Stayed 3 nights

Changed room keys without notice, entered room while do not disturb was out, even the house keeping could not open doors, staff made poor excuse as to why this happened. They charge an “ Resort Fee “ they have no resort services or facilities. Just another way to charge a room rate without advertising it… seems miss leading…. Buyer beware…..

Stayed 2 nights

For a 2-day stay, I got hit with $206 in fees before I got my room key ($100 security fee supposed to be refunded). $20/day parking fee and $33 for resort fee. Had to wait till 3pm to check-in - which is too late by our standards. Liked the room, especially spacious bathroom and shower. Conveniently, they have a Starbucks downstairs just beyond the elevator but they don't take online orders and the prices are too high. Service wasn't at the same level either. The parking ramp is a 300ft walk from the main lobby/registration. Often, the swing-arm gates to let you out of the paid parking didn't work necessitating backing out etc. I'm not a gambler and hate it when the Casino floor reeks of smoke. But, I understand, its their business.
