It was not a good stay at all we paid a lot of money we weren't told that we had to pay $30 a day for parking I had rented three rooms for family there was no pool or spa the staff said that it was on the website yes it was but in a sub paragraph after you clicked on the picture there was nothing else to notify us that we had no pool or no spa there was one elevator working and we had to pay $30 for parking so no I will never go back there again...

Everything about the stay was great - except for the $20/night parking charge. That is outrageous given the location. The hotel is located in a shopping area in Eugene, OR - what could possibly warrant this high a parking fee? The hotel itself is quite nice - very clean, quiet, convenient. The location of the hotel was amazing, and we really enjoyed the fabulous downstairs restaurant and nearby shopping. However, on our first night, we noticed an insect crawling out from the couch, which was concerning. The following day, housekeeping did not refill the tissue box or the toilet paper, which was inconvenient. Additionally, we were disappointed to find the pool closed during our stay. When we asked the front desk about it, we were told it would not be repaired for another two weeks.

We loved staying at Hyatt Place whenever we visited our daughter in college. She graduated this year so we won’t be back to Eugene. We love the roof top bars ambiance and drinks. The staff gave us great recommendations for restaurants to try. Also, they were so accommodating and helpful with our moving truck. A big thank you for a lovely stay.

I was very disappointed with our stay at this supposedly "excellent" hotel. We were misled by Expedia that this was an exceptional hotel and that was the reason we booked it. But we arrived in the evening and the front doors were lacked with no directions of what to do. Just so happens someone was bring out some trash and told us to go up to the 3rd floor parking and take elevator to lobby. Once on the 3rd parking there was an elevator it did not take you to the lobby but locked hallways. In frustration going back to the car we saw the guy again and he directed us to another elevator that was to lead tot the4 5th floor lobby. Note: this elevator was not labeled in any way that it was the one that leads to the lobby. very frustrating when it is late at night after traveling all day. Once in the lobby the front desk agreed with us of difficulty of entrance, parking, elevator and checking in. he said that has been a problem but shrugged it off as "O well". Once in the room it immediately smelt and there were numerous spots on the floor. My wife tried to clean one so we would not step on it and the rag she used turned black after cleaning the floor. So we put down rags over the spots and stop cleaning. The room did not have a microwave so we could not heat up ant food we had. I went to the front desk to ask about the microwave and was told no rooms have them. even though he agreed with me the cheap hotels all have microwaves. again shrugged it off as o well! I informed him of the

Our flight was delayed until very late so we stayed the night in Portland and when we got to the hotel the next morning, we were told our suite was given away. Not a great experience. Also, we found blonde hair all over the dark carpet so housekeeping clearly had not vacuumed.

The front desk and bar staff were super friendly with great attention to detail. The room was spotless and comfortable. I also love that bar soap was offered in addition to the liquid soap in the shower.The only issue I had was that the pillows were to large for me and kinked my neck. The free breakfast spread was top notch! I will definitely stay here again next time I am in town.

The hotel is beautiful! With comfy beds and a yummy breakfast every morning. I stay in Eugene several times a year and this hotel has been my best stay! I will be back and highly recommend. Everyone was very nice a very pleasant check in, housekeeping cleaned my room EVERY morning. That was very nice! In a very nice area with plenty of walkable shopping and dining! 5 star Hotel. 5 Star hotel staff EVERYONE! Thank you for a great stay! I will be back soon!

Luckily we were so busy we weren’t in the room much. It was clean but the sofa bed was so horribly uncomfortable I had to sleep with two kids in a queen bed. Tv was not smart so couldn’t watch what we wanted to. They had direct tv so plenty of stuff to watch before we fell asleep. Best thing….free breakfast…actually good food and coffee unlike many hotels I’ve stayed at that offered free breakfast. I loved the secure parking as well. Would stay here again. Worst thing…pool and hot tub were under construction with no notification of that. I traveled with 4 girls ages 8-10 who looked forward to daily dips. Fortunately the staff told us about an awesome indoor swim park that was super reasonable and the girls had a blast.

The hotel is clean, modern and comfortable. Located in a shopping center with lots to shop and dine in walking distance. Our room was very spacious the only complain was that the AC was super noisy. It whistled all night and that areas a bit annoying.

We got put in a handicap room (were not handicapped), which doesn't work well for my husband who is tall. The shower is so low to accommodate a wheelchair, that he had a hard time with the shower head being for someone at a maximum height of 5'8". Then there wasn't any place to hang your towel if you wanted to reuse it. There is one hook in the bathroom and no where else to hang our towels for reuse.

The room was nice with a comfortable bed but upon arrival we were told that we had to pay a $20 parking fee, I got out of the shower and the only towel I could find was a hand towel to dry off with, the tv’s in the room were way too small to see from the bed with not many channels, and lastly our toilet plugged up and overflowed and it took maintenance a little bit to fix it.
