Pool had 1 million chemicals in it. And was so cloudy you can’t see you hand in front of your face under the water. Looks like the pool hasn’t been properly cleaned in months just more chemicals put in it. Extremely cloudy. Morning staff was rude and inattentive ESPECIALLY.. the morning breakfast buffet attendants, except for one gentlemen he was an angel for our stay to be honest. Would not return would not recommend.

Nice staff. The fitness room was 83 degrees so would have been nice to have it air conditioned. Breakfast was good but coffee machine was lined up. Perhaps two stations are better during the rush. Nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room.

The room was clean. The mattress was comfy and check in was easy. I like that dining options were relatively close by within walking distance. The pool was warm and pool towels were provided. My biggest con was the bed: the base was quite squeaky and the sheets and blankets were thin. I would stay again.

The breakfast was quite sad food wise, and it was layed out in a very small space which was very difficult to move in with multiple people. Our room wasn't very clean and had a weird odor. They were out of water in the fitness room, and out of tissue in our room. The one positive was we were permitted a late check out since our flight home was later in the day.

Pros: Good location, nice lobby, very spaciois room. Cons: Room was not cleaned properly. Hair on toilet, in corner beside bed a hair band and garbage on the floor. Sat on one side of bed and its like it split in half and started sliding off the bed. Breakfast was ok but space is small and crowded. Surprised this is rated as high as it is.

Like: Very nice facility. Clean and modern but also welcoming. Nicely appointed rooms (we had suite). Didn't use the pool but it looked nice and was also very clea. Dislike: The street noise is a little much if your room is on that side. The breakfast nook is a bit small and difficult if you get there during a busy time.

The room was spacious but bed a bit overused, and thus a bit uncomfortable as it had spots where it was sinking in. Great beddings, staff, location, breakfast. The hotel itself and the room, gym and pool were clean. Staff were helpful and nice. The biggest let down was the pool, it was the reason we booked the hotel. The pool room is very cold, and the pool is cold so it was not a pleasant experience to use it, and we only used it once because of that. We hoped to use it everyday but didn't as it wasn't pleasant.

Had an issue when checking in and was given our room keys to someone else’s room Upon opening the door I immediately saw the bed was not made and shopping bags on the floor. I quickly closed the door and went downstairs to inform the front desk and the staff was very chill about it and didn’t seem to see the problem and gave me the keys to another room I did find the manager at the front desk the next morning when checking out and let him know what happened and he made a comment of “she did it again”. Could have been a really bad situation had someone been in the room when we went in… I know if someone entered my room with me and my family inside my reaction wouldn’t be calm. Not at all happy with what happened or how it was handled. Too bad because this property is in a great location and was clean.
