The checkin closes at 7pm, so if you are arriving later you need to call them and get the code. We arrived late night and there was no one to assist, we spent 30 mins just trying to find our cabin in the darkness as there are no lights around the property. The store does not have any grocery items, so if you were hoping to cook breakfast in your kitchen you have to get supplies the previous day, nearest store is 25 miles away. The house itself was clean and spacious, layout like a standard mobile home. Near the lake which looks beautiful but was shallow and swimming is not recommended due to cyanotoxins.

Overall, the property was nice and in a beautiful location. Great views from the deck of the restaurant. The room itself is in need of some TLC. Front door is quite loose and there is a 1” gap between the threshold and bottom of the door, so you get a little extra cool air at night. The fitted sheet was too small so it didn’t stay put - the is a foam pad on top of the mattress and only a standard size sheet, not deep pocket, was used. The shower door didn’t stay closed so bathroom floor got very wet when showering. The only plug not hidden by furniture is not very securely fitted in the wall. And one of the 3 very dim lights constantly flickered. The little store they have on the property is great though!

I was staying while visiting Crater Lake. Property is somehow hidden and in an hour drive from the National Park, and better suits for local activities. (I was booking last minute.) Bed was satisfactory, but linens smelled intensely of some perfumed detergent - if it's important for your allergies, try to find another place. You can sit on a porch and look at office plus local lake - not a bad view.
