We were greeted by super friendly staff that made check in a breeze. We went upstairs and found our room to be clean and in order. We came back down stairs for a drink in the bar. The bartender was super friendly and made some of the best drinks. If I could leave a 10 star review I would.

They closed the bar early although five of us wanted to have a drink. He allowed us one and said he was told to close bc it was slow. That was 6 of us. Then he told us to clean up our own beer bottles.

No food option at the hotel. They have a full bar and a fun lobby area with pool table, card games, puzzles, jenga. Creates a fun area for people to mingle. It is right next to the highway so it can get loud when cars are driving by. Very close to six flags, rangers, cowboys. Shuttle takes you to games.

The Live event trolley is a plus and a nice surprise. Also want to bring your attention on the platform mattress, we had our pillows on the head board and we started sinking. Unfortunately the mattress started sliding out from the platform, did it twice, till we tucked the duvet under the mattress. It was a funny experience, maybe some anti-slip grippers will prevent it.

The customer support was not as I would anticipate. The fruit was not edible. The Tesla Charger was not functioning (1 of 2). The staff needs guidance on customer service and a willingness to help when there are questions or concerns. One response was from the evening shift team "you will have to ask the 1st shift, it was there responsibility".

We loved the bar and specifically our bartender. He made for a great evening. The gym was fine but out of towels and hand sanitizer. The reception staff was great. Quick and easy check in, and he had great energy with a big smile which is much appreciated after a travel day.

We always stay here for any AT&T event we attend. Rooms are always clean & modern. The only thing I have to say about the room this time is that the bathroom flooring is starting to come up near the toilet like it had leaked before (it did not leak when we was there). Close to food & fun. Has a small pool & patio w/games.

I stay at Aloft all the time on my travels so when I had a trip planned to Dallas for work I figured I would stay at the Aloft because I love their hotels. However, on night two, I was laying on my bed and I seen a bug, no biggie I killed it. Went to brush my teeth and seen 4 more on the sink. I was grossed out, but killed them all. Then I went to lay down on the bed again and I seen two more bugs. I got up and lifted my blanket and there were bugs underneath it as well. I went to start grabbing my stuff and noticed they were crawling ALL over the floor, nightstands, etc. Hotel staff was apologetic and they moved me to another room which had a flickering light all night. Talked to the manager for a refund and he stated he’s denying it til pest control comes out to make sure that I didn’t bring the bugs… Fast forward, they had pest control come out and found a heavy ant infestation in the room. They sent me the report showing this and I also have pictures and videos. They refunded me for one night only. I would love to leave a better review but I’m being honest here and saying this hotel was nasty and I wouldn’t stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

Location was nice, with in walking distance to food. Hallways are extremely dark and dirty. Needs to be vacuumed more often. The hallways had a stale odor to them. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. More storage or clothes hanging options would be nice. Over all decent place.

I usually love staying at Aloft however this was my first time staying at this one in Arlington. They work well with service animals however, the fixtures were loose for hanging towels and toilet paper. I saw hair around the shower. Plus the cleaning lady came in at 8:30. Why would you do that when checkouts at noon?

The area was nice. Pool area was clean. Hotel was quiet. Had ants in our bathroom but wasnt a problem. I was charged $6 for food that i didnt even eat. Dont know where that comes from.

The hotel is near Globe Life Field, so that's why I stayed there. The hotel looks pretty nice, but it didn't feel very clean when I found stray long hairs from previous guests in the room. The hair was on the furniture. The door of my hotel room wouldn't shut all the way because it didn't fit the door frame properly. That made me feel uncomfortable since it didn't look like it was secure. Another thing was that the housekeeping staff had really loud conversations in the hallway while I was trying to get some more sleep before the event I had to go to. If I have to go to Arlington again, I will probably look for a different hotel.

The room was very clean and modern, they had nice little amenities, the soap and conditioner were amazing. I'm going to look it up to purchase it for home. The front office clerk seemed very tired when we checked in, so she was short and to the point, but still helpful. My only ehh about the room was that the toilet area and bedroom area have a gap and you can see into the room from the toilet and vice versa. Its like a one inch gap, so you can see and hear what's happening in the restroom.

I called a receptionist at around midnight, and he confirmed to us it was ok to come in late. We got there at 4:45 am. My reservation was canceled. The female receptionist informed us they have one available with a king-size bed for $280.00. Naturally, I had to find a different hotel to book for the night.

We stayed at a different Aloft about 10 years ago for our first vacation together as a young couple in college. 10 years down the road I still enjoy staying at this chain- they are always clean and fresh. I really loved our time here! The front staff were all personable and friendly and resolved a key issue quickly and happily! We’ll definitely be back next time we stay in the entertainment district— every time.

Traveling with family and booked a room for 3 through Expedia. I selected a room with 2 queen beds. We drove to Arlington from Houston for an event and arrived in just enough time to freshen up and change. Once we got to the room I noticed there was only one bed and it was not what I booked. I went back to the front desk and notified them of the error and after looking at my reservation I was informed that because I booked through Expedia I was only guaranteed a room and not necessarily the room I selected. When I explained to her that’s not how it works I was met with a blank stare and told there were no rooms with two beds left. I then called Expedia and they offered to find me another hotel but I didn’t have time to play musical rooms because I had somewhere to be. There was no manger on duty and the best they could do was send me an inflatable bed and offer me $20 gift card to the bar. Due to the time constraints I took the inflatable which was dropped off without any linens. That evening when we arrived back from our outing we blew up the bed which took up the remaining walking space in our room. Nice little inconveniences all around.

The front desk lady gave me the biggest attitude of all time when I told her I only had Apple Pay for the deposit. They only accept physical cards which is not the standard anymore, but it's ok. I managed to find my one card I had in my car and she didn't even want to take my card. She did it reluctantly. Terrible

I stayed here with my 7yo to be close to AT&T stadium, and the location was perfect. Despite being located next to the interstate, it was extremely quiet. Not a lot walkable, but that's Arlington. Not much to write home about in terms of dining onsite but that wasn't a priority for us. Didn't use the pool but it looked adequate.

We went to the Ranger game and stayed at this hotel. It was nice, we enjoyed our stay. The guy who checked us in was very nice wish I would have gotten his name. Easy check in. The bartender was awesome, very friendly and funny. Overall great experience. We will definitely return.

Staff was very kind and helpful. The room was nice. The air conditioning was really really top-notch. It cooled the room down in this Texas heat! The only thing I wish was better would be the breakfast and choice of foods for lunch and dinner. Although they do offer to go foods, would be nice to have more of a selection for breakfast and dinner.

Nice hotel overall, friendly staff, minimalist overall style. Really no breakfast, oatmeal was small cup of dry oatmeal with a little water. Had to go to another hotel fir breakfast. Roll up blinds only, lets light in around the edges. Not good if you need darkness. Overall would give 3 3/4 stars.

It is a pleasant place to stay. It would have been better if it had a real restaurant for breakfast at least rather than microwaved buns. They could have replaced the water and coffee in the room without being asked. All told we probably won’t stay at an ALoft again.
