Check-in was very slow. Personnel seemed to have difficulty with the technology. Checking out seemed slow as well. Shuttle from the airport was extremely slow. We waited more than 40 minutes when hotel was less than three miles away and driver was "on his way" to the airport when we called.

The hotel is a great place to stay when flying out of SLC. We saved a lot of money by leaving our car and taking their shuttle to the airport. When we returned the shuttle arrived in 10 minutes from the time I called them.

Clean, comfortable, nice lobby area (plenty of varied seating areas, pool table). GOod breakfast with some hot options. Checkout at noon. Only downside was near highway so that noise, but I simply had the fan run all night, which covered up the noise.

We appreciated the shuttle service to the airport. It was hard to get a hold of you to call for the shuttle at the airport. I had to ask a nice vendor man to call for me. I had a phone but no phone number was on my reservation sheet.

The facility looked new. I liked the flooring in the room; it looks much nicer than the carpet. However, I was disappointed by the fact that the bathroom did not look like it had been cleaned properly. A washcloth with a yellow stain and hair was on top of the shampoo bottle attached to the shower wall. There were a few other hairs on the shower wall/ glass, too. I got to the hotel fairly late, as my flight kept getting delayed. All I wanted was a nice, refreshing shower once I got to the hotel. The rest of the room looked clean, but seeing hairs on the shower wall made my stay unpleasant.

We checked into our room and it was falsely advertised. Also, our bathroom was not cleaned, there were dirty Q tips in the trash still, and on the floor! Bed wasn’t made , the sheets were just rolled up under the comforter. And for what we paid, these things should have been correct.

I’ve stayed at several Tru hotels and this one wasn’t up to par. The walls in the rooms were incredible dirty and gave the whole room a dirty feel. The staff were nice and helpful and the breakfast was nice, but I was surprised at the condition of the room.

It’s very near the airport. The shuttle can pick you up in 10 minutes after calling to the front desk. The staff are kind and patient. The hotel provides free breakfast, coffee, tea, hot water, etc. The room is clean and renovated. I love the place. The only flaw is that no supermarkets and shopping centers around.

This hotel misses modern conveniences like bedside lamps. There are two switches by the door and they turn on all the overhead lights. Super inconvenient to not have a light next to the bed and thought this was standard in all hotels. The room is small and makes it hard to manage with three people. Next time I will choose a different hotel.

The walls were very thin, no carpet so you hear everything! All 3 nights of our stay - the people directly above us began to “have a party or an aerobics class at 3 am” this went on until 5 or 6am when it was time for my family to get up! My daughter plays club volleyball and didn’t get the appropriate rest she needed! Very exhausting! When I alerted the staff they didn’t offer to give us other accommodations or offer any discounts, very disappointed and unsatisfactory, esp for the amount of money I paid to stay

This was my first time trying Tru. We usually stay at Homewood Suites, also by Hilton, and we prefer the latter. Tru is a bit modern in feel, and not our style. I think it is good to have options for all, so I am sure that it will suit some just fine. Our one complaint was the sparse furniture and few places to put stuff. The night table (orange thing that is shaped like an hourglass) was wobbly, and only one chair. Otherwise, superbly clean and staff were gracious. Good value.

Asked for a crib a few weeks before our stay. Also called to make sure they had one, to which they told me they did. Showed up to the hotel after a long day of traveling and then was told they didn’t have any. Rooms are clean, bed are pretty comfy. The breakfast is very below average.

We checked in late - around 7:30 pm and was assigned room 227. We had a long day of travel and would need to wake up at 4:30 am for the next leg of our journey. That being said, we were just looking for a hot shower and a good nights sleep. There was no hot water, no hand soap and no bath soap in the dispensers. The dispensers themselves were difficult to use (“squeeze gently on either side of bottle) for people like me with decreased hand strength due to rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and recent hand surgery. There was also no internet service (although advertised that there was). This was not acceptable as my husband’s work relies on internet access. Needless to say, he was unable to work. My husband called the front desk to ask about the internet access and was told to shut my cell phone off, then on again and it should work. What?! He also asked why we don’t have hot water or soap? The night clerk said he didn’t know. When asked if we could get another room, he was told there was none available. When asked if we could get soap, he said someone would provide that in the morning. My husband told him that we would be checking out by 5am. The clerk apologized as he was new, was the only desk person overnight and was not given keys to supplies. My husband asked to speak to a manager and was told none was there and the clerk had no way to contact one. No phone number was given to the clerk. I’m waiting to hear what they will offer in compensation.

The only downside is there are few dining options around. We got in at 7:00 pm and was sent to a Perkins down the street who closed at 8:00, but would not serve us at 7:30. The staff was already cleaning and had all the chairs up on the table. So, we got in the car and drove for pizza 15 minutes away

This was the last stop of a 14-day trip. It was pretty good overall. The only issue we really had was the breakfast options given... not sure who think keilbasa sausage is a breakfast option. Having that as a breakfast option the day you fly out was not ideal. Yes there were pancakes, cereal, and bagel/pastries but a better protein option would have been nice.

Great Stay! The hotel was very clean and well organized. The staff was very attentive and kept refilling the breakfast items even as it was getting close to 9:00 a.m. I also noticed the staff regularly wiping down the gym equipment, which was a nice touch. Our room was comfortable, and the AC unit was very quiet, so we slept well! 😴 Overall, we had a great stay and appreciated the cleanliness and thoughtful service.

This is a terrible hotel. First, the room wasn't properly cleaned before being handed over; there was even a pillow from the previous guest. Then, the front desk wouldn't let me change rooms. Even though they clearly had more than six empty room cards, they lied and said they were full, then asked if I could take room 101, which was supposed to be a staff rest room. Furthermore, the room had a strong smell of marijuana, indicating a mixed clientele and raising concerns about safety. Finally, the air conditioning was broken; online reviews suggested it had been broken for a month, showing the hotel hadn't repaired it.
