Stayed overnight on our roadtrip through texas. Friendly staff, cute lobby with a bar and activities like puting green, mini basketball, lawn jenga, and pool table. They have an outside patio as well. Room was clean and updated. In the heart of downtown area with bars and restaurants.

Great hotel. Staff was super friendly! Great location, located next to lots of restaurants, shops, parks and museums. Everything was pretty walkable. The only flaws were limited breakfast and very limited parking. You will definitely have to do valet which was fine but you still need to find parking to unload and drop off your vehicle with the valet. The street in front of the hotel is very busy and always full of cars doing street parking. Even the designated “loading only zone” in front of the hotel was always full of parked cars. We didn’t feel comfortable just stopping in the middle of the busy street to get the valet attendants attention so several times we had to circle around multiple times until a spot opened up or we just parked down the street at a meter and had the valet driver walk to get to the vehicle. The last 2 days of the trip we just ubered to avoid the frustration of parking for the valet.

The property was nice in a good location. I did not like walking into the room and finding someones dirty sock and a dinosour toy on the floor of the room. Also outside the shower would flood after every shower. It seems like the tile at the bottom of the shower door is draining out instead of into the shower.

Our room needed some maintenance. Housekeeping was sub-par - they while never replenish coffee/tea supplies. We also found trash left in the bathroom. The staff in the lobby and valet service were great.

The cleaning staff had the room looking amazing. Tight bed sheets, super clean bathroom and a great view on the 9th floor. Front desk was allways helpful and friendly and the valet parking was the fastest Ive ever seen. 10 out of 10

The check in was simple and easy. The Valet staff were so helpful in both check in and check out. The room was adequate and the only thing missing was an extra toilet paper! I tried calling the front desk but it was permanently engaged. Apart from that it was nice stay with friendly staff. Oh and great room views with beautiful sunset!

The location is very walkable even sometime later in the evening. The room is nice and clean with a huge mirror and nice tabletop, but the bathroom is kinda tiny and difficult to release any moisture. We had to open the room door every morning for dry fresh air to get in. Also it’s kinda funny the hair dryer doesn’t turn off anyway (even if you switch to OFF) unless you plug it off. Overall good!

So much noise from next door rooms, even you can hear the toilet flush, closing doors, and vibration on the phone.. could not sleep well, as I have to catch a flight early morning.

We traveled to El Paso for a funeral. We arrived in town early, hoping to get an early check in to change clothes and get to the funeral. The front desk clerk informed me that there was a room available but since we were there so early (9 am) she would have to charge me for an extra day. We declined, but asked if there was someplace my wife could wash up, put her makeup on and change clothes. The clerk directed her to the lobby restroom. When my wife mentioned that she needed to wash up before putting on her makeup and asked if she could get a towel, the clerk reluctantly went off and came back with a wash cloth. Not a hand towel, not a bath towel, a wash cloth. My wife washed up and changed in the lobby restroom and since there were no paper towels, and the wash cloth was inadequate for drying, she had to use toilet paper to dry her hands and face. The worst part of the experience was that not only was the desk clerk unhelpful, she was also rude. After the funeral we came back and checked into our room. Fortunately there was a new front desk clerk. Unfortunately he wasn’t much more helpful than the previous one.

Nice Central property with a nice and modern looking lobby. Rooms are on the smaller side but that’s ok. Marco at the lobby was fantastic ! Very accommodating , helpful and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. Excellent service.

Requested my car to be brought up at 4am in order to leave for airport. I got down there at 4 am and I went to the car which was left at the curb but no one was there to hand over keys. Couldn't get back into hotel because I had left key card in return box. No one was at front desk. No one was at valet. There was a strange man across the street watching me and saw that I was locked out of hotel. I was banging on the glass door of hotel and no one responded. I was really frightened and felt trapped. Finally, someone with a back pack ran up to front desk and opened the door for me. I was so shaken and I told him what happened. He then got rude and said "well give me the ticket number and I'll get keys". I was shocked. He went and got valet, who got my car keys. No empathy or apologies. I was shaking all the way to airport. When I provided feedback to Assistant GM, she said that it was a teachable moment for her staff and she said it won't happen again. Again, little empathy. As a woman traveling alone, I would never consider this hotel. They have poor coverage of front desk and I felt very unsafe.

Rooms were not ready at 5:30 pm. Front desk staff (Vanessa) was not able and more important willing to help. We had to insist for her to call a manager to solve the problem. Basically having a guest tell the staff of a Hotel how do do there job is unacceptable.

Nice modern location the staff was friendly and helpful. There is a lot of choices to chose from for eating near the location and its walkable. Parking was a little difficult i did not do valet parking so that i was the only issue.
