. Kevin from front desk was friendly but could not help transfer us to a nearby hotel with a functional (properly heated swimming pool). Marriott customer service could not help because I booked through hotels.com but hotels.com customer service was able to help cancel the 2nd night and get a refund for that night.

Gym was a little small, and pool area extremely hot. in addition ordered a handicap room, and got one, but the tub was not a roll in tub which is was supposed to be for my mom. We managed.

I reserved this room for my daughter’s birthday. We were going to swim and have a sleep over with 2 of her friends. Unfortunately, the pool heater was not working. I was told that the heater was fixed when I arrived, but it was not. The water and pool room was cold. The kids did not swim long because of this. I was very disappointed.

I was happy with the location of the hotel, as well as the common areas, the staff and the lobby. I really enjoyed having a drink at their bar. I do wish to pool was larger, although it was very well kept and offered a nice view to the outside. I would certainly return.

Great and friendly front desk. Overall newer hotel. Rooms could have been cleaner (ex. Toilet and bathroom door had stains) . Quiet and family oriented . Breakfast are is super small and jammed pack in the morning with you having to form a line for every station. Getting breakfast for myself, my wife and son took me about 30mins . Quality was mediocre at best, had it the first day, second day decided to venture out and pay .

Indoor pool is only large enough for a family of 6 and was filthy dirty. Room allowed noise from highway through so sleep was difficult. Coffee makers desperately needed cleaning. Room had a large sticky spot on carpet.

Nice building. Mediocre breakfast area poorly laid out. Room was tight. While the frosted glass sliding barn door was nice looking, in function the whole room lit up when the bathroom was used in the dark. Asked for a freshen-up during our stay. That resulted in new towels only. No refill or cleaning of the in room coffee bar, no wiping of surfaces, barely made the bed, not what I would expect from a Marriott property. I really would like to know what that smell in the elevator was a result of???

Hello, I stayed here over the weekend for my birthday. I guess there was noise complaints for another room but a staff worker or overnight worker came to my room threatening to escort me out because of the noise but it was not me. She also called the room about the complaint but at that point we had a movie playing so i was confused. Later on the night cops arrived to the correct room that was being noisy and fighting. I did not appreciate how the worker handled this situation and made my stay very uncomfortable.

I’ve stayed here a few times before and had enjoyed my stays in the past. However, my last stay during the weekend of Aug. 1-3, 2025 was not nearly as enjoyable. On Saturday, there was a wedding party in the evening. Some of the clowns from this party decided it would be a good idea to take a huge boombox out to the parking lot and blast music outside until after 1am. Complaints from many guests were made to the front desk, but little was done by the staff. If hotel staff are going to allow events like these to get carried away, I recommend finding somewhere else to stay if you value your sleep.

We had a bittersweet stay this time. We stay here at least twice a year. During this stay we had to help our dog cross the rainbow bridge. The staff was amazing. They were kind and thoughtful. They even gave us a sympathy card signed by many staff members.

The property was nice and upon arrival staff was great. But upon check out staff told me somebody brought a beer and charged it to my room he didnt charge me for the beer but did charge me an additional 75 dollar at check out for a dog fee then told me he could not refund me I had to wait for the manager by Tuesday and had a bad attitude and had smart remarks talking bout calling police and he owed me my money back.

This was our first time to stay at this hotel on our overnight trip to the Wind Creek Event Center, which was about a 10 minute drive away via rt. 78. Before booking the hotel, I read some of the reviews which were mostly favorable. I was a little concerned about some of the negative posts, but the price was right for a Saturday night stay so I booked it. We found that the hotel was excellent in all categories. It actually looked like it had recently been renovated, but upon asking on check out, we were told that was not the case. Those who claimed it was dirty or had a smell or the staff was unfriendly must have been talking about another hotel, or just the type of people who always complain. We will not hesitate to book there on future trips to the Bethleham area.

Down the street from the Promenade Shoppes which is nice. I use it whenever I visit family and I think it’s much quieter than Allentown properties or the ones around Hamilton and Dorney Park. Feels a lot safer than too.

This was our 3rd stay, we love this hotel! Only negative (which is small) the bartender at the hotel bar was a bit rude to us as he wanted to finish up for the night and we arrive 5 min before he was closing (11pm). Again not a big deal but surprised it was closing 11pm as last year when we stayed on a Sat night it was open until midnight. There were several other people there that would have enjoyed staying a little longer so you may want to consider staying open later on a Saturday night.

The property was clean and rooms were tidy. However, empty containers of body wash, loose, broken or missing fixtures, and the lack of breakfast availability was concerning. One morning, breakfast was supposed to be served until 9:30 and we were told nothing more was coming out at 8:30-8:45. Everything was gone by 8:50. In addition, one member of the wait staff was rude when asked if we could give her the garbage from our room (and we asked for almost no turnover service).
