I had issues with my key card several times, I had to come downstairs to have it fixed it was truly a pain. The elevator situation was also annoying it was slow and only allowed two people in there.

Easy quick check in process. Loved the drink dispenser machine options in the lobby. The buildings public areas were clean and quiet. The room was very clean and very spacious. The bed was comfortable. Great experience overall

We enjoyed the comfortable bed, very spacious room size, and free coffee and water (the water machine is worth mentioning because we didn't have to buy any water during our trip and it has still and sparkling options!). I wasn't super thrilled on the location of the hotel. It wasn't in a safe area and it's on a busy road with cars flying by. Takes 69 mins on a busy day to get to parts of LA. Also, the pool wasn't open. They really need blackout curtains because it gets very bright in the morning!!

The price was very fair for what we got. The rooms are nice. There are no microwaves in the room but there is a microwave room where you can microwave food. There are times there is no one at the front desk, but they put a sign up so you know when they will return. They have coffee and flavored water you can access at any time which is nice.

It was a large room as expected. It was very clean. It was also very noisy. You could hear people in the hallways and doors closing all the time. There are no vending machines available. The front desk staff said they are coming.

The rooms were very basic and minimal. The space on the wall where the tv is could be used for shelves/drawers, etc. The floors were also very thin. We could hear every movement from the people upstairs, which then made us realize that the people below us could probably hear everything too. Overall, you get what you pay for. The water and coffee in the lobby was great and the staff were very helpful.

ROACH!! … 3 minutes after checking in I had to kill a baby roach crawling on the headboard. I asked to be moved and was told they couldn’t move me until the next day. They wanted me and my baby to sleep in a bed with roaches. I asked for a refund and they refused that as well. I checked out anyway and had to escalate the issue twice before I was issued my full refund. Disgusting how this situation was handled.

This was the only hotel I have been in the world that did not have a closet or even hangers to hang the clothes. The room had no table or chair to work on, or even sit. I had to send emails from my bed as that was the only option and keep the clothes on the floor. I asked the front desk for support with these matters and they literally ignored me and told me that my room had no closet, no chair, no hanger. Very dissapointed, and certainly will never be back at that "motel", rather than being called a Hotel!

Loved the aesthetic of the hotel. the room was beautiful. only thing i can complain about was the super thin walls that you can hear everyone opening their door and the barn door for the bathroom because it feels like you’re in a stall and not locked in a bathroom for privacy

The room I had was a standard King and it was spacious with a couch in the room and a study desk. Plenty of outlets. There was a sufficient amount of places for storing clothes and shoes. limited hangers. No microwave in room you would have to go downstairs. There is a small dorm fridge in the room. Bed was comfortable. Small Bathroom with large vanity/sink on the outside of the bathroom. Shower was not throughly clean nor were the shower walls. Remnants of hair were still on the walls. The Hotel walls were incredible thin. You will hear everything and I mean EVERYTHING to the side, above, and even down the hall, from your room. My key card did not work two days in a row which was an incredible inconvenience because my room was all the way down the hall on the 2nd floor and after being out all day for work. The entire hotel smells like Pinesol. It was so heavy that my clothes smelled like it when I unpacked them when I got home. I didn't request my room cleaned so that smell came from the hallway. There is a free coffee machine and flavored still and sparkling water machine in the lobby. Overpriced snack machine on 2nd floor. It was a decent stay but very much like a dormitory.

The front desk staff were awful they were rude and did not want to send housekeeping to the room nor give extra blankets and towels. Maria is the manager she was rude over the phone when asking questions ñ. Becky as well her tone was rude when asking her questions. I will not stay here again made me feel uncomfortable

(1) There were multiple instances when no one was at the front desk when I approached it. Additionally, there was often a sign stating "on break" with an absence of 30-40 minutes. Even when someone was present at the front desk, they often displayed a very unpleasant attitude. (2) The website states that room cleaning is done daily, but it only happens if you request it at the front desk. This was not verbally explained, and it was only mentioned in small print on the paper handed to us at check-in. (3) The website claims that staff can communicate in English, but many employees could not understand even basic English, causing significant inconvenience. (4) The elevator sometimes does not work, forcing guests to use the stairs to reach their rooms. (5) There was no explanation about when the deposit would be refunded. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone...I would like to request a refund.

I wanted to check out early at 6 AM. I called the receptionist by phone. No one answer I mean the night before and I went down. I find her a label that she will be back in 30 minutes then I wait and call her again. She answered me that night, I inform her that need to do early check out she said OK. I went down and grab coffee at 4 AM. I told her I’ll be down at six to do check out and when I was 5:55 to do my check out I found the label she is she put on and say I’ll be back at 6:30 so frustrating and annoying team

Everything was great, the only issue that I ran into is at the check in, it’s late at night and there was no one at the front desk, there was a sign says someone will come back 5-10 min, we waited 20 mins it was a long day and we’re all tired, we didn’t expect to wait that long but after the front desk showed up everything went smoothly and we were able to get some rest for the next day. Also you need to pay for parking it’s not free.

The hotel its self was excellent but the are was not good Hotel had about 100 cameras up and lots of buildings in the area were behind cages , apartment opposite our bedroom window was burnt out and gutted , restaurant in the hotel carpark was all boarded up Through the day was sort of ok but at night it was quite scarey definitely do not go out on foot at night as plenty of unsavory carracters all over But the hotel itself once you where i side was ok

The hotel was nice, quaint, and overall, very comfortable, but the neighborhood was a little unsettling. It was not disclosed in the advertisement that it was in a rough area and there was no security on site. It was still a good visit, no mishaps, but it would have been nice to know what to expect when I got there.

It’s my 3rd time staying here and it’s yet to disappoint. I specifically stay here for concerts near by at BMO Stadium & Sofi Stadium and I think it’s just the perfect distance. There’s not much walking distance but a liquor store but not a deal breaker for me. Staff is nice besides check in/out there’s rarely any interactions. Will continue to book here if ever in the LA area again:)

I selected this hotel cause it was close to LAX. While the area is in transition, I did feel safe. But they need to replace that boarded up restaurant or tear it down for parking. The $12 a day parking is a bit much for the area especially since the hotel has zero comps outside the pool. Also what’s the point of having a “do not disturb” tag when housekeeping ignores and enters the room. I don’t need daily services. When I do need them, I like to have my items secured prior. Though my valuables were in the safe and fresh towels were nice. No one should be entering my room if the “do not disturb” tag is on the door. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Hotel itself is clean. There was a fresh paint and sometime a strong chemical smell in the room. I was ready to find a new hotel if I could have canceled this stay. There is no coffee pot in the room, not very much space to set anything out, few drawers to put anything away. There is a coffee and flavored water machine in the lobby. The coffee is very bland, much like drinking flavor water. Overall, it’s all in the photos you just need to look closely. The room is spacious, beds are comfortable. It appears the hotel was just renovated. By the area it is located, it was most likely a pay by the hour motel in the past. At least it was clean.

very clean, very large room, fridge, everything ok except location, too far from everything, 18 miles from Hollywood bd, if you dont have a car there is public transport nearby but it is very long, it is with a car too anyway, the other big problem is : no breakfast around, no restaurant, nada, niente, nothing just the coffee machine at the lobby.
