When we arrived we’re had cold “hot” water for tea and lukewarm coffee. Then we were told pool wasn’t working and that breakfast wouldn’t be until 7:00 - unacceptable for travelers with early flights and should be 5:30 or 6:00 at latest! That’s just CHEAP. There wasn’t anything on the website noting pool issue either. Next morning at 6:00 no coffee made in the foyer. Just really bad customer service. Even though room was EXCELLENT everything else made it unacceptable and we won’t be returning.

False advertisement in regard to free shuttle service. We stayed in the hotel for about seven hours as our flight was delayed. We picked it as we needed a ride to the airport in the morning but we were told it was not available due to high demand. The same shuttle service is used by several hotels. We would think it would be hotel responsibility to increase the number of rides due to holiday busy schedule. Being older and handling flight issues isn’t easy. Residence Inn added more trouble to our already problematic trip.

Late night missed connection due to weather . I booked this hotel because one of the amenities was airport shuttle. They contract out the shuttle along with 2 other properties so of course for my early morning flight it was full and I had to arrange a ride. You’d think an airport hotel would have a reliable shuttle. They should plan properly or advertise limited shuttle. There is NO reason anyone would stay in this area unless they were on their way to or from the airport.

Brand new, clean property. My only complaint is that they ran out of room for the airport shuttle for us. That’s a problem. We had to come up with our own transportation to the airport. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

I arrived with a party of 6 to Denver’s airport at local time 730pm. Took us more than 1 hour for us to be picked up. Shuttles sent were for only 10-15 people. Line was long and there was limited space for luggage. We called several times. The line was picked up and then we were put on hold. When I was doing the checking I noticed the person in the lobby (Viviana) was doing the same with other guests trying to reach out to hotel. I had a reservation at this hotel for my way back home which I cancelled already.

I love the property. Spacious, clean and updated. Breakfast buffet choices were great too. The only negative I would is why does the guest have to pay for parking . Not necessary.

We arrived around 1230am- had reserved a room weeks in advance with 2 beds. Go to our room to find it was locked from the inside- turns out someone was in that room. Had to go back down to the front desk- they “upgraded” us to a room with a bed and a pull out couch that was dirty. Some lights and outlets didn’t work.

This place is gross. We were moved half way through our 5 day stay due to a crazy ant infestation. Sadly both rooms had ridiculous moth problems. We killed multiple moths every day. They seem to come through the duct work.

After numerous flight delays we had to overnight in Denver and we stayed at this Residence Inn. We were pleasantly surprised at how very clean and quiet this hotel was. The bedding and linens were top notch and the woman that checked us in could not have been nicer. I would highly recommend this hotel if you need to be close to the airport.

We had a phenomenal visit to this Residence Inn (Tower Road, Denver, CO)! Our suite was beautiful, clean and spacious. Our family of 4 really enjoyed the delicious breakfast. We would highly recommend this location to anyone traveling to or from Denver!

We booked a suite and a full kitchen was included. It was like an apartment in size! Bedroom separate from living space and kitchen with a bathroom across the hall in the room! Heated indoor pool that stays open until 11pm and very friendly hotel staff. A shuttle is available to the airport. We had a great stay!

To check in earlier than 4pm they were going to charge $25. The breakfast ended too early, 9:30 on the weekend and 9am on the weekdays. Some of the light switches didn't work nor the electric for the drapes.

I was told my room was overbooked. I was given another room but the key cards did not work. Five separate times to reprogram keys and still no good. This was on the fourth floor so going up and down to the front desk got old quick. When the master key card was finally successful the room hadn’t been serviced. The bed was not made and dirty towels were on the floor. We were told that there were no rooms available so we should try next door. Ty was running the front desk and did what he could but nothing came of that. I wasn’t willing to pay another nights fare not knowing if my money would be refunded. My wife and I stayed in the lobby until the morning. Not a pleasant trip at all. :(

Everyone was so nice. The staff were awesome. Derrick went above and beyond for us. He gave us great recommendations and we had a great time. Hotel was clean and room was very beautiful. We will stay again.

We used the lobby breakfast area for a group “bring your own “ dinner when weather changes forced us out of the mountains and back to the airport area for flights home the next day. Staff was extremely helpful helping coordinate our group.

We specifically asked about the airport shuttle, which we were told is every 30 minutes in the morning. We booked a 6:30am the night before, which we were told was fine. Next morning, we get to front desk and they say there is no reservation or shuttle service available. Didn’t bother to try and help us make other accommodations.

I really appreciated the shuttle driver who picked us up at the Denver airport. There were some people who engaged in pushing and shoving and he handled an awkward situation very appropriately. I was less impressed with the front desk staff, who answered the phone brusquely and then when I arrived, he mumbled something unintelligible and walked away. He returned after a few minutes to check me in, but then the card keys did not open the room door. He was much more approachable when I returned to get card keys that worked. The breakfast was amazing, and the room layout and cleanliness were superb.

I stayed one night because it was close to the airport. I stay at Marriott hotels often. It was a little difficult to find. I drove past it twice, but finally spotted the sign. The address of the hotel did not show up on Waze. I had to call the hotel to confirm where it was located on Tower Rd. Once there, it became obvious because it is near the intersection of Tower Rd. and 67th behind the Circle K. This did not disappoint. It was up to Marriott standards -clean, comfortable, and convenient.

Surprisingly nice considering by airport ( no noise) many places and choices to eat, fuel and shop. Nice newer hotel. FYI parking is an additional $10. But worth it.

So, when I looked for an airport hotel online, I specifically wanted a hotel with a restaurant and lounge so we could enjoy a nice meal on property and maybe have a glass of wine. The website indicated this hotel had that, and selected it on that basis. Imagine our disappointment to find little more than a vending machine to provide food at the end of a long travel day. Super frustrating.

It was what I expected since we have stayed before at the same franchise in different states. Breakfast was fine, pool was fine. The only problem and really wasn't a problem was just inconvenient was they were going to have work on the parking lot on Monday morning and the place was blocking off the parking on Saturday and just had to move cones and stuff out of the parking spaces.

The room was clean. The bed and linens very fresh and comfortable. Only negative… my husband had the breakfast lady completely freak out at him because he was toasting a bagel 5 minutes before the breakfast officially opened! She was very rude.
