Nice, clean, quite hotel. Checked in on a Sunday, and the elevator was only partially working, but the staff were more than happy to help us with our luggage. The elevator repairman was out first thing Monday morning to fix it. Very safe area. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast had something for everyone. Would stay again.

I had a wonderful stay! The cleanliness of the establishment was impressive, and the check-in process was straightforward. The young man at the front desk was kind and helpful. The pool was fantastic. However, I wish the bed and pillows had been more comfortable. As a housekeeper, I truly value cleanliness, and I was very satisfied with the condition of my room. Overall, it was a great experience.

They are pet friendly and near our Interstate. The door nearest the handicap parking did not work, so had to use a further entrance. Then the handicap accessible room was at the far end of the second floor. One of the elevators did not work as well.

Quick and painless checkin , rooms and general hotel areas very clean and looked after , plenty of parking available .Everyone I spoke with seemed happy I have been booking La Quinta for many years though this was my first visit to T. Haute , would be happy to return .One small plea please take the butter from the fridge its hard to spreade without destroying the bread

This hotel seems new-ish in that the decor is more modern and spacious. My room was clean, sheets and towels were in good condition and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom could have been a bit nicer, there was mold growing on the grout in the shower. Overall a better hotel and quiet too.

Well I have videos but the sheets and comforter on the bed in both rooms were stained. The guy at the front desk said it was oil stains and he gave me another comforter. It wasn’t the same when we first visit my son but the bed was comfortable we just felt like who ever cleaned the room didn’t do well. We didn’t use the towels because they looked used.

The hotel was fine, room was nice and modern but had a musty smell. There was no air circulation until we turned on the fan. Then it was very loud until it ran for a while. Overall for the price it was a nice room with a good breakfast.

The room smelled like animal urine. The shower had no pressure or the shower head was broken as the water mostly ran down the front of the head instead of out the holes. Hotel was hot in the public areas. Especially the elevators.

Dreaded Room 222. The sheets were damp and so was the room. It was like sleeping in wet clothes all night. Hard to sleep. There was also a rattling noise that lasted all night. BUT, the food was really good in the morning.

The property was okay, but I did not appreciate the night check in staff lying to my face. I asked if the property had any rooms set aside for guests who were allergic to dogs (I realize the property is pet friendly, however many hotels I have stayed in past have rooms set aside for guests such as myself who suffer from pet allergies). The night check in clerk, who clearly has worked for LaQuinta for some time because he was training a new person, lied to my face. He told me the entire 4th floor was a non-pet floor. When I saw dogs and their owners in the morning, I realized this was not the case. The clerk in the morning was apologetic, but it did not make up for my night of coughing and sneezing. I will not stay at this location again.

After checking in, I was concerned about a noisy air conditioner. The front desk staff came up to the room, agreed that it was loud, and moved me to a different room immediately. The concern shown for my comfort and readiness to move me to a better room was much appreciated. I also noted that everyone I encountered, from front desk to housekeeping and breakfast room staff were exceptionally friendly and seemed glad to be of service.

Check in was a breeze. The room was perfect for a one night stay. Our request for accommodations was met and we were very pleased. The hotel was quiet - which was surprising since we saw people going into the rooms all around us. A great value and very close to The Mill where we were attending a concert.

I completed the pre check-in before arrival. When I arrived at 10:00, we were expected. We were quite tired after a long day! Desk clerk asked if we had any pets. No... When we got to our room, there was a dog barking and whining loudly in a nearby room. Obviously left alone, and needed attention. I asked for a different room, which was provided quickly. We were settling in, and watching some television before going to sleep, when our phone rang at 11:15. It was the desk clerk telling us there was a noise complaint from someone on our floor. It was so bizarre, as we were not making any noise, and the television was low. It was almost as if she was calling any random room to ask if they were making noise. Bizarre. When we woke up in the morning, it was a Monday holiday, and we went down for breakfast at 9:00. The door was closed and a sign said breakfast was over. Unbelievable! On a holiday weekend! BTW - the clerk said nothing about wifi passwords, or breakfast time. Very impersonal. Otherwise, the hotel was amazing!

Location was convenient for us as we stayed there from out of state to do a college tour at Rose Hulman. Property was decent. Location of hotel and nearby area looked run down and a little sketch. Hotel appeared clean and maintained. Front desk was nice. However, the hallways to rooms had a very distinct smell of pet urine (cat) and hallways and rooms were a little dingy and dark. The room also had a weird smell of some sort of burnt plastic or chemical smell. Not sure if it was coming from the AC unit. The hotel bathroom wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. There was old urine splatters on the toilet seat and under the toilet seat lid. Towels didn’t seem fresh either. I asked the hotel staff counter for clean towels (around 7pm) and the 2 they provided me were damp. As if they were just folded used towels. I was grossed out. Bed was comfortable. However, I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room and the towel situation.

We were incredibly disappointed because the property looks amazing! Our room smelled incredibly musty, had no working tv service and the floor was damp with condensation - thus the musty smell, I’m sure. We usually stay at Hilton Garden Inn and will be returning to those properties.
