Everything was great. Both check in and check out were a breeze. Everything was expertly organized. It was very quiet, even in the lobby when people were busy or playing the games located there. Breakfast was also great. 24/7 coffee, tea, and hot chocolate was great was well. The only thing that would make it better is microwaves in the actual room vs going to the lobby but that wasn't too much of an inconvenience either.

First of all the aroma in the hallways and elevators was very relaxing. The whole property was extremely clean and well kept. The room was beautiful with modern furnishings and decor. The lobby amenities are the highlight. Free real breakfast every morning (not just danish and coffee.) Relaxation booths,24/7 coffee /tea bar, pool table, snack bar. And a beautiful outdoor patio. Staff overall was smiling and friendly at all times. I enjoyed a 3 day 5 star stay!

Check-in was smooth. Staff friendly. Room cute and appeared to be clean. There is some sort of club next to Tru— at midnight the parking lot party started and went on for hours The front desk staff was rude when we asked if they could do something. I reminded her that as a property next door they could ask local law enforcement to intervene since it was after midnight. Next morning…I encountered a german cockroach in my bathroom. Where there is one bold enough to stroll around in bright lights, there is always an infestation behind the walls. I wasn’t risking it with breakfast buffet.

We have stayed here many times and never an issue until this time and it was horrible! There was a party next door for hours until after 3:00 am and unbelievable loud speakers outside that you could still hear with ear plugs in. Staff was not helpful or accommodating in any way at all! This experience and how staff handled it was extremely poor and most likely will never stay here. Disappointing and exhausted from a sleepless night!!!
